I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Hello,
I come from China. I ordered a refurbished machine for Yoga 13 on the Offical website on Feb 12,2014. At that time, the IWS was supported for the refurbished ones. However, since the update of your policy, the document ID is PD004172 which was last modified on 11/3/2014!!!  It results that  I cannot apply for the IWS at my location because my local support provide the updated policy document for me.It's so bad! How about to deal with it?  Please replay me as soon as possible. The detailed information of my order  was listed below.

My keyboard doesn't respond always. Please Help!!! Thank You In Advance

Answer:Yoga 900-13ISK Laptop (ideapad) WiFi Connection/Staying connected issues

 Hi Chad76 ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

With the connectivity issue , I would suggest to turn off / uncheck power saving from the property box of the device network adapter as shown on this link.
Transmit power to highest if available , Roaming aggressiveness / tendency highest  then restart .
Observe the changes on your connection.

Likewise to limit start up items that may be running from the background that may pick off some of the bandwidth, you may set the pc on clean boot as shown here.

Update us how it goes.

Dear RonnieDio,

Welcome in lenovo community,

Lenovo did not test or release the compatible windows 10 drivers for the U310 yet.

Also you can follow the below link for the Lenovo supported systems list for Windows 10 Upgrade till now.

Hello Lenovo forum users, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I became the owner of a new Lenovo Idea Pad Yoga 13 this past Christmas. As of recently, I have noticed that when I 'am using this laptop, the keyboard will frequently "lock up." In other words, it will not recieve any input from any keys on the keyboard. To fix this, I have been simply putting the laptop in 'Sleep' mode and re-awakening it, and the keyboard begins to work again. (I keep my laptop open at about 95-110 degrees - I am aware that the keyboard locks when the Yoga is in tablet/tent mode, but I rarely use these.) If someone could shed some light on this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. This is becoming quite a nuisance when I am trying to get work done!Thank you for your time and patience. I apologize if this is in the wrong forum category, as I am new to the Lenovo forum community.

Answer:IdeaPad Yoga 13 - Keyboard Keeps 'Locking'

hi HoffmanM,

Welcome to the Lenovo Forums.

Your problem might be similar to the first question on this thread.

The solution was to disable this service called "ymc" or Yoga Mode Control.
1. Open control panel and type "Local services" in search box
2. Click on Local services, scroll down to ymc, right click > properties > stop > startup type - disabled.
3. Restart laptop and the keyboard and mouse disabling problem should be fixed.

Credits goes to Hasan10.

Let me know your findings

Cheers

Within the last few days, a problem has appeared with my Yoga 2 pro.  If I transition to a different configuration (tablet, stand, tent ...) Hi and welcome,

I do not know what's wrong and what should cause it to happen, but there's one thing I'd like you to try. In the system tray, next to the clock in the bottom right hand corner there should be a red 'Harmony' icon. Can you please right click (or tap and hold on the screen) on it and turn it off? It will turn gray. Now, try to use your Yoga in tablet mode and let us know if there's any change/improvement.

I've updated my IdeaPad Yoga 11S to Windows 10 and updated all of my drivers (wireless card, video, audio, etc.), and yet I'm still struggling with making Miracast work reliably on my Roku streaming stick. I can cast the screen, but if I try to play audio, it cuts in and out badly. And, after several minutes, the connection will drop off completely.  I've talked to Roku, and they reminded me that screen mirroring is still in beta for them, but I don't have this audio problem when I mirror the screen of my LG Nexus 5 Android phone to the Roku stick. It only seems to be a problem on the Yoga. On a related note, my Windows Media Player gives me an option to play my music directly on the Roku stick, but when I do that, it doesn't make the connection at all.  The Roku stick works just fine if I cast a YouTube video, etc. to it from the Yoga, but screen mirroring is unstable, and the audio is worthless even when I can see the screen. Any ideas?

Hi,I porchased a new Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 500-15, I'm having three troubles at starting using:1) The graphics driver falls almost every time in browsers(edge and firefox) when i watching videos, load sites with sliders or scrolling page down in ebay. This is the error message: Spoiler (Highlight to read)"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" "Display driver Intel HD graphics drivers for windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered""Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" "Display driver Intel HD graphics drivers for windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered"I tied to download and install a new driver from her for integreated video card Intel HD graphics 520, but that is impossible because it says that the driver is not validate for this computer. 2) When the laptop plugged in, the mouse/touchpad freezes (or lagging) in every 1 second. I found this happens when the process "FMAPP" running in the background. Got my orange Yoga 11 with Windows RT a few days ago here in the UK, and I have to say that initial impressions are very good. No fan at all, barely gets wam, switches on from connected standby almost instantly, and battery life is really impressive. Build quality seems solid - no peeling paintwork, and keyboard is securely fastened, screen is great quality, there's some backlight bleed on the right side, but only visible when at 100% against a black background (i.e. never). There's a bit more flex and 'give' in the screen than I expected, but nothing I can't live with. Wifi signal is also strong and connections don't drop like others are seeing with the Yoga 13.So, Windows RT ... still getting used to it, but here are some initial niggles:  there only appears to be one Lenovo RT settings app available in the Store, and it's fairly useless, since all it does is provide a switch to lock/unlock keyboard in different orientations (why?). No Lenovo drivers are available from here either, I guess these all come from Windows Update for the RT model instead? The problems I'm having stem from not being able to tweak some system & hardware settings properly because of the above and the need to rely on stock driiver configs, specifically:- Keyboard: it can be quite sluggish, and doesn't register repeat letters very well (like in 'tell' or 'soon') at my typing speed. I've never experienced this with any keyboard, nevermind a Lenovo one. The stock keyboard config under Control Pa... Read more

Well, I got to the root of one of the issues anyway: bluetooth conflicts with wireless. Disabling wireless completely allows playing to a bluetooth speaker without any skipping and breaking up. Re-enable wireless, and the issue is back (with Bluetooth Collaboration both on and off in the wireless adapter settings). That hopefully will help you to find a solution.

Hi! I've got Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 Silver (https://www.alza.cz/EN/lenovo-ideapad-yoga-13-silver-d375124.htm), and while I am quite content with the device, my keyboard stopped working. I was wondering whether any of you might know and suggest an online reseller (official or otherwise), where I could get hold of a replacement keyboard. Now, I suppose backlit keyboard versions of newer Yoga laptops will not work I guess, will they? From what I have read Yoga 13 Silver does not have the slot required for backlit, but aside that, will the keyboard function and will it fit (dimension-wise)? If so, what is the voltage and current required? Would soldering a small battery to the backlit cable be a good idea (I accept the fact that I wouldn't be able to regulate it)? Thank you in advance!ck

I splashed some tea on the keyboard of my 510-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) model 80SR and now some of the keys have stopped working. I am in the UK so this is the layout/style of keyboard it uses (not the US layout). The backlight still works fine, though, and the laptop itself works normally, it is only some keys which have stopped working. I have fixed this problem on other laptops by simply replacing the keyboard, but on my ideapad the keyboard is internal (it doesn't pop out) so I don't know how to do it. Furthermore, I can't find any information about the keyboard for this laptop anywhere on the internet: not on google, not on youtube, not even on this Lenovo website. How/where can I repair/replace the keyboard? Will it be expensive? I have seen that sometimes only individual keys need to be fixed, not the entire keyboard, could this be an option? My laptop is still under warranty if that means anything. Thanks for any help.

I am having some problems with the battery on my Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13.  I have searched the forum to find a mountain of topics with problems similar but not quite the same.  I have also tried a lot of the suggestions to resolve the issue but none have worked so I guess i have to start my own thread. My Lenovo has been working fine (well has fine as could be expected with these machines) up until last week.   I had been using the machine in work without issue and put it into the car (fully charged) to take home.   When i went to use it again a couple of days ago I plugged in the charger as normal and turned it on, only to find it completely dead.   The power machine didnt turn on and the power button didnt illuminate.   My initial feeling was that i may have accidently turned the machine on while in the car and this had drained the battery.   I also thought that perhaps the power supply was faulty so I bought a new one. When i tried the new power supply it was the same result as the original, (not turning on and no illumination on the power button).    I went back to the original power supply, this time there was a fan noise (although the machine did not turn on), and the battery indicator flashed repeatedly orange (which i believe means the battery is below 5% and needs charging.   So i left the oringal power supply plugged in overnight to charge.   Next morning the battery indicator was still flashing repeate... Hi, I recently bought a Yoga 2 Pro, and it's a good laptop except that the keyboard doesn't disable when in stand- or tentmode. It does disable when it's in tablet mode. I figured it was a driver I accidentally uninstalled but that doesn't appear to be it because the issue was still there after I reinstalled Windows 8.1 ( i didn't have anything on the laptop yet so I didn't loose anything). Has anyone experienced this or have a fix for it? Is it a hardware issue? Joran

The CPU and Motherboard are running about 55 degrees C on idle.  As well, the system is constantly running WMI Provider Host (WmiPrvSE.exe) and it eats up between 4-6% of the CPU.Any advice as to how ot get this worked out?

My daughters Yoga 11S has thin horizontal line. She is in college.Should I panic?  Do I need to worry about full "black screen" crash?Missed warranty by 2 months. Disappointed anyone have ideas or suggestions?

Answer:Thin horizontal line on Yoga Ideapad Yoga llS

hi kbrunk,

Welcome to the Lenovo Forums and sorry to hear about your trouble.

Horizontal lines are commonly caused by an imminent failure on the LCD (either the LCD panel or the LCD cable) or the GPU. To identify which component is failing, the unit must be connected to an external display. If the display is fine then the culprit is the LCD cable, otherwise, it's the GPU (which is integrated to the CPU (CPU is soldered to the motherboard)).

In the event that the problem is with the LCD cable, you can opt to:
1. Contact lenovo for service
2. Have the machine serviced at a professional computer repair center (if they don't have the parts for the repair, you can purchase it online (like this item).

If it's not convenient to have the unit serviced at the moment (ie. need it for an upcomming exam, thesis, etc.), the computer can still be used if the horizontal line is still bearable but I recommend you get it serviced ASAP.

Regards

*Edit: Using a latency monitor (LatencyMon), I've found that the issue seems to be latency (it really SEEMED like latency before I ran it). ndis.sys and usbport.sys seem to be the culprits. Not sure what to do about it. Tried installing older wlan drivers. Nothing.* *Edit 2: To clarify, there is no lag when playing video or even certain games (such as Hearthstone). It is something only triggered by certain 3D games, which again, played smoothly, without stutter, before Windows 10* After updating my first gen Yoga 13 to Windows 10, most games with any kind of 3d acceleration--once playable with no issues in Windows 8--now lag to the point that they are unplayable, for example Diablo 3 and XCom (both ran smoothly in 8). Every few seconds the game will slow, causing audio to tear (kind of echoes) and graphics to slow/halt.  What I have: Core i7, 8gb ram (I don't believe there are options on the rest of the components).  What I've tried: Updating all drivers, including downloading graphics driver from Intel and double checking Conexant audio. No dice. Making sure battery/graphics performance set to max performance. Changing settings within games to low settings (does nothing, and this was not necessary pre-Win 10). Checking file system integrity, making sure HD defragged/error free. No problems. Uninstalling/reinstalling graphics/sound. Nope. Using the DirectX checking utility to ensure current version/no probl... Read more

Answer:Yoga 13 Ideapad (first generation) 3D game performance issues after Windows 10 update

Capture of drivers causing highest latency. As you can see USBPORT.sys is the worst offender at a whopping 4.6ms.  I should also note that my laptop was serviced by Lenovo shortly after the Windows 10 upgrade--battery issue, but the motherboard was actually replaced, so it's possible my problem is related to the service (though none of the hardware is causing me problems outside the context of gaming).

Dear Sir  Welcome to Lenovo Community Actually for the second problem we can check an update for the wifi driver or re-install it, but for the wake up not respond so it may need a BIOS update, so as u mentioned u just bought this machine 4 days ago so i recommand u to deliver the machine to the nearest service center to resolve it for u & also if there is any deffect in your machine so they can give u a technical report to change it.Find below the phone number of Lenovo call center in your country to Help you :https://support.lenovo.com/eg/en/contactus/supportphonelist Best Of Luck

Hi everyone. So I've noticed this subject being touched on for other models but mine doesn't seem to be listed anywhere plus a lot of the posts are a bit older now...I'm looking for an up date on this issue maybe. I'm looking for a stylus or pen that will go with my touch screen device. My goal ideally would be to use illustrator or photoshop to make simple sketches and even illustrations or paintings. So far a few styli I have tried don't work. The dollar store rubber tip one will draw a wobbly line which is useless while a more expensive Adonit Jot Pro with a clear disk on the tip...hardly manages a continuous line at all.  It also doesn't help that the Lenovo site doesn't list ANY accessories for my device along the lines of pens/styli and half the time the site tells me I have a Thinkpad and half the time it's an Ideapad. And sometimes my model isn't even listed at all anywhere on the accessories drop down! This is my first time switching to a non-mac/apple product and so far I have to say I'm really not too impressed but still hopeful things will work out. My Yoga 700 came out of the box with driver issues as well as a desperate need for a firmware update that would fix ghost touch screen tap issues that kept closing windows... But I guess those can just be called growing pains. I would really like to make full use of my touch screen so I'm looking for a pen or stylus with pressure sensitivity and palm rejection that integrates with illustra... Read more

About 48 hours ago, I spilled coffee (w/ cream and sugar) on my keyboard while the power was on. I immediately turned off the laptop, wiped it dow with napkins, and turned to laptop upside down to enable draining. This model laptop has an internal battery for those unfamiliar, so I unfortunately could not remove that.  I left the laptop in a position for where air could flow through it (aided be a fan), and left it in such a way for ~40 hours.  This morning, I finally gained access to laptop tools, so that I could disassemble the the laptop and clean what I could with 91% isopropyl alcohol (not the ideal 99% I see recommended, but I don't think this is a major issue). There was residue visible on the metal beneath the keyboard, as well as a small amount on the battery. All of which was cleaned off with cotton ear swabs dipped in a bit of that rubbing alcohol. I reassembled the laptop, gave it a couple hours to let the small amount of rubbing alcohol to dry off, and tried booting up. Fans spin loudly for ~30 seconds, screen remains blank, no beeps or whatever emit from the laptop, and the power light remains on w/out blinking. The fans and laptop itself turned off after that 30 second period. I then tried hitting the "Novo Button" or "One Key Rescue", and this resulted in a blue menu popping up allowing me to start laptop in one of 4 modes. I tried clicking up or down to scroll through options, however those keys didn't work. Clicked "Enter" ... Read more

Hello,A few days ago I've received my new Lenovo yoga 720 15". i've noticed that the bottom aluminium body plate is uneven and edges are curvy. I thought that this would not be a big problem, but the other day, after intensive use in an uncomfortable position whitch included me holding the laptop on the sides of the body. The uneven edge is too sharp for comfort. So, my question is, do I have a chance to change the product? Because I consider laptop to be defective. (otherwise, I really love the product )

Hi, I recently bought a Yoga 500-14ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Machine Type 80R5 and have used it extremely rarely. I would say I've used it at a maximum of 30-40 hours. I have had some problems with the laptop but nothing that made it completely un-usable until now. On turning on the machine, the network wireless adapter acts strangely, often showing the airplane mode symbol in the task bar. I may or may not be able to connect to my Wifi network but less than 2 minutes later the entire Wifi adapter disappears from the OS, no longer having Wifi settings or being able to configure the Adapter via device manager. I've been told a fix for this may be turning the wireless off and on again via the BIOS but I can't figure out how I access it, considering the first screen I see is the loading symbol for Windows 10. Anyone got any advice? Harrison

Hi everyone, This is my first time here and I'm a little desperate. I bought this computer almost three years ago, and it was working fine until 6 months ago, the screen was getting auto-touched (ghost touches) when no external input was present. Of course, this makes my laptop crazy. I've tried updating the monitor (LG) like it's suggested here: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-3-1470/documents/ht1...But apparently my "LG panel is not at risk and does not require this download" I've currently disabled the touch screen, but the main reason I bought this laptop was because it had a touchscreen. Now there's really no point in making my laptop "do yoga"  Does anyone know any solution for this? thanks!

Just a heads-up: I bought this Lenovo Yoga 13 Ideapad in 2013, so it's out of warranty. Proceed to read my problem..... I always get a black screen whenever I shut off my laptop and turn it back on again, which is why I lock my laptop instead. But when I DO lock it and get back on it the next morning, I encounter the Black screen of death and instead of my lockscreen immediately appearing like normal after I lock it and have left it overnight & try to get on it, I have to shut down my laptop and turn it back on because my laptop won't immedately take me to the lock screen so I can log into my computer.  Today (March 17, 2017), I had to shut down and turn on my laptop while pressing the rotation button button or the OneKey Recovery button (the button with a circle and a line going through it; I don't know exactly what it's called, but I think it's the recovery button OR the screen rotation button, on the right hand side of the computer: If anyone knows the name of this button, please let me know!)..I tried this 5 times and It wouldn't turn on. The 6th time pressing the Recovery button OR the screen rotation button on the right side of the laptop (whatever it's called), it did work and now I'm on my laptop typing like normal. But this Lenovo Yoga Ideapad 13 only works when it wants to. Is there any proven fix to this hardware issue? I was told that it was a motherboad issue, but what's the real culprit? And is the motherboard what's actually giving me th... Read more

I am using a Lenovo Ideapad yoga 13 ultra book laptop. The laptop costs around 1 lac INR. I had absolutely no issues with laptop.  It was working fine, till in the month of Feb 2015, the touch screen of the laptop got damaged accidently.  I have followed up with at least a dozen Lenovo authorized service centers and all of them have put me down with saying we are not able to resolve the issue.  It?s now six months since I have been using the laptop with the cracked touch screen. I had directly interacted with Lenovo, but all in vain. It is saddening to experience that in spite of buying a high end laptop, the service and support provided by Lenovo is far below acceptable. Henceforth, I won?t be recommending any Dell products to anyone. Very Very Very cold response?????..

Hello. I have had my Ideapad 300 for several months now and I really love it except for one thing, the trackpad. Due to where my hand and fingers naturally sit, there is a spot on the trackpad that shows a little more wear than the area around it. In this picture ( http://imgur.com/bJovhqL ), you can see that there is an oval shaped region that looks a little different. The problem I am having is that several times a day (up to several times per hour), the trackpad goes nuts.  It doesn'ttrack my finger correctly and performs multi-finger actions even though I'm just using one finger.  It jitters around the screen if I try to use it, and I just have to wait for it to self-correct by staying off of it for up to 30 seconds.  If I look at the trackpad icon on the bottom right of the taskbar while it's messing up, the trackpad is registering multiple fingers. I'll use one finger, and the icon will display 1 finger, 2 fingers, 3 fingers, 1, 2, 1, 3, 4, etc.  Like I said, I just have to wait it out for it to go away.  And on one occasion, I noticed that even if I hovered my finger above the trackpad without actually touching it, it would still register fingers, like it was being super super sensitive or something. I've tried everything reasonable to fix it, tweaking the settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the trackpad, updating the drivers, using the OEM drivers, and nothing works.  It's getting very annoying, and ... Hello, I have had my Y700 for 2 months. Right from the start I had the issue where it wouldn't seem to boot up, and I would have to put it to sleep a time or 2 before it would start windows. Hi, My husband purchased an Ideapad Yoga 11S last year. Last month, the power cord stopped charging. I took the system into a repair shop, and they told me that the charger wasn't registering any power activity, and that I'd need to buy a new one. I ordered a new one... one month later, it too has stopped charging the computer! I have NO IDEA why? My son uses this for school, and he can't access any of his work, nor can he participate in classwork that requires the computer. I researched solutions, and found that I should unplug the unit and take out the battery --- YEAH RIGHT... a special screw driver is needed to do that, so we can't get the screws out without stripping them. I am VERY frustrated because the computer is no longer covered under warranty... is the new charger that I purchased covered? Is there something else that I can do? Any help in this matter is extremely appreciated. S_Reynolds

Hello, My parents have owned a Lenovo laptop for a couple of years now. However, recently this issue showed up and I wondered whether there is a chance there is a solution to this problem which I could try myself, since the laptop its warranty already expired. If I recall correctly, the model of the laptop is the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 2, running Windows 10. So here is the issue; the laptop has issues turning on. Oddly enough, it is not a very consistent issue. Eventually, the laptop does turn on. The problem is that this sometimes takes hours, other times the laptop appears to be able to boot instantly as it normally would. I have no idea what affects this. When pressing the power button, the keyboard backlight starts flashing. It does this until the laptop completely boots, and as I said, the amount of time this takes varies. I already tried looking for solutions on different forums, but they usually concern the issue where the keyboard backlight flashed and the laptop simply will not boot at all, which is not the case here, as it eventually does but often it takes a while.Other solutions suggested a certain amount of flashes meant a certain issue or failure. Problem here is that the amount of flashes seem to be random, so it is not as if it just keeps looping a certain amount of flashes as it varies. This leaves me puzzled as to what could be the culprit. I am not sure what to do, especially since I have not owned a Windows-based machine in a whi... Read more

Hi itsasin,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would you have the machine number or MTM to verify the model (you can also get from here)?

Isolating the point of failure may be necessary to determine if the delay on start up is a power issue or a boot problem.
Try removing the harddrive so we can test if the machine can power faster.
You can download the hardware manual from the support website for removal guide.

Installed all drivers on the drivers-page on lenovo.com. See atatchment for list of bluescreens. Trackpad often goes nuts. A few months ago the newest trackpad driver from lenovo gave me bluescreen the moment it was tuched, but the one windows found kind of worked.

I've had this laptop since mid-December 2016. Since then it has frozen at least 8 or 9 times during normal use (browsing social media or watching videos on youtube) and when it freezes I am unable to even get to the task manager by holding down CTRL + ALT + DEL. I am forced to perform a hard shutdown by holding down the power button. It seems like the laptop will be okay for a while but then it'll freeze up twice within 2 or so days then go back to being okay for a week or two. Not sure if this is related to the problem, but the trackpad also spazzes out on me sometimes and becomes hard to control for about 30 seconds or so.I did try to reset the laptop to see if that would help but it didn't. I'm assuming it is a hardware problem and nothing like a virus or a software issue like people have told me but I guess I can't be sure. Any ideas? I have a basic warranty through Lenovo and considering this has happened through normal use (first time it happened was within the first 2 weeks of purchasing it) I would assume they would be able to fix the problem but I've never had this problem before with other laptops. I really like the laptop aside from these problems and its a shame its given me so much trouble.

Answer:500-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Drivers for Windows ...

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !

The Windows 7 drivers are still there, but a glitch with the Operating System selector doesn't show them separately.  You can still view the available Windows 7 downloads by leaving the Operating System selector set as "Pick an OS."  All the available downloads will be displayed and you will have to go through the list finding the Windows 7 downloads.

I have a 500-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) that I got this spring (2016).  Windows 10 out of the box.  My touchpad didn't work smoothly but I transfered all my stuff to this computer anyway thinking (why? lol) that it would get better.  I'd send it in for warranty service but now I can't be without it and I have gotten it mostly fixed.  I replaced the driver with the Elan driver from 9/24/2015    11.15.0.18. With this driver it works as it should except that every hour or two the touchpad cursor will become completely unresponsive while using any browser.  If I try to use it it goes flying all over the page.  If I just leave it alone for about 20 sec it gets over whatever is going on and works normally again.  Whenever there is a Windows update I have to go back and install the 11.15.0.18 driver again. Anyone else have this problem and come up with a better solution? Thanks, Steve

My yoga 2 pro is a month old.  I used it this morning, then left it for a few hours.  When I came back I pressed the mouse key to get the intro screen.  It came on for a second and then went black.  I pressed the power key but nothing happened.  It didn't even light up.  I waited a few minutes and tried again.  I held down the power key for a few seconds.  Still nothing.  What should I try?

Answer:Ideapad yoga 2 pro won't turn on

hi sjwach,

Welcome to the Forums.

Can you try to unplug the AC adapter, press and hold the power button for 30secs. When done, try to turn the computer ON and observe. If the unit doesn't show any signs of life, I recommend you contact lenovo and report your findings.
