Solved: Date sent appears as NONE in Outlook 2007

Question: Solved: Date sent appears as NONE in Outlook 2007

Suddenly, in Sent Items, the date sent for all of my Outlook 2007 messages appears as None. If I create a sub folder and move the messages to it, the date sent appears. In addition, when in the original "Sent" folder, when right clicking, I am no longer given the option of deleting messages in the Sent Items folder. I have seen references to the first problem on the Internet, but so far no one has explained how to solve it. Any and all help will be appreciated.

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Hi,
I have a problem with my signature when using outlook 2007-2010.
Actually, the signature appears at the beginning of the email rather than at the end!!

This problem doesn't occur with thunderbird and the anterior outlook version!

Do you have any suggestions for me??
Thanks.

Answer:Outlook 2007 Signature appears at the beginning

There should be settings in the options area for the signature on where to position it. I use Outlook 2010 at work and my signature appears at the bottom.

When I reply to a mail I get the mail stuck in the Outbox with Date: None.
The only way to get arround this is the reply to all and then it gets a date, but if I had another mail with a date waiting in the Outbox, that one gets a Date:None

Can someone help ?
I am under Windows seven

Answer:Outlook 2007 Date: None

Set up Outlook so that outgoing mail is sent immediately instead of being sent to the Outbox.

Open Outlook.
Click "Tools >> Options".
Click "Mail Setup" tab
Put a tick in the check-box "Send immediately when connected"

Hello. If I select Date from the "Arranged By" field in Outlook 2007, it sorts by the date each message was received. I know that I can sort by the sent date by clicking on "Custom", then under Sort selecting Sent. This is a pain to go through all of this, however, since Outlook reverts back to the received date every time I sort by something else or search for an email, etc. I'd like to know if there is a way I can change Outlook so the default date sort is the sent date instead of the received date. I'm fine with editing the registry and what-not if need be.

Thanks in advance,
Micky

Hi,

I believe this is a really easy thing to do but i can not get it to work,

I have a table that contains a name and the dates that they are on holiday. i am wanting to have a query that will show me everyone who is on holiday in February.

I thought this was simple but i have not been able to get it to work, i think i am missing something really really simple.

I have attached a copy of the table, the table is part of a college project and all data is fictional.

The attachment is zipped so it could be attached

Thanks
James

Answer:Solved: Access 2007: date Query

James, to find all dates for February can be done in 2 ways, you can use from the 1st (startdate) to the 29th or 28th (eneddate) and then type in the Query Criteria Row
between 01/02/2008 and 29/02/2008
or you could use the Date part or date Format to extract February form you date and then compare it to February, but that only works if you have one years worth of data.
I can't help with your zipped file as I do bnot have Access 2007.

I have a user who is trying to update an Excel spreadsheet somebody sent them. In one cell, there is a reference to the date located in another cell. However, the way it is formatted, the date in the cell displays as just a number instead of the date ("September 22, 2010" displays in the 2nd cell as "40443".

In the second cell, there is some text along with the formula referencing the original cell containing the date. In the formula bar, it looks like this: ...Los Angeles, California 90013, on "&AP29&"

Yet in the spreadsheet, it displays like this: ...Los Angeles, California 90013, on 40443

In the original/refenced cell (AP29), the text entered into the cell is 9/22/2010, and is formatted to display as September 22, 2010.

Any idea how to correct the formula to display the date correctly?

Thanks a bunch.

Answer:Solved: Date format - Excel 2007

Hi Traci.

It's because the underlying value of the date is a number, which is how Excel interprets it no matter how it's formatted. To change it to display the date, you have to tell it it's a date within the formula. Try this:

...Los Angeles, California 90013, on "&TEXT(AP29,"m/dd/yy")&"

Without seeing the whole formula in the second cell I'm not quite sure about the positioning of the ampersands and quotes, but play around with it a little. Let me know if it doesn't work.

I recently purchased a new computer that has Office 2010 installed. I would like to move the contents of my .pts file from my old computer which has Outlook 2007 to my new computer which has Outlook 2010. Before, when I wanted to transfer my .pts file from one computer to another I would just copy the file to a portable hard drive and then transfer the file to the other computer. However, Outlook 2010 is completely different animal. When I go to C:, Users, App Data, etc., new computer, it is completely different from my other computer that had Vista. My question is, how can I transfer my .pts file and/or my address book, calendar, contacts, etc. for my older Windows Vista computer that had Outlook 2007, to my new computer that has Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 installed? Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

Answer:Solved: Moving Outlook Messages and Address Book From Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010

Hello referee07;

Copy your .pst file from your old computer to the new one or your portable hard drive.

To launch the Outlook 2010 Export/Import wizard, first go to File menu, navigate to Open, and click Import.

In the Import And Export wizard, select Import from another program or file option and hit Next

Under File Type, select Outlook Data File(.pst) and hit Next

Now choose the file to import, select the options, and hit Next

Once done, finally select the folder to import from(if you want to import complete data don’t change any settings) and make sure Include subfolders is checked. You can either import the file to the current folder or choose the folder.

Hope this helps!

The company I work for has asked me to work with the DB (as you may well guess in this economy I now have to learn how to work with Access DB. This DB was created by someone who had a book “Access 2000 for dummies” in 2002, I have since then converted the 2000 DB to 2007 accdb format. That being said, in a form that is used to track records-TS# is the primary key, they want a YES/NO or actual name- Completed *check box for yes and blank for no*. I created the check box as you may know that was easy enough. The problem comes in when I go to the next record the box remains in whatever state it was on the previous record and does not show up anywhere else. I am sure this is likely because there are steps that I am omitting or not aware of. Any help offered would be amazing as I continue to work on this train wreck.

Answer:Solved: Access 2007 YES/NO field with time/date

Mike, the Check Box field has to be in the Table that the Form uses as it's Record Source. The Check box has to be "Bound" to that table's field, i.e. it's "Contorl Source" of the check box in design view must be the table field.

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to create a query that selects all records with a future date. The table that I am trying to select the records from is named "Events" and the field containing the date is "Date"
I am using Access 2007 and the date field is formated as 'Date/Time' data. I tried multiples ways, and even tried the 1000 year add date function pasted in below. Does anyone have any insights--I'm sure its something that is quite simple.

I have an access report that I would like users to be able to enter a start and end date. The report will be filtered to display data that falls between the two dates.

I have already created a form with date fields. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use the form to filter the report. I also would like the report to display all data if teh user decides not to enter any dates.

How can this be done?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Answer:Solved: Access 2007/Filter Report By Date Range

There are many ways to do it, but I would set the filter in the OpenReport method when the report is launched, and provide logic to either set the start and end dates to extreme values (like 1/1/1904 thru 1/1/2999), which programming purists would tell you to never do, or not set the filter at all if the user doesn't enter a date.

In the code for the button that launches the report:

dtStart = Nz(Me.StartDate,#1/1/1904#)
dtEnd = Nz(Me.EndDate,#1/1/2999#)
DoCmd.OpenReport "Report1", acViewReport, "", "[MyDate]>=#" & dtStart & "# And [MyDate]<= #" _
& dtEnd & "#", acNormal

--- OR ---

If Isnull(Me.StartDate) or Isnull(Me.EndDate) then
DoCmd.OpenReport "Report1", acViewReport, "", , acNormal
Else
DoCmd.OpenReport "Report1", acViewReport, "", "[MyDate]>=#" & Me.StartDate & "# And [MyDate]<= #" & Me.EndDate & "#", acNormal
End If

The tricky part is getting tripped up by not including the #, designating a date literal.

I've searched the forum and can't find the help I need...perhaps I'm not using the right keywords.

Anyway, I want to automatically have a time stamp entered in a field named "CancelDate" if a yes/no field named "Cancel?" is checked. On the form I use an action button for that field.

I'm new with VBA, but after some research I entered this code in the AfterUpdate line in Properties:

Private Sub CancelDate_AfterUpdate()
If Me.txtCancel?.value = 1 Then Me.txtCancelDate = Now()
End If
End Sub

...and it doesn't work. It seems to hang up because of the question mark. I get a Compile Error: Expected:Then or GoTo.

Can anyone help me?

Greetings-
Outlook 2007 is intermittent when viewing an individual email (I'm running Windows 7) .... Seems like the body of the email is always viewable in the preview screen... BUT when I click to open the email, sometimes the body is there but most of the time it's completely blank (ie not even any red "x")... If I close Outlook completely, then re-open; it works for a few emails then completely blank (except for to "from", "to", "subject")...

With the "blank" email open, if I then click on "other actions" then "view in browser", I can see the body in the Internet (defaulting to "Opera") Browser....
I have gone into the "Trust Center", "Automatic Download" and "clicked "off" the "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages")...

Any ideas???

I've had XP for about 2 weeks on a new computer. A box started popping up today each time I close OE. The title of the box is OUTLOOK EXPRESS and it looks like it is from MS. The report on the box is: "To free disk space OE can compact messages. This may take a few minutes". I have the option of OK, CANCEL or close. I hesitate to OK this because I have more than enough disk space!! My question is: Should I OK this so I can get rid of the box? How else can I get rid of it? I'm kind of suspicious of this kind of thing so I don't OK unless I know it is safe. I have symantec virus and fire-wall.

I have a pivot table in Excel 2007 with grouped data based on the year and the quarter, so the date info looks like this:

Code:
Years Date
2009 Qtr1
Qtr2
Qtr3
Qtr4
2010 Qtr1
Qtr2
Qtr3
Qtr4
2011 Qtr1
(I know it's not really code but I didn't know how else to maintain the columns)
I have a chart based on this data but I need the dates (on the horizontal axis) to appear in a very specific format of Q109, Q209 and so on. Is there a way I can either alter what's in the pivot table to achieve this, could I use this data combined with the TEXT function somewhere else on my worksheet, or is there another workaround?

My source data is by month only and I'm using the pivot table to calculate the quarterly averages for me.

So I have this excel spreadsheet and an example of it basically looks like this:

Project Phase Person Capacity Start Date End Date
A Design 1 25% 1/15 3/16
A Model 1 25% 3/17 5/11
A Design 2 25% 1/15 3/16
A Model 2 25% 3/17 5/11

I'm looking to track a monthly outlook of capacity % over time for each person (in a pivot table), but I'm unable to get it exactly the way it should be. Essentially I would like it to look like this below:

Dates
Person Jan Feb Mar Apr May
1 25% 25% 25% 25% 25%
2 25% 25% 25%

(Sorry, the text keeps left aligning so person 2 should actually have 25% under Mar, Apr, and May.)

Is this even possible, either in a pivot table, or even using formulas?

Hi everybody

I have got an hourly meteorological data for 10 years. The problem is that some of the data entries are missing. e.g.

23-April-2006 19:00
23-April-2006 20:00
23-April-2006 22:00
23-April-2006 23:00

I need to insert the rows for missing hours. Rest of the columns in the inserted row are needed to be blank. e.g.

23-April-2006 19:00
23-April-2006 20:00
23-April-2006 21:00
23-April-2006 22:00
23-April-2006 23:00

Please also note that for some years, the data entries are for half past hours. e.g.

31-Dec-2001 23:30
01-Jan-2002 00:30
01-Jan-2002 01:30
01-Jan-2002 02:30

I have a spreadsheet that shows all of the upcoming events at my work (I've attached a very basic example of the way the spreadsheet is set out).

When an event passes, I'd like the spreadsheet to automatically change the formatting of the rows that contain events that have already passed.

For example, today being 14.12.09, an event for yesterday (13.12.09) would be highlighted in red to show that the day has passed.

If anyone can provide any detail on how to achieve this, I would greatly appreciate it.

when we enter 10/17/2012 it shows as 39737.The date use to work, but now it does not. Did we push a button somewhere?

Answer:date appears as numbers

A few things to try:I - Make sure that the sheet is not set to display formulas.See here:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/241072II - If that doesn't help, try this:1 - Copy a blank cell2 - Select the date cells3 - Edit > Paste Special, Add, Values. 4 - Format as dateIII - If that doesn't Help, try this:1 - Select the date cells.2 - Data...Text To Columns...Delimited...Next...Next...Finish3 - Format as dateIV - If that doesn't work, try the second suggestion again. (Suggestion 3 may force the values to be text, adding a blank cell will turn them back into numbers.Remember to check the format to make sure it is set to Date after trying anything. The format may have changed to something else without you knowing it.Good Luck!Click Here Before Posting Data or VBA Code ---> How To Post Data or Code.

I did not install Office 2002. During Office 2007 installation, I put the Office 2002 CD into the other optical drive. Office 2002 was NOT installed.

I made the mistake of configuring the email account on the Outlook 2007 account while the computer was connected to the internet. Now, I have many new messages on the Vista computer, which I would like to retain. These messages have been removed from the server.

1. How do I transfer the messages & calendar from the source to the destination?

2. How do I merge the messages in the Outlook 2007 inbox with the messages [ to include those in the inbox of Outlook 2002?

Thanks for your help.

Answer:Solved: Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2007

In outlook 2007, use File - Impor and Export - Import from another program or file - Personal Folder file (.pst).

Then you point it at a copy of the PST from your old 2002 version of Outlook, copy it over on a CD or DVD or via a network if connected (it will be a large file usually).

You can tell it to not create duplicates etc as you want.

Hi there,

Previously I requested assistance in trying to get a macro for Outlook 2003 that when I compose a new email in Outlook 2003, the date will appear in the subject line automatically in the following format:
20101009-

Member Rollin_Again very kindly gave me the following data:

Sub CreateMail()

Dim objOutlookMsg As Outlook.MailItem
Set objOutlookMsg = Application.CreateItem(olMailItem)
objOutlookMsg.Subject = Year(Date) & Month(Date) & Day(Date) & " - TEST SUBJECT"
objOutlookMsg.Display

End Sub

It works apart from now a new year has started, the month only date only appear as a single figure if less that 10 (eg 201011 rather than 20100101)
I have tried editing with it but no joy.

Can anyone help please?

I am experiencing a strange date ordering problem that I haven't experienced before.

It is absolutley weird.

I have both my Sent box and my Inbox organised by date, with newest on top.

However, in the Sent box, the headings are as follows - next month, three weeks away, two weeks away, next week, Sunday, Saturday, Friday, Wednesday, Tommorow, Today.

In the Inbox it is similar. This is making it very inconvenient when I need to look at recently recieved and sent messages. I've tried adjusting it, but nothing I do gets it working properly.

What is causing this and how do I fix it?

Thanks.

Hi all,

I know there has been a lot on this subject (so apologies) but as my knowledge in this area is limited and as I can't find anything that matches my exact needs I am struggling.

Basically, as part of my job I manage records in the office but I sometimes forget when things needs renewing etc.

What I would like is a for an e-mail to be sent through and to my outlook when a date has been reached.

Please see the attached: CSCS.xlsx

If CSCS tests had to be done every year for example, Paul Smith would be due another on 01/01/2014. I would like to set up a code so that when it got 2 weeks before that time, I got an e-mail saying 'CSCS Test due' and 'Smith' (i.e.. cell C1 and Column A for reliant person, in this case A3).

Is this something that is do-able and easy to set up?

Thanks, charli

Hi,

I'm setting up a spreadsheet for work to help track some work. I have a drop down menu with "Yes" and "No" options set up in cell E2 and I am trying to return todays date in cell F2 if E2 equals "Yes". I have tried a few different things but I can't seem to get it to return the date. This would allow me to confirm when a job has been completed (E2= "Yes") and then return the days date automatically in the cell next to it (F2). Any help with this would be greatly sppreciated

I am setting up a spreadsheet for the year and want to use it year over year. I have the cell set up with the date (1/1/2011) with a format of d so that it displays the date as Sat, 1/2/2011 - Sun, etc. Since I want to use this year after year with minimal work and I want to highlight the cells that are equal to Sat and Sun, how would I set up that formula. I tried the basic =A1="Sat" and without quotes but it just returns #NAME. I know working with dates in formulas is different but can't figure out what I need to use.

Hey there.
I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP, and have configured my GMail account to work with Outlook. I've had my RSS feeds in Outlook and everything worked fine, up until last week when everything started to fall apart. I'd press Send/Recieve, and get all my mails, but didn't get any new feeds at all - and got the same error message saying "could not connect to server" from all of my feeds - and I'm using several RSS feeds from different sites, not just one source. The error code is 0xAF6C0008, didn't find anything about it in google.
Tried to reconfigure my account settings, delete and re-add the RSS feeds, but I can't even add them again, it just says "can't connect to server" and denies me. I'm really getting frusturated at this.

Anyone knows how to work this out? Thanks in advance.

On trying to install Ubuntu Linux, it managed to ditch my C drive partition and partially reformat the whole drive.

I have rescued all my program files and windows files intact, and was wondering if it is possible to locate where Outlook stores email information and whether I can copy that into my newly installed Outlook 2007.

Yes, I had everything backed up, but it was on the same drive (different partition, wiped by Ubuntu!).

I am in the process of trying to recover as much as possible, but failing that, wondered if my thoughts above would work.

Lesson Learned, don't store backups on same drive even if partitioned.

Many thanks if you can help.

Answer:Solved: Outlook 2007?

If you are using it stand-alone, or made a PST from Exchange, Outlook stores your files in your home (normally on the C: drive) under a file called Outlook.pst, by default.
(c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst)

This file can be directly imported or used from within Outlook.

I have a new Windows 7 machine in a business environment with two primary domain users utilizing it. The two users both use the same Outlook email account when working set up with IMAP. This should be fine. However, I have found that one of the users is not logging off in the evenings so when the other comes in the next morning they are just switching users. This, of course, leaves outlook open under both user names. I have had the complaint of one of the users not receiving emails and even having some missing. Missing emails I can understand due to both of them using IMAP but I would like to know if one outlook would take precedence over the other according to which user account is currently active. The complaining user has found that outlook had been set to work offline. Does my thinking sound correct in that only one instance of outlook can send/receive emails per machine if using the same exact email account as the other users that machine?

Thanks!

Answer:Solved: Outlook 2007

If a email account has been added to a user's Outlook setup, then it will have access to the email server(s) and will receive the emails when asked. If the setting to have the emails deleted from the server after download, then the PST file that did the download and deletion, would have the email. But the user can delete the email(s) from their inbox and they would be sent to the deleted folder, which in turn can be emptied on exit of Outlook.

Why are they BOTH using the same email address?

We've got Outlook 2007 and when we send an email to a certain address it will send a copy to everyone in the office. But only from a certain computer to a certain address. Is there any thing that we can do to figure this out.

Answer:Solved: Outlook 2007

When you start to type a recipients name, Outlook fills it in for you. It sounds to me like you have an email group setup that Outlook is using instead of the address you want. Try this. As soon as you start typing the recipients address and you see the Outlook suggested name, please the delete key. This will only remove it from the Outlook history used for suggested names. Then finish typing the email address. It should pick it up cleanly from your address book.

This, of course assumes that it's correct in the address book. Have you checked that?

I am running Outlook 2007 on a Vista-operated machine.

I have been having issues with the send/receive option on Outlook. I have a POP3 e-mail account at my university and I synchronize that e-mail account with Outlook. However, whenever I send/receive in Outlook, all of the messages in my POP3 account are deleted. (Outlook 2003 never did this!!!)

For example, I checked my e-mail directly without using Outlook. Then, when I open Outlook, all of the messages in my inbox were sent to Outlook and deleted from my inbox at the POP3 account.

I have checked my preferences on Outlook to see if I have a settings issue. Any suggestions?

Hi,

My organisation has just rolled out an Exchange 2007 Server.
I am a desktop support engineer for my unit. We are setting up access to the server through Outlook 2003.

A small number of Outlook 2003 users get this error message when they are using a .prf file to configure their clients.

"Your Exchange Server administrator has blocked the version of Outlook that you are using. Contact your administrator for assistance."

This is XP SP2 running Outlook 2003 (error occurs on Office, Office SP2 and Office SP3) connecting to Exchange 2007.

I have tried tried applying SP2 and SP3 to Office and completely reinstalling Office but it still occurs.

I am told by the Server Administrators that this is a local problem so I am not getting any help from them. I tend to believe them that it's not server side because I set one of the profiles up on two PCs next to eachother. On one it worked fine but on the other it had this error message. I could not see a difference in the two Outlook installations.
I have read this article here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924625 but a lot of the questions it asks and tests involve having administrator access over the server which I do not have.

Does anyone know of anything in the local Office installation that I do have control over that has been known to cause this?

All the best,

mantis484

Answer:Solved: Outlook 2003/Exchange 2007 - "Your Version of Outlook has been blocked..."

Hi we managed to find the solution so I'm posting it here to help others.

We inherited a number of builds that were done by other companies. It appears these builds have in the past had previous versions of Office installed. This has resulted in registry keys lurking around from the old installs.

Once we removed these registry entries it worked.

Best way to do this that I could think of is to

1) Uninstall Office and then search the registry for any references to Outlook. You can do this using AML Free Registry Cleaner http://www.amltools.com/ (which has a search function). Ignore any hits for Outlook Express you are only insterested in Office Outlook.

2) If this is the problem that you are having then you will find registry entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\7.0 or 8.0 or 9.0 etc.

3) Delete any Outlook folders in the above tree. Onc eof the keys in the Outlook folder will be Version and this appears to be what is being read when the server asks what version you have.

4) Reinstall Office - it should now work.

All the best,

Ok this might be the wrong place to post this so feel free to move.

This is more of a annoyance then a issue.

When I used outlook on my XP box it added hyperlinks automatically when i typed one into the message.

Now with Windows 7 I have to go back to every thing I want to link and manually add hyperlinks to each.

As a web designer you can imagine I send alot of hyperlinks through my email. And although I have dealt with it for almost 4 months now.. I would really like to know if I can fix it.

By the way this does not seem to be a local issue. I have checked outlook on a few different machines and all of them do the same thing. Wondering if it is maybe a UAC issue of sorts with 7 and Outlook.

Thanks in advance

After downloading MS Outlook Backup software, and opening that backup to view and make sure it was okay, my Outlook stopped showing me my reminders. I have since uninstalled that software.

So, my question is, how do I change the preferences on my current .pst file to show reminders, instead of that other one? Does anyone know if Outlook would have the same trouble importing mail from a FREE AOL account? Normally I would test before asking any question, but this time it would involve setting up an unnecessary email account (unnecessary if it does not work with Outlook, I mean).

Thanks for your help!

This may be a stupid question but here goes.

Is it possible to have more than one out of office reply?

I want to be able to have a standard reply to go to the boss and a different one to go to anyone else.

Answer:Solved: Outlook 2007 Out of office

Have you looked under Tools | Out of Office Assistant.. ?? You can setup custom rules in there so if you get messages from specific people you can reply with a custom template.

Hello,

I have an issue that has me stopped from using Outlook 2007. Every time I open it (lately - worked ok for months) the program asks for my username and password repeatedly.

And it will not download any email until this is done, but it cycles again. It is useless as is and I have been using "Windows Mail" in Vista as my email client with no problem.

Does anyone know of a fix? TIA

I need to print off attachments automatically from one address and I was looking up add-ins that would allow me to do this but they range in price from $30-$190. Is there just a free add-in somewhere out there that would be SAFE and FREE? I all ready checked all the Cnet.com downloads and couldn't find anything for 2007.

I am having trouble accessing any programs other than HTTP, I have tried to use ftp, ssh and outlook and it seems that vista has blocked it somehow.
outlook just says it has a communication error and FTP and SSh will not connect they just timeout, so i know there is a program blocking it.

as i said I can surf the net without a problem.

I have turned off the firewall and still no luck.

Any ideas?

I am using windows vista basic

I have been running Outlook for a couple of years. I think it is a great tool. Recently I had to reinstall the program. On my view page I used to have a list of folders, current emails, preview page, and calendar. When the program was reinstalled, my calendar is gone. I can go to it and it works fine, but I can't figure out how to have it display on my main view page. How do I do this? Thank you for your help!

Setting up the Outlook 2007 program on the new OS, pop up screens wanting username and password occur again and again and...again. It may be more security but WOW! Too many screens asking for the same info reveal set up issues. I have deleted the Outlook 2007 settings for the third time, thought I'd come to the forum for assistance.
-Any others experiencing this?
-Thanks.

I am having trouble sending an email with a jpeg in the signature. I am using Outlook 2007 on Win XP SP2 platform while connected to MS Exchange 2007. I changed the email format from html to rich text and it worked for a while, but the error message "Cannot send this item" still comes up. Also cannot send emails with a screen shot or other pictures. The user profile has been deleted and rebuilt. Outlook 2007 has been un-installed and then reinstalled. Diagnostics has been run. Any ideas? Thanks!
