Question: Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK Mathematical Operations Test...

Hey all, I have seen this issue crop up in quite a few places but I have unfortunately never come across a solution which solved my issue. After having my laptop for just over 6 months I finally decided enough is enough and collected information from around to internet to try and solve my issue. The reason I decided to pesued this is that I work for a games company in the tech department and their games runs on laptops over 10 years old with specs that make the Yoga 700 look like a super computer. What issue? Running the lenovo solutions centre hardware checker on and Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK will fail on the mathematical operations test. Why is this an issue? For normal use, this is not much of a problem, I have seen reports of other users black screening persistently but I have never personally experienced this issue. It's mostly an issue if you play games with graphical post processing such as ambient occlusion or anti aliasing. You will most certainly black screen a lot. Dilema. if you're like me, you have tried to install all the graphics drivers under the sun with no prevail. Every time you check your graphics drivers' dates they insist they are up to date with the latest driver from the 18th of December 2015. We all know this is not the case. This is windows 10's handy dandy "KEEP EVERYTHING UP TO DATE AND STABLE" feature, which unfortunately is a double edged sword. Solution! 1. You have probably just accepted your fate and not tried to update your drivers in 6 months, so you'll need new drivers. Download the latest drivers from Intel or Lenovo either should work (I'm currently using intels' as I like new shiny things). Note: get the non-beta drivers from intel as they are known to be slightly dogey. 2. Once you have these downloaded, install them as much as you can (they should be placed in C:\drivers\Intel Graphics Driver\Graphics) if you downloaded the zip file from intel, just extract it in a folder you can easily find using 7zip, Winrar or any other decompression software. 3. Once this is done, locate your graphics card in system in device manager (Press the windows key and type "device manager". Once this is open, drop down from display adapters, right-click your graphics card and select update driver software. Now select browse my computer, If you downloaded the Lenovo drivers you will find them at C:\drivers\Intel Graphics Driver\Graphics just select this and press next. If you downloaded intel drivers, find them on your computer, select the file "Graphics" and click next. Once this has finished installing (if it doesn't see section 3.1) reboot your laptop. 3.1. (Do not do this step if drivers installed correctly) Uninstall your drivers and reboot your laptop then repeat step 3. 4. Open display adapters again and select properties then select driver take note of what date is on your graphics driver if it still does not say 2016, never fear! While still in the driver menu select "Roll Back Driver". This should tell windows to not try and use recommended drivers and your issue should disappear, just like the hours I have spent trying to solve this ridiculous windows 10 "feature" 4.1. You could also disable the windows feature but 9/10 it works great, so I wouldn't recommend it. Hope this helps. Cheers, Dylan

Hi guys Brand new laptop, had it a few months.  The lenovo system test worked fine until now.  It gets to the video card test - mathematical operations test - and sits at 34%.  Then i get a messahe saying its taking longer than expected.  This used to scan very quickly and it pretty much doesnt complete. I tried doing a system restore but after an hour the restore was still initializing, so i restarted the laptop.  Any ideas? Its brand new !

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Lenovo computer (Y700-17ISK) that has some issues with it's Intel HD graphic 530 card.The test in the Lenovo Solution Center always say "failed - error code WVC00V002-UL7C7L for the Mathematical Operations"I saw the solutions given earlier and I tried with no results to update the Lenovo Solution center....What else can I do? URGENT Hi Guys, I've jout bought Laptop Lenovo Ideapad 500-15ISK, and I got th below failed; The screen went mostly blank (black) and i got an error popping out of the side of the screen saying there's an error on the graphics card. the screen sorted itself out and i continued working. I believe you may be receiving a false negative.  Could you ensure that you have the latest version of the Lenovo Solution Centre installed and also the latest Intel graphics driver for your system.

Watching this thread as I have a brand new flex 3 that I am setting up right now and it failed the mathematical operations test as well. Curious how they can let them leave the factory like this. I have done nothting accept open it up and run setup / scans. Odd. On a positive note though, I was able to play a couple of youtube videos without issue. Sound and video are very nice!

Have you tried going into Windows Device Manager and then select the Display Adapter and then right click your mouse on the Intel listing and choose the option to Update the Driver?  The driver update should resolve the problem.

 Could someone tell me if there is something wrong with my Ideapad 100 when it get's to testing the Video Card and won't move when it get's to doing the Mathematical Operations Test?  I've rebooted and it still won't do it.  I only have 3 days of warranty left too  How do I fix it Please?

Investing on an extended warranty is always a good assurance for our machines considering prices of motherboard and parts nowadays. 
 
The mathematical error maybe just a false positive error of the software similar to this discussion. 
To proceed , run an updated Lenovo Solution Center, update the graphics drivers directly from manufacturer then re run LSC or individual test. Restart and recheck.

It says that the Mathematical Operations Test failed and I should follow the onscreen directions on the botton of the hardware scan results to contact Lenovo Support. So I guess here I am. I have some problems with the Lenovo software. Lenovo Account Portal does not launch Lenovo Companion and Lenovo Settings. Also, Lenovo Solution Center is missing from the Start Menu. The second problem is that some tiles are blank in Start Menu. Seemingly it's the apps that aren't Metro. I'm not sure when the problem started, but I think it was like that since I got the PC. If I right click the apps, the only option will be "Pin to Start", and with some apps: Share and Rate. Here's a picture of the problem:I did already try:Restarting the PC.Doing scannow, DISM, and scannow again.Fixing Registry errors with CCleaner.Updating BIOS and drivers. What can I do to fix the problem?

Getting message to say I have used 119G of 119G.  This could not possibly be correct.  As far as I can see there is no disk partition, only a C:   Since new I have installed very little software and a couple of apps.  Please help

Someone would need more info to help.  What kind of machine?  Operating system?  Disk size?  Why are you sure the message is wrong?  A 128GB SSD could easily have 119GB of usable space with almost all being gone.

Hi just got lenovo yoga 500 - 14ISK for christmas and the bootup time to start Windows 10 is about 4 to 5 minites. With 8g ram, I5-6200 cpu and SSHD 1TB + 8g hard drive it seems abit long. I also have a desktop pc with I5,8g ram and a SSD drive and it take less than a minite. I know its not a full SSD drive in the yoga 500 but its so long to boot up i dont no if its all Lenovo bloatware loading or if its a faulty drive. Any one had the same problem and can give advice please.

Hi focus 5522,system boot up with sshd drive must be under 20 seconds (even with lenovo bloatware), there must by some hw or sw problem, try check your device manager for some broken drivers or task manager for some high cpu usage processes and it can help to find out what's wrong.If you can't find anything, just try reinstall whole your system (lenovo recovery from recovery partiton - accessible thought novo button, or you can download win10 iso image and microsoft usb instal tool and reinstal whole system without lenovo sw.)Tomas

It seams that the plug can be separate from the rest of the chaeger but I didn't find how.I didn't find on the lenovo store any plug to replace my french plug as well. Do you know if something like that exist and where I can find it?If not I guesss it's easier and cheaper to buy only a universal plug adapter, but since I'll stay in Canada for a long time, a proper integrated solution seems better for me ! Thank you for your help !

Hello,I've been experiencing some terrible fan noise, now for the third time. I had the fan replaced twice and the noise keeps returning after a month or so.The main problem is the quality of the fan, it just bends and then touches the "frame".Anyone experiencing the same? or I'm just an extremely unlucky person with two bad fans?I'm looking for a longlasting solution, I cannot replace the fan every month.cheers

?06-30-2017 09:16 PMI have a yoga 70014ISK that gave me 0xc000025. I reached the window you posted, however my question is will my computer start working if it is set to ( Restore from initial back up? Geek Squad told me they would have to wipe my YOGA and reinstall Windows 10. Please HELP!

Try these steps..
 
Boot the computer by turning it back on and keep on tapping ESC. Then click F11 Recovery then
select "Troubleshoot" and then "Advance Options" and try these steps:
 
b.Select "Advanced options" and then select "Command Prompt".
c.If prompted, enter in the password for the user name.
d.At the Command Prompt, type the following commands and hit enter.
?
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /Fixboot
bootrec /rebuildBCD
?
If prompted to press yes then press Y then restart if not then type the code below
?
?
chkdsk c: /f /r /x
 
After running the commands your computer should restart and will automatically install windows update. Sometimes it will take for a while to update. Just extend your patience and wait until your computer restarted successfully.

Hi. Can anybody advice me if its possible to replace the original ssd on my Lenovo yoga 710-14ISK i7 6500U 8G RAM 256G SSD with the SanDisk X400 1TB? Will it fit, will it give the computer the same speed and smoothness in work as the original SSD gives? And how can I boot the computer on the new SSD? Thanks for any help.

The specification of this model when I bought it said "1x DisplayPort (combo with HDMI)".However I have tried to connect my Displayport monitor and it does not work. There is no technical documentation and the Lenovo call centre were unhelpful and then hung up on me.

I choice it for a very long time because for me it was a very important and expensive thing. But.. in april this happened. At first everything was invisible, but every day more and more.I'm studying for a programmer and for me it was unpleasant. Most of all it was a pity that I chose the laptop because of the convenient keyboard. I writing in support, but they said, that I'm need to go to the service center. But he is 400 km away from me. They said, that I need to wait for evaluation and repair time. I can not afford it financially.Now I looked through many forums, this problem turned out only for me. Hi,I've just bought Lenovo YOGA 500-14ISK ( i7 8GB 500GB GF940-2GB) and I'm very disappointed with one problem - I've notice that  sometimes when I use keyboard, spacebar does not work correctly. After closer look, it appears that space does not work at all if I press it near its right edge (about 0,5 cm from the right edge of spacebar is a blind spot).It is typical flaw in that keyboard and all laptops of this model works like this, or it is only a problem with my unit and I should return it ?

No laptop should be like that. Most likely the stabiliser bar which runs underneath the spacebar (and other longer than normal keys) is not attached at one end.While probably easily fixed since it's under warrenty it's not worth risking anything so just have it fixed or exchanged.

When I try to click anywhere it immediately starts typing "zzzzzzz..." and won't stop. I am currently using my laptop in tablet mode. I was able to type a, q and 1 when holding down the letter z, but I updated the bios and now nothing works (I was previously also able to 'disable' the letter z, when holding it down with the buttons next to it). Could it be possible to fix the problem or should I give up and take it to repairs?

Hi My laptop is just 3 months old, has been working fine up till  now. All of a sudden it won't connect to wifi, or it will for a second then go off again. Yesterday all options for wifi went completely missing, in the toolbar on the bottom right hand side, the icon for wifi had dissappearEd and when I went into settings,wifi settings had gone from there too. The icons are back now and I could connect to my wifi, but it says there is no Internet connection. There is Internet through the wifi though because I'm using my phone on the wifi!! I tried to disconnect from the wifi and economy again but it has been trying to connect to the wifi for the last 10 mins! Help!!!! Thankso Jamie

Hi guys,  Got my yoga last month and it's been okay, bit slow to load from sleep but it's done the job. Only thing is its now in a permanent sleep mode. I've tried re-charging it from zero battery, hard reset, putting the lid up and down, combining that with hard reset too. what to do? Do I have to send it somewhere? Obviously I don't want to open the thing up, I'd rather leave that to a professional. cheers.

Bought one of these and want to up the RAM from 4 to 8Gb
have taken the back off, but the ram appears to be under a metal silver shield with no obvious way in.
Anyone come across this before

Why on earth Lenovo decided to armour-plate the RAM module in this way is beyond me - the cover serves no good purpose, and certainly doesn't act as an RF shield in any way.
The good news is that you can remove the metal cover quite easily. There are small metal clips along the side, and if you carefully pry these open with a suitable tool ( I have used a small flat-blade screwdriver) you will find that the cover can be opened without too much trouble, revealing the single RAM module.

I have Lenovo Yoga 500-14ISK with Intel Core i7-6500U CPU and NVIDIA GeForce 940M GPU. Today when I was playing Rocket League on it while monitoring the temperatures I've noticed that the CPU temperature was max. 94 Celsius degrees and GPU temperature was max. 82 Celsius degrees. This is actually quite hot. Is it normal in this laptop? Are these temperatures safe to it? I was so scared by these temperatures that I've uninstalled that game from my laptop.

Hello, I've had this lenovo yoga 710 for only a few months now and on multiple occasions, I've gone to open my camera/skype call, and I get a black screen, that says, "We Can't Find Your Camera". Now, I've read about a million posts about solutions to similar problems, but can't seem to get anything to work.When I go into "Device Manager", there are no camera drivers under "Imaging Devices" or "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers". So I looked it up, and everything I read says to go to the lenovo website, find the right camera driver for my specific computer, and download it. Well, I've tried that with a bunch of different camera drivers including the "AzureWave, Bison, Chicony, Liteon" one that is supposedly the right one for this computer, and after hitting "install" and "finish", I get a pop-up "error" message that simply says, "No device found". I've uninstalled and reinstalled lenovo "easycam", but it says the same thing -- "Can't find device", etc.Any suggestions would be awesome, I've only had this laptop for a few months and this has happened at least 4 or 5 times now and it's really becoming quite the aggravation when trying to video chat with family from college.Thanks in advance!

Hi,I reinstalled windows and wiped all partitions, because I thought I wouldn't need the anymore and wanted to get rid of the bloatware.But the support page for the 710-14ISK seems to be missing some drivers, like the paper display driver, or onekey software. It would be really nice if someone could list the drivers and software that came preinstalled or could even dump the driver to something like google drive. Thanks for any help.

So, I've had some instances, where I'm doing something on my laptop, and then my computer screen suddenly blacks out for less than 1 second, and then turns on again. After that, I would get a notification that the Intel HD Graphics 520 driver on my PC has crashed and recovered. Then I decided to do a hardware scan, found that the Mathematical Operations Test in Video Card failed, and got the code WVC007002-UL7CAF. I thought the failure would be the cause. Therefore, how would I fix it?

Hey there, I recenently got one of the Lenovo Notebooks of the Yogaseries, which exactly it is, is stated in the title. However, since yesterday I never had any problems with it, I really like it, the convertible function etc., but it seems, that my display registeres touches Im not applying, it touches like everywhere over my screen and I dont even have my hands on the computer. When I restart it or install the touchpad driver from the supportsection for my notebook, it is okay for like 10 mins and then it goes all over again. I found an interesting solution for a similar problem, its in this thread: https://support.lenovo.com/de/de/documents/SF15-I0024 I have literally the same issue, problem is, the fix which is downloadable there, seems to only work for panels from LG, I figured out the hardware ID from my IPS panel, but I cant figure out where its factured or where I can get a fix for this issue. Dear All, I have just bought a brand new Lenovo Yoga 510-14ISK. When turning it on the first time and trying to do the initial setup and to configure operating system the following error message appeared: SYSTEM-THREAD-EXCEPTION-NOT-HANDLED. After restarting only a blank screen is showing, nothing else. Please if you have any idea how to resolve the problem please help.  Thanks a million.

So I've run Intel's vulnerability detection tool on my laptop and it says this model (700-14ISK, model 80QD) is vulnerable. I've searched the Lenovo Security Advisory LEN-17297 but my laptop isn't listed at all let alone have an update to download. I've also looked up all downloads available for my laptop on it's support page and I did run the BIOS update available - however, after the update was completed, I ran the Intel tool again and it says the system is still vulnerable. When will a security update for this issue be available or where can I find it?Thanks,-Matt

Why OneKey Recovery does not work after installing latest update of windows 10? I have updated windows today (14 Oct 2017). I think the latest version of windows 10 has been installed on my laptop now. After installing this latest version of windows 10, I am unable to make system backup using pre-installed OneKey Recovery Software in my Lenovo Yoga500 14ISK laptop. An another issue is I found a windows.old folder in my system drive which is using approximately 15 GB. Will Lenovo release a fix for critical vulnerabilities in Intel Management Engine for my Lenovo Yoga 500-14ISK? I have not found it on the official Lenovo list, but Intel's tool says it's vulnerable. I have Intel ME firmware version 11.0.0.1197 and it's a Skylake version of this Yoga notebook. Hello, i just recently bought Yoga 500 14ISK with windows 10. However the screen occasionally and randomly goes black during work and the only solution is to switch it off with power button and switch it on again. When in black screen, computer still works (fans, music, etc.) I tried to close the laptop to put it into a sleep mode and open it again-screen works but after entering my password it goes black again in a second.I was able to solve all the other issues(high CPU, RAM and disku usage) but this one is killing me. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Hey there.I just got a Yoga 500-14ISK too and I ran into a thread (here: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-IdeaPad-100-305-500-Edge/FLex-3-Video-card-Mathematical-Operatio... where guys were having similar issues, as well as the Lenovo Companion app detecting hardware errors. I don't have black screen issues but it does tell m I have an Intel HD 520 hardware problem.What they suggested is that the laptop is "too new" for the drivers and Lenovo has acknowledged the issues. I bought Kingston (HX316LS9IB/8)  8gb ddr3 ram,but it doesnt work on 500-14isk, the laptop is not bootingI think the problem is the bios only supports CL11 rams.If it is, why bios doesn't support CL9 rams. Can you put new update bios for it ? Thanks.

Answer:Yoga 500 14ISK 8gb ram not working

A lower number of wait states won't make it incompatible.  I would try reseating it.  Also, after a configuration change, it may take longer for the first POST - maybe up to a minute.  Sometimes, particular brands and models have compatibility problems.  If it still doesn't work, I suggest returning it for a different brand.  My choice is always Corsair Vengeance.  I've never had compatibility issues.  Other people may have other favorites.

Hello, i have the following model Yoga 510-14ISK Laptop, the problem is that whenever i try to play a game, it won' matter what title, it won't switch to the dedicated graphics.What i tried so far:-disabled onboard graphics, ran a test on League of Legends, i have about 5 to 7 fps, it did not work at all the first time, the radeon graphics driver was either missing completely or malfunctioning ! i downloaded the auto detect driver tool from radeon, seems to have partially solved the problem, the game starts but as i said above very low fps, with minimum settings, do note that with my onboard driver it can render it in high quality at the max resolution available 1366x768.-changed the power plan to high perfomance;-i ran the lenovo companion basic diagnostic test and all the components are working as they should no problem there.What could be the cause of this ? With my integrated graphics card i can run it just fine, but i have a dedicated card and my laptop does not use it at all, in any circumstance, even videos on youtube with my dedicated card enabled and onboard card disabled it moves clunky, and yes it does have the power cable connected.Any solutions ?Thank you !

Checking with i3-6100u specification here for the supported socket show BGA (ball grid array) or soldered onto the motherboard so it cannot be upgraded.
 
Similarly, as the hardware manual does not offer steps for CPU removal, page 70-71 item 4 show description of the motherboards with the CPU that it comes with too. So upgrading the CPU would mean changing the entire board instead.

I have had a Yoga 700 14ISK for approx. 1.5 years. I have just started having issues with the fan constantly running even with very little usage / open applications. I checked CPU usage in task manager and it is very low ~ 2%. I have seen some suggestions to update BIOS for the Yoga 710 to deal with this issue. The only BIOS update I have seen for the Yoga 700 was from Sept 2016. I've also seen some suggesitons to download a fan control utlity and then adjust fan settings. Anybody else experiencing this issue with the Yoga 700 ? Should I download the BIOS update from Sept 2016 ? Will that help ?  Any advice would be apprecaited. Thanks,

Hello, I have a question about the Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK (14" model). I see some are shipped with an SSD and some with an HDD. Is there place to place both an SSD and an HDD? Then I could for example buy the one with the SSD, and install an HDD next to it myself. It seems possible with the 700-15ISK (15") model, but I was wondering whether this is also the case for the 14" model. Regards,Loek

Ideapad 300-15isk passes the Lenovo Solutions Center Hardware Diagnotics under Windows 10.After reverting to Windows 7 to seek more reliable performance, the same hardware scan now indicates that the Intel HD 520 video math operations test fails with Intel video driver 10.18.15.4279 installed. The post at https://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/solutions/ht105222 describes the solution for this problem on the Y700-17ISK.  Trying that procedure for this computer produces a popup stating either:- the best driver is already installed, or;- The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. On May 3 2017 Intel published graphics driver 15.45.18.4664Trying to install this driver also fails, citing that this driver is not validated for this computer. Any thoughts / ideas on this one?

With current 8GB , you may no longer upgrade it more as per OEM recommendation for maximum RAM support.

My Yoga 500-14ISK Laptop (ideapad) did not charge due to mainboard problem as stated by the Lenovo service in Turkey. The worst thing is that I was told that related part-the mainboard is not avaliable in Turkey and I had to wait for another month.My waranty expires on 1st of december,2018. What if the part arrives later than that date and I get the third mainboard error when the warranty is over. The Turkish service does not accpet to give me brand new computer as I have a broken but working screen. So I need help

Hello, Just received this laptop yesterday and liking it so far. Trying to update as many drivers as possible which lenovo seems to make difficult with their own customs one. One of the drivers is the Intel HD Graphics one, which provides an error when i do a solution centre scan - forget this issue for a sec, apparently this is a false positive but is fixed by newer drivers. When I go to install the latest Intel VGA driver for my machine (updated 12/8/16), i get through the installation and then get an error message when it finishes up telling me the  "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the manufacturor" Of course when i go to install one direct from intel I also get this message. I'm not sure what to do from here? Why is the driver on the Lenovo website not recognised? The driver remains on an old version (now over a year old). Help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jack

I tried basically everything that I have found on internet, including factory reset, reinstalling camera drivers, removing Lenovo Companion, pressing F8 or FN+F8 etc but the camera still won't work. It's not even listed under hidden devices in Device Manager. I've seen solution to turn off private mode in Lenovo Settings but unfortunatelly Lenovo Setting has merged with Companion so no luck here. I will be gratefull for any advise before RMA. Thanks

Hi, My camera is not working where I get the error message 0xA00F4244(0xC00D36D5) in the windows camera app.  The camera worked perfectly on 08/03/17 but did not work at all today. I checked the drivers and got this.Name: EasyCameraDevice type: Imaging devicesManufacturer: BisonLocation: 0000.0014.0000.005.000.000.000.000.000Device status: Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45). To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.  There is an option to click called "learn how" in the windows camera app along with the error code, this lead me the microsoft website where I followed one of the steps to resolve this issue. I tried to update the driver which didn't work then I tried the option "Uninstall your webcam driver and scan for hardware changes". I managed to resolve this immediately after posting all that and going through all of that ordeal... I looked at my keyboard, saw the camera symbol on F8 and decided to press it to see if it does anything. The camera was reenabled and back to working perfectly. I remember someone in the past week decided to press loads of keys on my keyboard messing, turns out they pressed F8... So if you have this issue try pressing F8 or the alternative button on your computer before you do anything! Or you could end up wasting an entire evening and night (literally) searching forums for information trying to fix it yourself, being on with customer support remotely accessing your computer, reinstalling windows and loads of drivers, uninstalling your antivirus and also being told by Lenovo to reset your laptop to factory settings in their email support.   Hope my embarrassing situation saves you hassle in the future, also to show you to learn to laugh at yourself when something like this happens, I know I certainly am now. Good luck, Thomas

I tried basically everything that I have found on internet, including factory reset, reinstalling camera drivers, removing Lenovo Companion, pressing F8 or FN+F8 etc but the camera still won't work. It's not even listed under hidden devices in Device Manager. I've seen solution to turn off private mode in Lenovo Settings but unfortunatelly Lenovo Setting has merged with Companion so no luck here. I will be gratefull for any advise before RMA. Thanks

Hello, I used microsoft refresh to have a new clean windows 10 on that computer. I wanted to install last driver so I went to : this link even if all semms to work well. I've several questions : 1 - it seems there is some duplications with some drivers   for Bluetooth drivers : Intel Bluetooth Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Notebook, Bluetooth Driver (Liteon, Realtek, Broadcom) for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Notebook,    for wifi drivers : WLAN Driver (Liteon, Realtek, Broadcom) for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Notebook, Intel WLAN Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Notebook,) 2 - If I look on Intel Management Engine Interface Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Notebook version, on the site, it's written ver. 11.0.0.1176 from 19/10/2016, but the preinstalled version actual in windows  10 on the laptop is version 11.5.0.1011 with date of 08/04/2016. Is it normal to have a higher version with a lower date? Could I base only on dates to choose which drivers to install? What do you advise me to do? Install all the drivers on the webpage? Thanks.
