How do I group common Email addresses together to send all the same Email?

Question: How do I group common Email addresses together to send all the same Email?

Say I have 10 individual Email recipients that I often send the same Email to. I want to be able to bring all the addresses together into one Group, and send the Email addressed to say "Family" or "Social Team" etc.

Is there a way that I can lump all the common recipients together under one title?

Preferred Solution: How do I group common Email addresses together to send all the same Email?

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Answer: How do I group common Email addresses together to send all the same Email?

Since your question is in the Windows Live section, I am assuming you are using the Windows Live Mail (POP Version). To add a group email do the following:

1. In Windows Live Mail, click the "contacts" button
2. Click "New"
3. Select "Category"
4. Name the Catergory (such as Family or whatever you want to call the group)
5. Check the email addresses of the list that pops up for those you want in the group.

Now, next time you want to send an email with this program, in the "to" field, simply type the name of the category you just created. All contacts you added to the group will now be sent the email you just wrote.

Hello,

I'd like to send emails to a specific group of people (roughly 150 people) using Outlook. However, I'd like any given user to only see his/her email address in the "To" box, not the other 149. And I'd like it to be like this for everyone: I send 1 email, everyone receives it, and only sees his/her email address.

This is not for marketing. Think of it as a teacher sending emails to his students.

I know there's a quick way of doing this but I can't seem to figure it out.
If I put everybody in BCC:, the "To" box remains empty, and that's not what I want.

Thanks a lot!

I finally got all 728 .vcf name and email files into a group folder and i figured out how to send one email to all. Now I have a new problem:I've weeded out some dead email addresses by sending test emails and deleting the dead end names from the group folder. But this last dead end apparently did not use any part of their name in the email address. So, I cant find the corresponding name to delete in the group folder. Until I get rid of all the dead-ends, my email-to -all gets aborted before it finishes sending to all.
Any ideas??? (Now i realize i should have sent a test email with each address as I entered them.)(?)

Answer:How do i rid bad email addresses in my group -out folder?

Hi

Which Email program are you using?

You could always create 2 new distribution groups and divide the 728 contacts in half then see which group fails.
Divide that group in half and see which half fails etc, etc......

Unfortunately this will be difficult if there are more than 2 email addresses that are faulty.

Can anyone help me create a group called "whatever", where I can have a few email addresses linked to it so I can just click "whatever" and the email will be sent to all those email addresses? I have checked the help section and it tells me to open the Windows Contact box which I have done. Then it says on the tool bar click "new contact group".... well that doesn't exist on mine. My version is 6.0.600016386 and I have tried to update it but then get a message saying I already have the newest version. Can anyone help? Thank you!

As part of that, he got on my laptop and forwarded an email to our home email that he then tried to send to his work address in hopes he could troubleshoot at work. Now the problem has "spread" to his laptop. Now we both can't send anything to his work address from either of our computers. Here's the error message, which pops up with our without outgoing authentication checked:

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I tried seaching for someone with the same problem I am having but came up empty. When I want to forward an email attachment to myself with several group contacts in the BCC (or CC) field only some of the contacts within each of the group contacts is loaded. I have rebuilt these group contacts a couple of times and edited them to ensure all contacts are correct within the group contact but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution I could try?

Thanks for your time.

I have Exchange running on SBS 2003 R2, using the pop3 connector to download messages from our host. Everything works great, except one small detail. We have two different domains, so everyone has a couple different email addresses. I have the recipient policies in Exchange configured with both domains, but when you send mail, it is only sent from the primary smtp address. Is there any way to configure this to allow the user to pick which adress to send from, without setting up a pop account on their local machines, or different exchange mailboxes for each address? I set up a new domain and made two new email addresses for it. The domain is hosted at Hostgator.

I set up accounts in OE for both email addresses. When I test them, I am able to receive emails sent to them, but I can't send emails from them. When I try to send from them, I get this message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: '[email protected]', Server: 'mail.burnlessfuel.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I spoke to Hostgator support. The problem seems to be with OE because they told me that both sending & receiving to these addresses works fine when they test them by accessing them online (with Squirrel or the other online options they have)

Any idea what is wrong & how to fix it? Thanks.

Hello, I would firstly like to say that I am no computing expert ( quite the opposite actually) and I find Windows 8 extremely confusing. I have set up( eventually) Windows 8 mail to receive mail from an extra email address as well as the initial one e.g [email protected], and [email protected] Now, while I can read incoming mail from both, if I reply to mail coming in on the second address, the reply shows up as originating from the first address. I hope my explanation isn't too confusing. Would anyone know how I can reply to an email that came in to the second address with that same address as point of origin?? Many thanks DOK.

Answer:how do i send mail from multiple email addresses in Window

Hi Dokgolf, welcome to the Eight Forums.

When composing a mail message, new or reply, Mail App shows the sender (usually your default mail account) on top left corner just above the To field where you type the receiver's mail address. Simply click your avatar / name to open a drop down list of all your mail accounts and select the sender account you'd like to use.

Suddenly I am no longer able to send a group email where I bcc people. (I can send emails with just a couple of people in it without any problem so it is just a group thing). I am getting an error message something along the lines of
0x800CCC0F (and sometimes 0x800CCC67 or 0x8004210B), connection to the server interrupted. contact ISP Server responded 452 4.1.1 (and sometimes server responded 421 dsmdc-mail-bxga4 smpt server busy unavailable (smpt 1:6)

I called my ISP as they went through an email migration/upgrade a few weeks ago so I thought maybe it was something they did. Of course they DENIED any responsiblity! He did have me try different settings even though he said the old settings should work just fine (which they did with just a couple of people in it) but it still doesn't work.

All the research I've done over the past 3 hours point to it being an ISP problem but they deny it.

What else can I do to get group emails to go again?

Thank you,
Cindy

I have a large email group - over 200 names - in Outlook Express Address Book. A number of outdated email addresses bounced back to me. I wish to remove them from my Group. But OE seems to list only names, not email addresses. I cannot find a way to search by email address. Therefore I am faced with the task of looking up each name's properties to see if it's the email I need to eliminate.

Is there a way to gather all email addresses (either from, to, or cc) in a particular email folder in Outlook and store them in a delimited file? Alternatively, is there a way to add all email addresses from all emails in a particular folder to Outlook Contacts or to the Outlook Address Book?

Yahoo imports: Microsoft Outlook (CSV File).

There is nothing in the address book that allows you to export, so under MS 2003 Outlook they is nothing that permits me to export to CSV. I suppose I need an upgrade but I am selling my business and don't want to spend the moeny right now for that.

Is there a limit to how many email addresses I can paste at one time from an Excel list into the To: field of an Outlook email? I've tried pasting 1200 at one time and it appears to work mostly fine, but there are occasional quirky results that makes me wonder if I'm pasting too many at one time.

Answer:Pasting email addresses into an Outlook email

I don't know the limit but OE have a limit to how many characters a text field like the TO: can hold. If you're copying 1200+ emails into a field you could be hitting that limit.Remember OE is a personal email client and not designed as a mass mailer.

Hi, firstly please bear with me as i'm new to this. I'm trying to setup the email on our virtual server through cpanal and using Thunderbird 3 (although i did try it with Outlook 2007 and the same results.)

Using the given Incoming and Outgoing mail server info given (mail.domain.co.uk) and the mail server username, I get a failed to find error (using both POP3 and IMAP). If I change that too the SSL settings for Incoming / Outgoing (serverusername.miniserver.com), it works and autofinds Connection Security as STARTTLS and finds the ports too. With this I can send emails fine, but I am not getting incoming emails, and I don't know enough about it too see what I'm doing incorrect, any help would be great, thanks.

I posted this on yahoo answers first, but the only response I got was "restart your outloook and try later." *facepalm* Glad to have found a place more dedicated to such problems.

1. Update all fields
2. Attach the updated word document to an email

I have one module which does the first part:

ActiveDocument.SendMail

However, I can't figure out how have it put a specific address into the To field of the document.

So I tried another tact. I have the email address as a hyperlink in the document, and set a bookmark at the hyperlink. Then I created a module that will go to the bookmark and open the hyperlink. However, this will not add the document as an attachment:

When I got BellSouth DSL years ago I had Outlook email account set up with BellSouth as outgoing and old domain as incoming so I could keep my email address from another domain. It worked fine until a year or so ago I had to add another account just for BellSouth and that worked fine.

Within last few weeks emails from my email address (old domain) would not send. I've been through it with ATT tech several times to no avail.

It seems that ATT has trapped me out and does not want me to be able to keep my old email.

There's bound to be a way to set up my email accounts so my outgoing email from my other ISP provider will send through BellSouth without changing my very old and reliable email address.

Also, I recently have acquired my own domain name and I fear emails from that email address will suffer the same fate.

I hope this is not too long, but PLEASE HELP if you can.

Answer:Can't send email using different domain in email address BellSouth trapped me out...

If your BellSouth e-mail service is provided by Yahoo, then you probably need to go through a registration and authentication process for each e-mail address you want to send through a non BellSouth/Yahoo mail server. At least that is what I had to go through as an SBC/ATT DSL customer. They claim that they do the blocking to prevent from originating from users within their network.

Answer:Can malware send email from your internet email address?

Sounds like a spammer got your email address and is spoofing the return to or from address using yours instead. It could also be that someone is infected and their computer had you email address. Here's an example of headers shown in real emailReturn-Path: <[email protected]>Received: from inaamta17.mail.tds.net ([216.170.230.187]) by inmta16.mail.tds.net (InterMail vM.7.08.03.00 201-2186-126-20070710) with ESMTP id <[email protected]net> for <[email protected]>; Thu, 26 Feb 2009 07:51:51 -0600Received: from mta705.email.newegg.com ([38.119.56.165]) by inaamta17.mail.tds.net (InterMail vG.3.00.02.00 201-2196-120-20070322) with SMTP id <[email protected]egg.com> for <[email protected]>; Thu, 26 Feb 2009 07:51:51 -0600

Hello,I got a macro online for sending emails given a condition. It works great if you have 1-2 entries that require email sending based on the condition set. But when it sends up to 10 mails daily to the same person it becomes kind of annoying.I will post the macro I use below, but first I want to say what I would like to do and don't know exactly how (I am a beginner at VBA language):--> I want to modify the macro so that for multiple entries as per the condition, it sends only 1 email with all the entries specified in body. The columns are:A - name of the person to send email toB+C - email and CC emailD - condition, if yes send email, if no don'tE - company nameF - current no.G - sector to be auditedH/I - date to begin / end auditJ/K - days left until beginning / end of the auditL - audit done: if yes, column D becomes no and greenAnd here is the macro I use:Sub audit()

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

Uh, oh, my session had timed out.   Anyway, I have Dell Dimension 4700.   This computer was formatted, by a computer tech, about two months ago, and Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition put in.   Before that I had Windows XP Professional.   And before that I had the Home Edition again.Anyway, the File, Send page or link by email would always work.  Say, I had Yahoo Mail in the Tools, Internet Options, Programs, Email Section, when I would go to File, Send page or link, it would always take me right to my Yahoo mail; or if I had Hot Mail in the Email section, it would take me to my Hot Mail. So, do not undersand why I get message boxes now.  Yesterday was the first time I had tried the File, Send, since Home Edition put in.Have to scoot to bed now, but will check sometime tomorrow to see if a reply.   Thank you for your feedback.

Answer:File, Send Page by Email, Link by Email

Hi Foxy.I tried to bring up your problem on my system but just couldn't.   Regardless of which mail program was shown in the E-mail section my system runs the default mail program. For example, if Yahoo is shown in the E-mail section and Thunderbird is the default mail program my system runs Thunderbird not Yahoo.Perhaps if you set Yahoo as the default mail program your problem will disappear.Which program generates the "message boxes" you refer to

Hi I noticed on my brothers computer every now and then the above mentioned program pops up. It says its scanning email to a certain address on port 110, which turns out was some marketing company. Another time the address showed some random looking IP address, which was untraceable after a certain number of hops.

The only email client installed is outlook express, which is set to the comcast/adelphia account. I installed sygate to make sure nothing strange is going on, but this bothers me.

Answer:AVG Email Scanner - Says its scanning email I dont send

Sounds like the PC is infected with a spam bot. Some of those things are now rootkits that hide their files/services. Very nasty.

Hunt it down and destroy it the same way as viruses/trojans/spyware.

Hi,

I built an application a couple of years ago and the user has been able to bring up a report, choose Send page by email... and email the report to their own customers.

However, this week it stopped working. The report still displays on the page, but when he clicks Send page by email... it brings up an empty email. Well, not completely empty, there are around 4 or 5 lines of whitespaces.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

So weird thing just happened. I got 8 emails in a row which were along the lines of 'mailer-daemon return address' or 'out of office' replies meaning I sent emails, but the thing is I didn't. I then went to my sent email folder and no new sent emails show up except for the ones I did send over 3 days ago. This is a gmx.com email address. I then got a new email along with those other 8 from my gmx email to my gmx email but it was listed as being sent on april 8 so it was kind of lower on the page due to read emails being ahead of it. I have absolutely no contacts saved on that account so after looking through the bounced back emails I realized it may have sent emails to everyone I sent an email to since creating the account (a year ago). I even got one on my other email address from myself which I had once sent an email to. The email message is just an url that leads to some chinese website --> url here: sizenha.com/eitw9v.php I apologize in advance if I shouldn't have pasted that url. I use bit defender total internet security 2013 so I don't think I have any malware or spyware. I haven't clicked on any odd links or anything lately so I don't know what would have caused this. I ran malware bytes and super anti spyware to be sure and super anti spyware found a bunch of cookies which it said weren't really threats but it may track some stuff I do so I got rid of it anyway. I don't think that had anything to do with it. J... Read more

In our village in Spain, we have a very dodgy wireless internet access system, run by a company called NijarNet that is very difficult to communicate with - partly a language problem and partly because their customer service is dreadful. I have 13 clients with accounts here (I'm a management agent), and I manage these for them - they are all either wifi or wimax which pick up the signal from various antennae in the area. One such client was having no problem until something called Spamcop blocked his emails. Since then, he is unable to send emails from his 02 account, although he can send from his gmail account with no problem. He can receive on both accounts. O2 says it's not their problem, but that I must talk to the provider (which I have tried to do but they deny it's their problem and can't/won't give any advice on what the problem might be). I reckon it's something fairly simple that I might be able to sort myself, maybe a setting on the router? Can you offer any advice? He's tried it on several different laptops, devices etc with no luck. Any advice would be gratefully received.

I am helping a friend with their computer mess. The husband uses Windows Live as his email client and the wife uses direct Road Runner.

They both use the same computer. When the husband tries to send email to his wife's email acct, she never receives it. Yet he can send emails to me and I am a Road Runner email address. So I know that his Windows Live is set up correctly.

His wife's email is working fine directly through Road Runner as she can send and receive emails.

SO... Seems to me the issue has something to do with using the same computer and he never signs out of Windows Live. (I personally use Outlook as I am a business and am not familiar with Windows Live)

He never gets any kind of Undeliverable mail message or anything.

Can anyone help me here. I'm am do back over to continue cleaning up some other issues with his system. And I'm not sure where to go from here.

Thank you in advance.

My Email client, MSN Premium (not Hotmail) will not open to write an email when clicking on any website's button labeled "send us an email". Instead this action causes several instances (up to 5) of IE6 to invoke and then the Op Sys (WinME) hangs until I use Ctrl-Alt-Del to end the erroneously opened IE tasks. I thought maybe it was that MSN mail was not my default email client so I used the proceedure to make MSN mail my default instead of OE6 but each time I returned to the options to see if it had changed it still says my default client is OE. Interestingly, if I envoke the MSN explorer and go to my MSN email inbox I can send and receive my email perfectly. This machine has been up and running since last October. I do not know if the problem has always existed or started more recently since I don't often click on "send us email" buttons.
I have three other machines similarly set up and none of them exhibit this problem.
WinMe, MSN Premium, and MSN messenger 6 all are up to date and current.
McAfee AV is on and up to date.
CounterSpy and Spybot are up to date and actively running.
Firefox 1.0.2 is my default browser

Hi I am trying to configure OUTLOOK EXPRESS to send and recieve email from my webiste email address. I have no problem receiving email but cant send any. I have the SMTP server set to smtp.uk.aol.com and had the port number as 25 (default) but when I tried to send email it was being returned by the AOL server's spam filter as being unsolicited spam. I went to the AOL live help and they told me to change the port setting to 587 but now it wont even send the email but gets this error -The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was '[email protected]'. Subject ', Account: 'mail.kitmania.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.uk.aol.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '505 MAIL FROM sender and AUTH username do not match', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 505, Error Number: 0x800CCC78I have been back to live help but they now say they are unable to help me unless I want to use my AOL email address. This is now good to me as I want to keep my AOL email for personal use and use the domain email address for business. I want to use OUTLOOK EXPRESS so I can add the PayPal buttons automatically for invoices.Does anyone know what I can do to get the emails to send?

Answer:send email via aol from my webiste email add

I don't think you can. This is a way of ISPs protecting themselves from non-customer's using their servers to send lots of spam, it is now quite common for ISPs to only allow their own customers (with a vali login) to send mail. All I can suggest is try a web mail service with SMTP (gmail for example) and see if you can do it through them.

Please restart the system to restore the failed services listed below: Symantec Common Client HTTP Proxy." I think it might be an issue with the firewall but am not sure. Hi everyone. We have a small internet based business. I have added a further PC as the business is growing using XP Pro. The network is operating fine with all services to both PCs. We have our email accounts on the 1st PC (using Outlook 2000). What we would like to do is have common access to the email accounts from both PCs, for example if a message comes into our info address both PCs would received a copy. If a message should be sent from our info address again both PCs would have a copy in the sent file. Before I start digging myself a very large hole to try and solve this have any of you out there got any suggestions??

Answer:Common Email accounts across a network

Hi, Microsoft exchange server would do this but the cost would be expensive for such a small setup, you would need a server computer running ms exchange (about 2000 should do it!) you could use a web based mail system instead check out the service provided by your isp or domain hosting provider

Properly managing your email accounts

1. Using just one email account.
Individuals new to email often think about their email account like they do their home address, you only have one home address, so you should only have one email. Instead, you should think about your email address like you do your keys; while it may be OK to use the same key for your front and your back door, having a single key open everything is both impractical and unsafe.
A good rule of thumb for the average email user is to keep a minimum of three email accounts. Your work account should be used exclusively for work-related conversations. Your second email account should be used for personal conversations and contacts, and your third email account should be used as a general catch-all for all hazardous behavior. That means that you should always sign up for newsletters and contests only through your third email account. Similarly, if you have to post your email account online, such as for your personal blog, you should only use your third email account (and post a web friendly form of it at that).
While your first and second email accounts can be paid or freebie, your third 'catch-all' account should always be a freebie account such as those offered by Gmail or Yahoo!. You should plan on having to dump and change out this account every six months, as the catch-all account will eventually become spammed when a newsletter manager decides to sell your name or a spammer steals your email address off a... Answer:The 25 Most Common Mistakes in Email Security

5. Using unsecure email accounts to send and receive sensitive corporate information.
Large corporations invest huge amounts of money to ensure that their computer networks and email remain secure. Despite their efforts, careless employees using personal email accounts to conduct company business and pass along sensitive data can undermine the security measures in place. So make sure that you don't risk your company's security, and your job, by transmitting sensitive company data via your own personal computer or email address.
6. Forgetting the telephone option
One of the most important lessons about email security is that no matter how many steps you take to secure your email, it will never be foolproof. This is never truer than when using a public computer. So unless you need a written record of something or are communicating across the globe, consider whether a simple phone call rather than an email is a better option. While a phone conversation may require a few extra minutes, when compared with accessing email through a public computer, a phone call is a far more secure option and it does not leave a paper trail.
Emailing the right people

7. Not using the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) option.
When you put a person's email addresses in the BCC: rather than the CC: window, none of the recipients can see the addresses of the other email recipients.

I run my own mail server and have several email addresses that I use. I have a Gmail address, an old university address, and my employer's email that I forward all to my local system where I read & reply with "mutt." My Gmail address is pretty old, back from when Gmail was still in Beta. My username there is pretty popular, so unfortunately the address has become a bit of a throwaway for me with all the spam and garbage it receives. I actually bound another Gmail address to it for more legitimate stuff.

Lately, there's been a huge increase in the number of people using the Gmail for correspondence with their attorney, their CPA, etc. If the email is truly misaddressed and looks 99% legit, I'll let them know they've reached the wrong party. Most people are appreciative. Occasionally, I get the shitty lawyer that tries to tell me to delete all copies, blah, blah, blah...

Now people have started signing up with eBay, Yahoo, and other popular web services that don't do useful email verification. This is really annoying, but I'm not sure I'm within my rights to delete/mess with their accounts just because they couldn't enter their email address correctly. Emails to [email protected], etc. usually go unanswered. So my question is, how do people respond to this kind of thing? Just ignore it and go on with life?

Answer:Someone using one of my email addresses quite a bit

Delete the email and move on.

Is my suspicion correct ? Do some ISPs' servers stop you sending mail if you are not connected via their own DUN account ?In particular: I have a Care4free account & email; & a Tiscali account & email. If I dial up Tiscali, I can receive, send , etc both my Care4free & Tiscali mail. BUT if I dial up Care4free, I can only receive Tiscali addressed mail, not send. In this case I get error 0x800ccc65 SMTP server....Both accounts are pay as you go.

Answer:Pay As You Go ISP s - different email addresses

yep - thats about the size of it - - -you can collect from all your accounts but only send from the one belonging to the isp you are signed on to. If your replying to an email sent to the account you can't send from, just go to the drop-down list in your FROM line and change appropriately. I read on this forum only last week the reason behind this but can't for the life of me think what it was.

Question: Email addresses

I'm thinking of changing to sky broadband from Virginmedia. Will I have the same IP address? Is it part of my pc or belongs to the isp? I will also need to change most of my profile information with various companies to another email address and rather than stick to the isp is it possible to have 2 email addresses on Googlemail for the same person with a different variant to the address?

Answer:Email addresses

Your IP address is provided by your ISP, so it will change if you change ISP's. Not so sure about more than one email address with a Google account though. But it is possible to have more than one email address.

Question: email addresses

Good morning everyone.

I would like to know if an email address is known and that is all the information one has. Is there any way to find out who it belongs to?

I have searched everywhere I can think of and all I can find is search engines and databases which do just the opposite of that. They will give you the email address if you know the persons name and address.

I would think that there would be something somewhere that would find the person's name and address if only the email address is known.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Thanks again.

Answer:email addresses

In order for you to get an email address, you need to register for it. If you registered the address with your valid details, then the ISP you use that gave you the email address has your records. This can be traced and the information provided, but only via very specific legal actions.
Now, you can trace any email address back to the ISP that has provided it. If you use bellsouth in Florida, then you will have an email address that ends in @bellsouth.net you can then contact the ISP, and tell them the reason you want the details of the person who uses a specific address. It will be unlikely they will divulge the information to you, as you are a private citizen, but they can take their own action if they acknowledge a specific violation of their acceptable usage policy has been breached.
Long and short of it all, the average joe soap off the streets will never be able to find out who [email protected] is, nor should they. However, it would be easy to figure out [email protected]

Hello,

I have Netscape 7, Netscape Communicator, Internet Explorer and Firefox
installed on my Compaq XP.

When I prepare an email draft(always using Netscape 7), I get multiple popup addresses for folks (even if I have deleted their old addys from all the programs above). I like it if my friends have multiple addys and I can choose one, but
if the addy is old or not in use any longer, it keeps being listed for selection. How do I eliminate it for good?

I have gone thru each browser and tried to eliminate all old addresses but
they keep showing up on my draft anyway. Whatamigonnado?

Answer:old email addresses

Here is something. But please remember that it erases all such memory, initially, depending upon your selections. If you choose to disable autocomplete options but want the computer to retain any other passwords or login names, you will need to reCHECK the options again.

Do the following: IE\Tools\Internet Options\Content\AuroComplete\. Here you will have options to CLEAR FORMS and CLEAR PASSWORDS. You can select either of those or both. That should take care of it for now.

The options should be seff-explanatory.

Question: Email addresses

I would like to insert my snail address into an email below the message without having to type it each time. Include with the address a couple of flags, because I am in the UK and the USA. Therefore the address is not a simple text address. I run XP home on a laptop. Other than copy and paste I cannot work out exactly how to do it. I have tried "Tools>Options>Compose>BusinessCards" but that does not allow flags. I have also tried "Tools>Options>Signatures>File" but again no joy. Has anybody any ideas, if so, please advise with detailed instructions. Your help would be appreciated

Answer:Email addresses

Do you use Outlook? If so which version? I can do what you wish to do with my Outlook 2002/XP signature setup (apart from flag-pics which I have never tried).

I have an email address used with Incredimail and one with OE. I wish to uninstall Incredimail - how do I get both addresses directed to OE?

Answer:Email addresses

I don't use Incredimail, but if you can export your address book from there in a form that OE can read you can do it. You need to export it in CSV (comma seperated Values ) Export to a file such as "My Documents, then import into OE from there.

When composing an email using Yahoo, options from my Yahoo address book used to appear when I began typing someone's name or a category name in the 'to', 'cc', or 'bcc' line. That feature has stopped working on my yahoo email account. It still works with my gmail account. I use Mozilla Firefox and am running Windows XP Professional. How can I re-activate that feature?
