Question: Satellite L500-1XL - keyboard doesn't work

Relevance 100%
Preferred Solution: Satellite L500-1XL - keyboard doesn't work

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Answer: Satellite L500-1XL - keyboard doesn't work

Get in contact with your Toshiba ASP in your country and ask for the keyboard replacement.

I have Vista L500 with a dead keyboard. This machine has not been dropped or had anything spilled on it. I have plugged in external USB keyboard which works. The laptop keyboard does not. I have flashed BIOS, updated drivers, held shift key for 10 sec (read on another forum), reset computer, checked Windows Vista updates and ran 3 Virus checks.
Everything is perfect, just no Keyboard?

What else should I check? Could it be a motherboard problem?

Thanks for any help given :)

Answer:Satellite L500 - Keyboard doesn't work

Can you enter the BIOS (F2 key) with internal keyboard?
If not the internal keyboard seems to be defective and needs replacing?

I don?t think you can do more. I mean you tried everything what is possible and if an external keyboard works the OS installation should be ok.

The keyboard can be ordered and replaced from an authorized service provider. Do you know how to contact the guys?

About a month ago I spilt pepsi on my laptop and had it sent for repair. I got it back today and it had a new keyboard installed, among other things. But, the new keyboard is not functioning correctly.

A bunch of the keys type nearby letters instead. E.g typing "a" gives "aq1", "b" gives "bgt". It seems to type the letters vertically above. Some work fine.

Is the new keyboard faulty, or does it need calibrated or something? My laptop model is L500-19X.

Answer:New keyboard on Satellite L500-19X doesn't work properly

My advice: don?t waste your time on forum expecting some help. How to give you proper answer to your questions?
I have only one answer to your question: no, keyboard doesn?t need to be calibrated.
Contact service provider as soon as possible and ask for help.

I have a Satellite L500 and the FN key does not work for connecting to a wireless network or to the F10 key and previously worked?

Help is urgently needed.

Answer:Satellite L500 - FN key doesn't work

So if your FN keys don?t work anymore, I would recommend reinstalling Value Added Package and Flash Cards Support Utility. These tools are controlling the FN keys. > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers

On this page you can download both tools. Just download and install it, after this you should be able to use FN keys again.

Check this!!! :)

I have a Toshiba L500-13w (PSLJ3E-00X01G03) problems with the keyboard. The keyboard does not work. Already tested on windows, or even to access the bios.
I bought a new keyboard, and changed. It does not work. Any way to solve this problem?

Answer:New keyboard does not work on Satellite L500-13W

What happened with the notebook exactly?
Did you spill some kind of fluid on the keyboard maybe??

The keyboard is connected to the motherboard with an flat cable?
If the keyboard controller on the motherboard has not been damaged, then new keyboard should work

A month ago I throw liquid on my laptop ?? Nothing happened at first, but 4 days ago I noticed that the ESC, 1, Tab, Q, CAPS LOCK, A and Z keys don't respond, don't work. In addition, when I activate the CAPS LOCK with the WIndows keyboard on screen, the CAPS LOCK's LED switches on in the real keyboard.

I've asked the TOSHIBA Technical support and they say it is a physical problem instead of electronic. What do you think?
I've though to buy a new keyboard for my laptop, but the thing is I've got a spanish/catalan keyborard and currently I'm living in UK.

Any advice? Try to order a keyboard from Spain and send it to here could be an option? But where do I get a Spanish keyboard?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Answer:Left side of Satellite L500 13N keyboard doesn't respond

When liquid spills on a keyboard it gets into the circuit and membranes of the keyboard and causes it to corrode or short. Basically you need to buy a new keyboard since it's generally not possible to repair it.

A Toshiba repair center may be able to get you a Spanish keyboard, there is an ASP list on the Toshiba website.

I can't get the mouse wheel to scroll in any application using an external mouse - the touch pad scrolls ok.

I have tried many different mice. The wheel button brings up a display of all the programs I have open (Windows 7) but moving the wheel does nothing. I'm currently using a Microsoft cordless mouse but I have tried it with corded mice as well. Nothing seems to work.

Answer:Satellite L500 - Mouse Scroll doesn't work

That?s really strange.
Have you maybe installed some application that you got with this Microsoft mouse?

I have two notebooks and two external devices. One is Logitech and the second one some cheap no name mouse and both were recognized properly on preinstalled Win7.

I have problem with my wireless switch. Take a look at this [picture|]. It says "bryterstatus: p?" which translates (poorly) to "switch status: on".

Although, when I press Fn + F8, nothing happens. All the other FN + "random button" hotkeys work though. In other words, I can't connect to my wireless. I know that it works, because I can connect with my iPhone. There's also nothing wrong with the connection, I've tried to deactive / active on and off. Tried to restart my laptop. I've even downloaded new drivers. Nothing seems to work. How can I turn on the switch?

Best Regards,
Miguel Rodrigues

Answer:Satellite Pro L500 - Wireless button doesn't work

Hello Miguel

Has your notebook ?factory settings? or you have changed something?
Have you installed own operating system or notebook still has original preinstalled operating system?
Is WLAN card installed and listed properly in device manager?

WLAN usage is so simple and by ?default? it must work properly. The same principle is on all Toshiba notebooks same. When you want to use WLAN you must move WLAN switch to position ON and use FN+F8 key combination to enable WLAN card. That?s all.

What you can try is to reinstall Value added package?

I've upgraded my Windows Vista to Windows 7 Utimate 64 bit (Upgrade not clean install) for my Satellite L500-126.

Everything works fine except the hotkeys (FN+F keys), the hotkeys worked fine in Vista before upgrade. I want to reinstall the drivers or applications for the hotkeys but the downloads page confuses me a lot. Which driver and applicantion I should download for that hotkeys?

Answer:Satellite L500-126 - Hotkeys doesn't work on Windows 7

For the FN keys and all other ?special function? you need only the Toshiba Value Added Package. It contains all drivers that you need for these functions: > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers

I have installed Windows 7 on my Satellite A300 and Qosmio F50. After the installation of Value Added Package I can successful use the FN keys. :)

Now I have wanted to connect my Laptop to my TV again (I have done this before by using an HDMI cable and FN+F5, however not anymore.) but now for the first time I have noticed that the FN key does NOT bring up the menu it used to bring up when I pressed it before and I have no idea what is causing this.

I have tried using google ect to find a solution and the thing I noticed is that when I go in Start>All Programs>TOSHIBA>Utilities other people seem to have "Flash Cards" and "Flash Cards - Setting" now all I have is Flash Card Help, Restart Flash Cards and Settings for Flash Cards. I am just saying this to see if this has to do with the problem anyways moving on.

I would like to know how to fix this problem I already tried to install the Value Added Package but it did not help at all and this problem was probably caused due to me fiddling around with my laptop. Thanks in advance.

I am using windows 7 ultimate x64 on L500-126, the new win7 x64 drivers have been available since yesterday.....

However, the Flash cards (Fn Hotkeys) still doesn't work after the installation of the new VAP. The flash cards is able to show up at the top of my screen, I can click them by mouse, but the Fn combinations does not work at all!

I've noticed that there is a downloadable driver called "Flash Cards support", even I installed this application the problem still remained.

Then I uninstalled VAP and kept "Flash Cards support", to my surprise, the combination of Fn+F6 and F7 (Adjusting brightness) worked! however, without VAP I could not use other combinations.

Are there still problems with the new VAP for win 7 x64?

P.S. The new "Hardware setup" seems to be a problem as well, I tried to change some configurations in this application but after re-boot all the options went back.

I bought a L500 six months ago and now it's almost useless. Trying to operate it by starting it normaly is impossible, taking more than 40 minutes just to start up. Getting any program running or any window open takes many minutes more, if at all.

I have tried restoring the computer to a previous date but it only goes back to two weeks ago and is still facing the same problems. I have checked for bad sectors and not found any. I have also tried doing a CHKDSK but it eventually freezes after a couple of hours during stage 4 of 5, in the following file:
Users\DANIEL~1\AppData\Local\MICROS~1\Windows\TEMP OR~1\Content.IE5\FIA7RO0V\combo[1]

I can operate the computer in Safe Mode most of the times, but when moving information it tends to freeze or slow down a lot. I have been backing up my information and many times it freezes during the process.

I have been using Microsoft Security Essentials but it has been deactivated. I can?t get it back on, although I have been constantly using USBs changing information between computers and no virus have been detected in the my other computer.

I do remember that one of the things that first started working strangely were WMP and VLC, as movies saved on the disk and some music albums would start freezing up after 5 minutes of being played, then playing again for a while and freezing later again.

What do you think the problem is? Is it likewise this will be a problem covered by the warranty?

Please let me know w... Read more

Answer:Satellite L500 doesn't work properly even on Safe Mode

Hi buddy,

> Is it likewise this will be a problem covered by the warranty?
It?s only covered by warranty if it?s a hardware malfunction but if it?s just a software or driver issue it?s no warranty and you have to pay for service.

Anyway, it?s hard to say what the problem is but theoretically it could be software related only and even in safe mode you have several issues I would try reinstall Windows from Toshiba recovery disk. This can restore the original factory settings (out of box settings) and with these settings everything should work properly. Then you can make sure it?s no software or driver problem because the recovery image is pretested by Toshiba.

If you still have problems after recovery installation contact an ASP!

To be honest I don?t know 100% what your problem is.
If you want to watch DVD movie on your computer using Toshiba DVD player but the pic should be shown on the external display please do as follow:

When you have connected HDMI cable to external (other) screen, use FN+F5 and switch to this external display only. When you see desktop on the external display start Toshiba DVD player and I think everything should be OK.

What can I do?

Answer:Satellite L500-20X - WLAN switch doesn't work after Windows 8 Upgrade

Satellite L500 is not Win 8 upgrade supported? so I think the problem is a missing driver or software?

As far as I know in order to use the FN buttons the Value Added Package for Win 8 needs to be installed.
Check other driver area for Toshiba notebook series supporting the Win 8.
Maybe you could use the VAP released for other series.

I am trying to fix a Satellite L450-181 for a friend.

I have had to replace the hard drive as a friend tried to load Yahoo messenger and when the laptop rebooted a screen came up to say a file was either missing or corrupted but we were unable to access any of the keyboard except the mouse and touchpad.

I replaced the hard drive and reloaded windows 7 64bit from a Microsoft disc as we were unable to find the Toshiba recovery disc. Everything works fine after downloading all required drivers from Toshiba except the entire keyboard. The keyboard shows up in the device manager as working fine with no conflicts but I cannot get any function from the keyboard at all.

I suspect my friend has locked the keyboard in some manner or there is a setting I need to enable but I am at a loss at what to try next as I have reloaded the flash card utility, the vap utility, tried the Fn/ F11 and the Fn/F10 combinations to no avail.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Compare the BIOS version which is installed on the notebook with the BIOS which is available on the Toshiba page.
If you use the older version so you can try to upgrade the BIOS.

Answer:Satellite A60: keyboard doesn't work, recovery DVD can't run

They keyboard might not be the problem or it might not be connected properly to the motherboard the best thing to do is take it to a service centre it shouldn't cost you anything, if it is still under warranty...but if it is just the keyboard and your laptop is out of warranty then it should cost you more than 100-200....can't say how much exactly because I have no idea.

Hello everybody!

I got a Problem with my keyboard. If I write any text under Windows, some letters are missing, most notably if the same two letters come one after the other (really annoying if entering a password...). I have to press the keys really hard to avoid missing letters.

Under linux I do not have these problems writing texts so I assume that the Windows keyboard driver is some kind of sh...! I deinstalled the driver already and also replaced the touchpad driver with one for my Logitech mouse, but this all did not really help me...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Alexander Roos

Answer:Keyboard doesn’t work properly on my Satellite L10-100

Hi Alexander,

Please check in your 'accessibility' options whether you have any of the items selected for use relating to your keyboard.

One of the options is designed to prevent duplicate or mutiple key depressions from registering (to help people with muscle spasm problems from constantly hitting the same key inadvertantly).

I can't think of any software problem which would cause you to have to press the keys harder than normal in order to register. Each key is a simple on/off switch so the amount of pressure is irrelevant.

What can be the problem? What can i do? Has somebody else a driver or anything else what i can install to solve the problem?

In hope to find a Solution

Answer:Keyboard doesn't work properly on my old Satellite Pro 420

Hi Nadine,

From what you have descibed, it seems as if the problem is with the keyboard itself and not with the drivers themsleves. Is it possible that there is something trapped under some of the keys, maybe a small fragment of something, especially under the "e" and "w" keys? Maybe also some liquid has been spilled on the keyboard causing the laptop to believe that sometimes these keys are pressed when they are not.

I would try cleaning under all of the keys, you may need to remove the keyboard to do this. Remove the power adapter and battery before any cleaning to prevent damage to the laptop. You should be able to find instructions for removing the keyboard in the owners manual.

Good luck and let us know how you get on!

I have a really strange problem. One day suddenly my keyboard stopped working (doesn't matter if in windows or on boot). I thought maybe some how the cable between keyboard and notebook disconnected and opened the keyboard to check this and realized nothing special.
When I started the notebook the keyboard works fine but at this moment I didn't built-in the keyboard again but had it loose connected to the notebook.

So I found out that when the keyboard has NO contact to the notebook (except from the connection cable) it works fine. But when it is built-in (or just placed thereon) it doesn't work (?).

Has somebody a explanation for that problem?

Answer:Keyboard doesn't work on my Satellite L when built-in

I have no explanation for that? i mean only one cable connects the the keyboard to the motherboard. But maybe the cable is broken or the connection is loose if the keyboard is plugged in?

Just an assumption?

I have a Toshiba Satellite 3000-100 Notebook. It worked without any trouble. But suddenly the keyboard doesn't worked! The other buttons are still working. What can I do?

Thanks, homer108 (from Germany)

Answer:Satellite 3000-100: keyboard doesn't work

For me it looks like a keyboard fault.
In such case you will have to replace the old keyboard with the new one.
The replacement is not very difficult. The keyboard is connected to the motherboard with the small, flat cable. To remove the cable from motherboard you will have to open both small latches at the connector?s sides and to lift out the cable.

However, firstly you have to order a compatible keyboard from ASP which is responsible for your country. And if you have no experience with any replacement procedures I would recommend asking the notebook technician for the help.

Best regards

I have relatively new Toshiba Satellite C655 and after spilling a (tiny) amount of soft drink on the upper left keyboard, the keyboard quit working completely.

After installing a new keyboard, most keys work except for the P, R, V, T, [, and Space keys. External USB keyboards work flawlessly. I bought another new keyboard and carefully replaced it, but the problem persists. After this, I tried updating the BIOS to no effect.

Is anyone familiar with this, and know how to fix the problem?

Answer:Satellite C655 - new keyboard doesn't work properly

I guess this issue did not appear in the past before the soft drink has been spilled on the keyboard. Right?

This means that this fluid is the reason for the keyboard problem.
I guess, both new keyboards are OK.

In such case the problem can be the motherboard or you used both keyboards which are not fully compatible. But I guess this isn?t really a problem.

Possibly you motherboard is affected?. :( but this is just an suggestion

I installed Windows XP on this laptop. The keyboard *Fn+F8* ( Wireless switch controll) don't work.?
Any idea? Thanks

Answer:Satellite Pro L670-16Z and WinXP - Keyboard Fn+F8 doesn't work

You need some kind of utility to enable the custom Toshiba functions.

Usually in Windows Vista and 7, its the Value Added Package, but for XP you need Common Modules and/or a Wireless Hotkey utility.

XP is being phased out by Microsoft this year, so it may be difficult to find compatible XP drivers for the new Models.

Is there a reason you need XP?
Windows 7 has an "XP Mode" that runs XP inside of Win7 using a virtual machine.
You can use XP Mode to run programs that have problems running in Win7.

Recently had a minor spill incident on my laptop. I quickly removed the battery and power and let it dry for a few days.
After two days I tried starting it but with no success. I then carefully opened the laptop and very carefully cleaned and dusted it all the way down to the motherboard. Amazingly it started working perfectly again, except for the keyboard, and I don?t know what to do.

I?ve tried making sure the strip is correctly inserted into the motherboard countless times, and tried to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard drivers but both have been no to help. What I want to know is; if there are any of you who have had the same problem, and if there is a way to check whether it?s my keyboard or motherboard that is busted.

In my opinion there is only one way to check this: keyboard replacement. You must test functionality with new keyboard to see if everything is OK.

Hello everybody!

I have a Satellite P10 with WinXP(SP1) for ca. 1 year.
Symptoms: It's about the internal keyboard. I've used the pipe key <|> indeed not everyday, but it worked. And suddenly I see that it's not doing anymore: it's "dead", whereas all other keys are working properly...

My following steps:
1) I've deinstalled the standard keyboard driver (101/102 keys) or Microsoft Natural Keyboard (PS/2), and it was successfully found after Windows starting up. There is no hardware conflict according to the Device Manager or System Information, the driver is running properly...

2) The keyboard layout is German. But I've tested already the English (US) one too: the result is the same.

1) Is the key physically damaged?

Hello Mischa

If you can not use the button at all I assume that the button is defective. It is not known to me that driver update can has influence on just several buttons.

If the unit is about 1 year old the warranty is still valid. You can contact service partner and let them exchange the keyboard.

i have a problem with my laptop, the touchpad and the keyboard doesn't work.
Any one can help me what's the possible cause?

thanks in advance.

Answer:Satellite W30T-A378 - touchpad and the keyboard doesn't work

I assume that you checked if the tablet has been connected properly to the keyboard docking.

Did you try to disconnect and connect the docking again?
Note: there is a release latch on the left which you have to move and hold in order to remove the tablet.

Maybe there is some connection problem.

Hello Everyone.

I am just new to this forum. Im so sorry for my bad english from now. I hope i can explain my problems.
I just bought a laptop from United States with a bargain price. It is an awesome laptop but there are 2 problems and they r big problems for me.
It is Toshiba Satalite P305D-S8828 which is not available in europe, only is sell for USA.
Thats the link :

Laptops keyboard looks nice, soft and good at typing, but especially on a msn messenger box or forum reply page, when i am typing, it miss some of my typings??? I mean i normally use my keyboard fast, but it is like it doesnt press all the buttons but i really press the letters. So the things i write are mixed, not understandable cos of missing letters.

This is not my first laptop. I used a few more before but nothing like this happened before.
It doesnt happen always but generally happens.
I dont know what to do and this really do my head in.
I am using Vista Ultimate Turkish. Do you think this is an OS problem? Or maybe the bios? Its the latest one (v1.90) I heard the same problem happened to some Fujitsu Siemens laptops but with a bios upgrade it was solved. I hope you understand my problem and someone help me.

My second problem is my FN+F9(function key) doesnt work. But some of them working, like FN+F1, FN+F2, FN+F3... work but FN+F9 DOESNT? :(
I want to turn the touchpad off when i plug my usb mouse but i cant do it by u... Read more

Answer:Satellite P305D-S8828 Keyboard missing my typing and FN+F9 doesn't work

Go to the Toshiba US site and download the latest BIOS. Having the latest BIOS is important on new models.

For the Touchpad issue, download and install the latest Value Added Package for the P305D, and reinstall the Touchpad driver.
If you installed drivers for your USB Mouse (for example Logitech or Microsoft drivers), remove them. They may be conflicting with the Touchpad

Hi, everyone!

My system is Vista home premium 32 bit (German), and I changed the system language as Chinese,
After that I installed some Chinese software.(i don?t know if this caused problems) keyboard is OK after.
I have done this, even I restart or shutdown my computer keyboard works well.

But after some hours or a night, there is no response with my keyboard any more, and hardware manager can not find new hardware.

(PS: Keyboard works until I see the vista logo, because I try to press the CAPS-LOCK key, this light on).

So every day I must delete the driver of Keyboard and restart -- F2 - BIOS - default setting ? save ? exit - restart, then I get my Keyboard back.

Can some one help me please?

Answer:Satellite L350: keyboard doesn’t work after changing to Chinese language

>I changed the system language as Chinese
Can you please tell me how you?ve done this?
Does keyboard works well in BIOS settings or when you start OS in SAFE MODE using F8 at start-up?

I don't believe anyone here will be able to offer exact answer to your issue. Who knows what you have done and which software you have installed. It is known that some bas programmed third part software can have bad influence on OS stability and hardware functionality.

Maybe you should use your notebook with ?factory settings? and with tested software.

I have installed the tool from MS MSKLC 1.4. on Toshiba Satellite L300, and Vista32. This tool is for generating an own Keyboard Layout.

I wanted to implement Gujarati Signs for a friend. For this, we put signs/letters on three "levels" in this keyboard layout:

1. Standart like "a,b"
2. Shift like "A,B"
3. Altgr + key

The first two levels with letters are running fine, but the last one not.

We tested it in Open Office 3.1 and MS Works Words. Both programms do not accept Altgr + letter-key.
Open Office has no special functions for altgr+keys.

In an editor, which comes along with MSKLC 1.4., also the 3rd level works fine. NO problems here!

How can this happend? What do I have to do?

MSKLC 1.4. is available:

Answer:Satellite L300 - Keyboard layout creator MSKLC1.4 doesn't work properly

What do I do, to enable all 3 states to work on the UK-Toshiba and on all editors?

The Toshiba Laptop Satellite L300, inclusive of Vista32 Home Premium were bought in the UK!

The MS MSKLC 1.4. Keyboard Layout Creator was installed to create a Gujarati (Indic) Keyboard.
This was downloaded from the official MS pages. (US?)

I implemented the Gujarati Letters on three "shift states" of the keyboard layout.

altgr (alt+ctrl)

The first two states work well on the UK-Toshiba laptop.

The 3rd state (alt+ctrl) does not display Gujarati Letters, - it displays Latin Letters instead.

An external keyboard behaved in the same way, as described above.

On a German-Toshiba A50 laptop with XP,

ALL THREE states display Gujarati letters.

An external keyboard ALSO displays Gujarati letters in ALL THREE states.

On the UK-Toshiba, the inbuilt MSKLC Editor displays Gujarati letters in ALL THREE states.

On other editors, the first two states work, the third (alt+ctrl) does not work.

Please, what do I do, to enable all 3 states to work on the UK-Toshiba and on all editors?

With kind regards,

Toshiba Satellite L500-1EK

Answer:Satellite L500-1EK doesn't power on

Have you donr something that can be responsible for this? BIOS update maybe?

Disconnect AC power supply and remove battery. After doing this press power button for 20 seconds and leave it for a while. Connect AC power supply again and try to start your notebook.
What happen when you do this?

Mostly the Laptop doesn't start at the first try. The Power-LED lights up, the cooler and the HDD start(sounds like they turn exactly one time) and that's all. After a few seconds the Laptop turns off again. There's no Screen and the LED of the HDD also doesn't light up. If this happens, I start the Laptop again and again. In most cases I have to start 2-3 times, but one time I had to start it 20 times till it worked.

I also tried to start it just with the powersupply(I hope it is the right word for it, i'm german =D) and took the battery out of it but the result was the same.

But when the Notebook finally started, it works without problems.

Answer:Satellite L500-164 doesn't start sometimes

It is not easy to say what the problem is but it is definitely hardware related issue and your notebook should be checked by Toshiba authorized service partner. Using diagnostic tools they can find out why this happen.

Here in this virtual world we can just speculate about possible reasons.

I've got a L500-19Z laptop and it's set to 'go to sleep' when I shut the lid.
This generally works OK but occasionally when I close the lid it 'locks up' and when I open the lid the keys don't respond.

The only way out of this is to force a close down and then reboot. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this?
I'm loathe to restore my system if I can help it.

When contacting Toshiba all they can suggest is using the recovery disc and, if that fails, sending it back to be rebuilt.

Answer:Satellite L500-19Z doesn't always go to sleep

> The only way out of this is to force a close down and then reboot. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this?

I think it?s software issue? I mean it could be possible that some background processes are running and affect the standby mode.

The guy from Toshiba is right?. You should always set the notebook back to factory settings (restore OS using recovery disk or HDD recovery) in order to ensure that there is nothing wrong with hardware.

This should be done at first?
So do it and check how the notebook would work!

my laptop is satellite L500-1UU.
When i tried to start it today on battery it gives me white screen and i heared the fan speedy runs and only the AC led is on and the pc refuses to goes off when i press the power button until i remove the battery.

The same happens on AC adaptor but when i remove the battery both AC led and screen start blinking rapidly.
It was working yesterday and iam sure nothing hit the pc,

please help

Answer:Satellite L500 doesn't start any more

I?m not quite sure if someone would be able to help you here in the forum because it sounds more like hardware problem. But try this:
Disconnect eth AC adaptor, remove the battery.
Press power button 30sec long
Now connect battery and AC adaptor and try to boot up the unit.

If this doesn?t help, you will need an professional help from Toshiba ASP technicians

just bought a Satellite L500-11E.
I tried to login to a WLAN but every time I activate the LAN with the hwsetup.exe, the settings fall after a necessary restart back to `deactivated`.
Also the light in front of the notebook stays orange. Think it needs to be yellow to show an activated WLAN-card.

So how can I change hwsetups and keep them after the restart.

Thankful for every help

Answer:HWsetup doesn`t keep settings on my new Satellite L500-11E

I really don't know what are you doing but for WLAN card activation use WLAN switch and FN+F8 key combination.
You can put WLAN switch to ON position but enable/disable WLAN card with FN+F8 only. when you use disable option WLAN LED will be OFF.

I recently purchased a Satellite Pro L500 and have been having the following problems.
My laptop doesn't start on battery only. The green power light comes on and the stays on with the laptop in a freeze (nothing displayed on screen).
The only way to get this light off is to remove battery.

Starts EVERY time with the AC power connected (with or without battery) - normal lights are displayed when connected.
Works perfectly normal once booted - with or without AC power connected

SOMETIMES starts with the battery only if I boot soon after I have already been using the laptop
I have tried the static release processes but doesn't work. (holding down power button with no battery or power connected etc.)

After having this trouble I updated to latest BIOS but has not helped
Tried a different battery and has not helped
Is a Toshiba Satellite PRO L500 T4400 4GB 15" Win7 Laptop - only 3 weeks or so old

Very annoying!
Please someone with a solution??

Answer:Satellite Pro L500 doesn't start on battery only

Try this.
Remove battery, disconnect the AC adaptor and then wait some time. I would leave it disconnected for about 12 hours.
Then connect both parts again, charge the battery and then remove the AC adaptor.
Then try to power up the unit using only battery.

If this will not help then you should get in contact with your ASP as fast as possible since the warranty is valid and would cover all hardware checks and replacements.

first time on this board in the hope of solving this problem.

I frequently import CDs into Itunes. We have had the L500 for just under a month and I have noticed it does not play some CDs properly. It plays all DVDs just fine just so you know.
For example, I bought two brand new CDs from HMV on Saturday and only one of them plays properly. The offending item when played - the audio from it sounds muted and scratchy more like an old vinyl record on a turntable.

I would assume that since the CD is correctly placed in the tray and pushed in correctly that it will play. However something is wrong but I do not know how to fix it at the moment.

P.S I also tried playing the CDs on my PS2 and they play fine so I am thinking it is something in/on the laptop.

many thanks for your time

Hi - two months ago purchased new Satellite L500 - all well and then last week started having problems with charging.

As usual, I allowed the battery to run down to about 10% capacity before plugging in the AC power. Whilst working away noticed that the charging would stop for about 2 seconds, and then reconnect. After a few minutes, it would do it again.
It is charging the battery, but it is now flicking on and off quite frequently - 5 to 10 times per minute. Apart from being off-putting as the screen dims, I am sure that this can only become steadily worse.

I have tried another adaptor - my son also has a Satellite, and the problem is still there, so it is not a fault with the cable.
I would be very grateful if anyone has any suggestions. I can take it back to the shop from where I purchased it, but that is about 1 hours drive away, and I need my computer every day, so I cannot leave it with them for any length of time, before driving another hour there and back to collect it.

Answer:Satellite L500-13W - Doesn't charge properly

hi merriman,
hope that isnt related to a hardware fault...

try the following:
- boot machine without mains, only battery
- while booting press F8 and dont choose any option, screen will stay (better is to do this with a dos boot disk but..)
- let the battery run empty
wait about an hour and make the same procedure again
this time runtime should be much more shorter!
- connect the mains and let the battery load 24hours without using machine, dont turn on (i think 12 h will be long enough too)
after this run machine without mains until the system requires "more power"
avoid short loading cycles, every load cycle decreases the capacity of the battery
allways ac- power means: every 2 minutes battery is checked and reloaded, this means in a year the load cycles are wasted...

Answer:Satellite L500-13T - CD/DVD drive doesn't read CD

That means only one disk can?t be read from your notebook and all other disks can be read properly? Well, in my opinion it could be a problem of the disk, maybe it?s scratched and so it can?t be read from all drives.

In your case I would try to clean the lens of your CD/DVD drive. Therefore you can use a microfiber cloth.

My new Ii've recieved it only today) notebook Satellite Pro L500 doesn't recognize battery. I cannot turn it on without AC. When AC is on, the LED of a battery is glowing orange for a 20-30 seconds, then LED turns off and Windows 7 says, that there's not battery.

I've read on this forum, that I can put my battery in, while the Windows is already going on and I've tryed that, it founds battery for a 20-30 seconds, and starts to charging, but than it's again doesn't see the battery. I've checked BIOS version, I've got 1.90. It is a latest, as can I understand, isn't it?

What can I do with it? Is it hardware trouble and I should post it in service or I can fix it somehow?

Answer:Satellite Pro L500-1T5 - Doesn't recognize battery

Hi Ponny,

What happens if you leave the AC/DC adaptor connected for 24 hours or over night and then you start the notebook without AC/DC adaptor? On first charging it takes a little bit longer until the battery is fully charged.

If this doesn?t work you should contact the shop where you purchased it or an authorized service provider. In this case you should get a new battery for free.

If you want to backup the date, the Recovery disk would not help you.
The recovery disk set the notebook to factory settings and this means that HDD will be formatted.

If you need the data from the HDD, you could remove the HDD from the notebook and could connect it to another computer using the USB to SATA controller (2.5? USB enclosure).
In such case you could get access to the files on the HDD but this would work only if the HDD would not be faulty?

The Satellite L500 supports and is equipped with an standard black A4+10key keyboard.
Usually keyboards released for other notebook series using the same layout (A4+10key type) should be compatible.

Furthermore you can always order a compatible keyboard from Toshiba authorized service partner in your country.

Which driver? Where you can find driver for keyboard?

On this virtual way it is not easy to say what is wrong there. Start notebook in safe mode and test it again. If the same happen again and again I presume keyboard must be exchanged.

Hi All,

I'm having a couple of issues with the keyboard on my Satellite L500-128 - essentially; the 8,9,i,o,k,l and comma and period keys don't work at all.

All other keys are working perfectly fine (I'm using an external keyboard if people are wondering!)

I'm technically minded but wondering if its worth taking the laptop apart and having a look or if someone has had this problem with this laptop before - or if anyone has any ideas with what could fix it.

I've tried doing a reset of the laptop (battery out and pressing power button) I've re-installed the OS but the keyboard still has issues in the BIOS too.

Answer:Keyboard Issue on Satellite L500-128

I cannot say for sure but I presume keyboard is defective and it should be replaced. Keyboards are not so expensive and you can buy it on ebay too.
Problem is how to exchange it.

Do you know someone who can do this for you?
If not you should contact nearest Toshiba service and ask for help. Generally speaking keyboard exchange is not a big deal but if you don?t have experience with this you can damage some small plastic parts or plastic holders.

Just bought Satellite L500/01K upgraded to window 7 (32 bit).
Only Fn (F6 F7) key don't work.

Tried to uninstall TVAP and Toshiba flashcards support utility and reintall them, restart the computer and still don't work.
The Toshiba ECO mode utility also don't work but i think this could be because the screen brightness can't be adjusted.

Could anyone help on this matter. Thanks

Answer:Satellite L500/01K - Fn (F6 & F7) don't work

That means all FN keys work without the FN keys for screen brightness control?

It would be interesting to know which versions of TVAP and Flash Cards Support Utility you have used for reinstalling. On Windows 7 you need the newest versions as far as I know, both must be released for Windows 7.
Check this!!!

If you reinstall the applications, remove all old versions first. Restart your notebook and then install TVAP firstly. After one more restart you can install Flash Cards Support Utility and all FN keys should start work.

Last but not least ECO mode utility should also be reinstalled. ;)

=> Is there a way to know what is my Wifi adaptater ?

that one failed : (it's only say "network adaptateur" with a yellow exclamation mark).

=> Does anybody know when Windows 7 Drivers will be released on the website ?

Answer:Satellite L500 13z - Windows 7 doesn't recognize WLAN adapter

Before you start to install all WLAN drivers that you can find on the Toshiba website you should make sure that WLAN card you have exactly. You can check this in device manager => properties => Details of WLAN card.
There you should an information like PCI\VEN_XXXX & DEV_XXXX

If you have founded this information you search with these terms on this website to determine the exact WLAN card:

After this you can download the correct driver for your notebook. Before you install it you should uninstall all other versions and restart the notebook.
Make also sure that WLAN is enabled with the hardware switch and FN+F8.

Dear guys,

I have a Satellite L500-208 (Serial: PSLS9E) with pre-installed Windows 7 64 Bit.
Since some time, the Laptop doesn't go to energy save mode automatically (as configured in Energy Options).

The automatic change "Energy Save" worked some time ago and suddenly, it stopped.
However, I can't remember what changed and possibly caused the problem.

Anything else runs fine and a manual hit on "Energy Save Button" works also fine...

Before you guys suggest a BIOS update, the BIOS is in version 1.60.
Current version is 1.90 (or even 2.00?).
Well, I missed one update and since webspace at Toshiba seems to be very rare, they offer only the latest BIOS version.

Can somebody points me to the old BIOS versions or can anybody give a hint to strange power behavior?

Kind regards

Answer:Satellite L500-208 doesn't go to energy save mode automatically

Maybe there is something wrong with the Eco Utility.
I recommend reinstalling this tool.
On the Toshiba European driver page you will find this tool.
After new installation, please check the settings provided by Eco Utility.
Possibly you will need to enable the automatic energy save mode

Good luck

Hi There!

A few weeks back I bought an L500/00U, brilliant machine.

Only problem so far, last night one of the retainer clips on the keyboard broke. It was the shift key that originally broke, but seeing as I use the shift key a lot, I swapped retiner clips with the + key on the numeric pad.

Anyway, my question is, how do I go about acquiring a new retainer clip, I'd really like to avoid returning the laptop to the store, only just got all my software installed after a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate RTM x64.

Thanks in advance.

You can get all spare parts for Toshiba notebooks from an authorized service provider: > Support & Downloads > Find an authorized service provider

But if it?s something broken on the keyboard I think the whole keyboard must be replaced. I?m not sure but an ASP can help you but don?t worry, keyboards are not expensive. ;)

I have a Toshiba Satellite L500-11V and over the past few months the keyboard has been getting worse (some of the keys work only when they want too) and now it has stopped working completely. I purchased another keyboard hoping it would be an easy fix however this has not solved the problem.

I did some research and updated the bios to v2.1 however it still does not work. The wierd thing I have found though is that from using an external keyboard via USB when I press caps and number on the external keyboard both the lights on the laptop keyboard come on??

I am out of ideas and this is really bugging me now. Any ideas how to sort this?

Answer:Strange keyboard issue on my Satellite L500

If new keyboard didn?t sole this than there must be some serious hardware problem, keyboard controller maybe.
I think you need professional help with this so I recommend you to contact nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help. They can check this with diagnostic tools and tell you for sure what is wrong there.

I bought a Satellite L500-19C with Windows 7 64 bits and I'm having troubles with the configuration of the keyboard for the correct use of portuguese language.

When I try to accent a letter, par example "a", I get aside "~~" instead of the accent above the letter. I've checked all configurations from Windows and Toshiba SW and everything seems to be fine tuned to portuguese (Portugal).

Please help me in the way to correct it.

Answer:Satellite L500-19C - How to configure keyboard properly?

Normally you can change the keyboard layout if navigate to control panel > Keyboard. There you should add the keyboard layout that you want and remove all other layouts that you don?t want.

After this the keyboard should work properly.

I have a Satellite L500-1XC. I reinstall my OS (Windows 7 64bit) by using HDD recovery option. But after I did this I am having problems with my keyboard.
When I switch on my laptop and start windows, it just automatically starts to type random letter continuously when I am not even touching my keyboard. (e.g. when I open a blank notepad file it just automatically types random letters). I assume that this is a software problem.
So please be kind enough to provide me a solution for this. :)

Answer:Satellite L500-1XC - why my keyboard is acting funny?

Hello Dylan

Please install OS again using HDD recovery procedure. If the same will happen again it must be related to defective hardware ? keyboard.

Which software should give ?order? to keyboard to act on this way?

Hi all,

I recently reinstalled Windows 7 64-bit on my *Toshiba Satellite L500/050* which had the same system earlier.

But somehow I managed to mess up my backup partition and I had to try and reinstall all the drivers from the internet but the problem is it is giving weird results.

For the first part the Fn key does not work even after I installed and reinstalled TVAP countless times and the other thing is that my LCD brightness increases when I decrease it and vice versa. (0% had highest brightness 100% has lowest, when brightness is dimmed by the computer it actually increases).

There may be other such problems I don't know for sure now but I think my laptop is not running as well as it used to.
Can anyone give the list or step by step instructions on how to uninstall and install all my drivers for this.

Thanking you inadvance.

Answer:Re: Satellite L500/050 - FN buttons don't work

It seems that your notebook model belongs to Toshiba Australian series.
Please check this Toshiba Australia driver page:

Here you can find the necessary driver for FN button.

As far as I know you need to install the VAP (value added package) and the Flash Card Support Utility.

Just got one of the new core I3 powered Satellite with Windows 7 64bit OS. All seems fine and I'm impressed with the machine but the Fn keys do not work.

I went back to the shop and tried the display model which was OK. Before I phone up Toshiba helpdesk (I so don't want to be sent round in circles by a foreign call-centre operator working from a script) is there a simple answer to this?

Answer:Satellite L500-1XC - FN keys don't work

Hi nixi,

I had the same problem on my Satellite L500. I have a little bit searched here and did the following steps

1) Download newest Toshiba Value Added Package and Flash Cards Support Utility.
2) Remove the old versions of both Toshiba tools and restart your notebook
3) Use CCleaner to remove still existing keys in registry and restart again
4) Install VAP firstly and then Flash Cards Support Utility. Make the last restart.

Normally the FN keys should start working again. Can you confirm this?

Hi everyone

I have this model for about 3 yrs now.

It stopped working and its not AC problem since I checked with a new one as well..
Although there IS a green light when connected to the mains. Battery doesnt charge as well.

Shall I say it goodbye? ;(

Answer:Satellite L500-1R1 doesnt work on AC

Did you check the RAM modules?
Faulty RAM would prevent the notebook from booting up.

Since its very easy to replace the RAM modules, I would recommend trying this out.
Otherwise it might be a serious motherboard problem and I guess in such case the notebook repair might be very costly affair.

When powered on charging light flashes yellow.
Battery does not charge and if battery removed the laptop shuts down.

At time this problem does not happen.

Moreover, when power cord is removed, battery charges for few moments and then yellow flashing light comes on and charging stops. When shutdown, the battery charges normal and 100% charged battery gives almost 4 hours time.

Can any one please guide about the problem. Is the problem in power adapter? or the battery? or the motherboard/hardware?

How to verify problem?

Answer:Satellite Pro L500: indicator flashing amber - battery doesn't charge

It seems that you already posted an thread about similar issue with your notebook some years ago.

In first case it seems that your battery was the troublemaker.

You are talking about charging indicator. I?m not quite sure what LED should it be.
There are 5 LEDs - from left: DC IN / Power / Battery / HDD, ODD / Bridge Media Slot

The first DC IN indicator glows green when power is being correctly supplied form the AC adaptor. However, if the output voltage from AC adaptor is abnormal or if the computers power supply malfunctions, this LED will go out.

The second from left Power indicator glows green when the notebook is turned on. If you turn the notebook into the sleep mode, this indicator flashes amber.

The third battery indicator show the conditions of the batter charge. Green indicates the battery is fully charged, amber indicates the battery is charging and flashing amber indicates a low battery condition.

Are you able to power up the unit without the battery but using just a connected AC adaptor?
Usually this should be possible even if the battery isn?t inserted.

Can anyone help?

I have a Satellite L500-1WG, I have ripped music into my music (the default setting), and it doesn't show in my media player library. I have spent hours trying to figure this out

Answer:Satellite L500-1WG - Windows Media Player doesn't show my libary

I think you have to check the libary settings of Windows Media Player. In Options > Library you can choose which folders should be monitored. I think you have to monitor the folder where you added the music.

Check this!!!

I'm studying in Germany now and I was thinking of buying the Satelite L500-164.
The problem is, in all shops you can only buy it with German keyboard which I totally hate.

Is it possible to change it to an English(or Greek) one?
How much will it cost? How long will it take?
I thought about buying it from Toshiba directly but they don't sell it, so I guess I'm stuck with buying it and immediately sending it to service for keyboard change?

Are there any shops which sell it with English keyboard or can change it at demand?

Thanks a lot

Well, this will be one solution? the other would be buying an Satellite L500 in UK to get an keyboard with English layout.

You could try to order from some online retailers. There are enough online shops which provides Toshiba notebooks?

Satellite Pro L500-19X running windows 7.

The machine boots ok, then at the login screen neither the touchpad or keyboard works.
The only way I can overcome this is to go back to a previous restore point.
After this, the machine runs fine until I power off, on powering up again, I get the same issue.

The machine has the latest updates applied.

Any pointers welcomed.

Answer:Satellite Pro L500-19X boots ok but touchpad and keyboard fail

Can you use both devices in ?safe mode? or when you enter BIOS settings?

If possible run HDD recovery installation and test functionality with ?factory settings?.
I know, it is most radical method but best way to test hardware functionality.

Hi Guys,

New to this Forum, can any one assist us please

Our daughter decided to give keyboard a clean with a duster but this was whilst switched on and now certain letters when keyed perform other functions e.g the letter t brings up the same function as f7. The letter o,e and l also do different things meaning you cannot do anything without huge interuption.

Any ideas chaps . . .?

Answer:Satellite L500: keyboard issue after cleaning with an duster

>The letter o,e and l also do different things meaning you cannot do anything without huge interuption.
Does this mean that keyboard buttons T, O, E and L don?t work as it should even you typing slowly?

I have no idea why this happened after trying to clean the keyboard but possibly some keyboard buttons are damage.
The problem is that you cannot remove/replace single buttons and it seems you will need to replace the whole keyboard.

Good luck

Wondering whether someone can help. I recently purchased a Satellite L500 and the keyboard is giving problems. Every day two or three times it starts typing giberrish - i.e I type L it will type another letter and so on - and it only fixes the problem by doing a reboot.

Any idea what may cause this problem or how it can be fixed? Its a brand new machine so I am surprised by the problem?

Many Thanks

Answer:Re: Satellite L500 - Keyboard starts typing Giberrish

Hi Partha,

> Its a brand new machine so I am surprised by the problem?
That makes no difference. Such problems or other ones can happen always even the notebook is few days old.

Regarding your problem: Have you checked the keyboard input language? I don?t know which native language you want to use but I would recommend removing all other languages.
Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Language > Details

In worst case if it would be a hardware issue, you should get a new keyboard for free from an authorized service provider due warranty.

Satellite L500, Windows 7, Keyboard becomes inactive after waking up from Sleep. Reboot cures the problem.

Help would be welcome Please!

Answer:Satellite L500 - Keyboard inactive after sleep mode

Hi Altone,

That?s strange but in my opinion you should try a BIOS update. Newest BIOS version for your notebook you can download from Toshiba page: > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers

But let me give you a word of advice: BIOS update is always a little bit risky so make sure that you are logged in as Administrator. Furthermore extract all files from zip archive and close all running programs (also AntiVirus).

By the way: Are you using preinstalled Windows 7 from Toshiba or did you make your own Windows installation?

try to install the value added package 1.2.28 from the driver DVD (delivered with my laptop and newer as the driver on toshibas website).
The installtion works well and after the reboot the hotkey doesn't work.
Even I try the older driver from the website 1.2.25 it doesn't work also.

After this I try to install a part of the driver. I find this comment:

+For using the FN keys you have to install Toshiba Value Added Package and Flash Cards supports utility. Make sure that both versions are released for Windows 7 64bit already. If you choose a Vista version it will not work!+

+Here you can download all:+
+ > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers+

+Value Added Package must be installed firstly. ;)+

But the flash cards utility is a part of the value added package and I was not able to deactivate the flash cards utility under Windows 7 32bit.
This utility seem to be used for other utilities.

Has someone a solution to activate the hotkeys?

Answer:Satellite L500 FN buttons don't work using Win 7 32bit

> But the flash cards utility is a part of the value added package and I was not able to deactivate the flash cards utility under Windows 7 32bit.

There are two applications which can be downloaded:
*Value Added Package v1.2.34* and *Flash Cards supports utility v1.63.0.4*

Please install both applications again!

If both were already installed, then remove it from the system firstly and after new reboot install the both drivers again.

Reinstallation using a "standard" Windows 7 32 bit seems to work .. but .. I am afraid I could have lost something.

How to get "correct" DVDs ?
Thanks for help

I had the same issue in the past. I tested some DVDs from Verbatim and TDK ?R and could create the recovery DVD.

I have an L500 -1PU Toshiba, running on 32 bit Windows 7,
The webcam is working wonderfully but the internal microphone is not working properly.

I had an external microphone so i hadn't noticed this problem when i got on skype, but i've recently discovered that when using the webcam the person on the other end can hear faint noises from my computer when i'm playing music or watching a video clip.

How can i solve this and get my microphone working properly such that i can control the volume and actually get full service from my otherwise decent notebook?

Answer:Re: Satellite Pro L500-1PU - internal microphone does not work

Possibly this Toshiba FAQ could help you:

+Whistling sound on the Satellite L500+

It?s a matter of the settings.
This issue occurs if the microphone volume in the speakers properties is enabled.
After disabling this point the issue with acoustic feedback does not appear anymore.

Hope this helps!

newbie here, pleased to meet you all.
I have been given a Toshiba L500 19X that has a problem, the keyboard does not work, at all.

This happened after a liquid spill, or so I'm told.
I have sorted out a few laptops that have been subjected to liquids, but this one is different.
In this case the laptop is working brilliantly, not a problem except for the keyboard not working.

I have attached a external usb k/b and it works perfectly. I have stripped the laptop down to the mobo and there is no evidence of a liquid spill.
I use a large magnifying glass to inspect the board, usually find something jumping out, but not in this case.

Regardless I have cleaned the mobo and all looks well. But the k/b will not work at all.
I have come to the conclusion that the problem MIGHT be a bodged bios update, or corrupted.

I have d/loaded the latest Bios, 2.10 win, but when I go to install it I am told that the current bios is equal to or newer than the one I've d/loaded and flash will not go ahead.

I come here cap in hand, for help if possible, and to see if anyone has had the same problem.
Possibly point me in the right direction.

The bad news would be that there is a problem with the motherboard.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Answer:Satellite L500-19X does not work after spilling liquid

> In this case the laptop is working brilliantly, not a problem except for the keyboard not working.
>I have attached a external usb k/b and it works perfectly

So you got a big luck? looks like the motherboard is ok and the keyboard controller works too.
Why should be this a BIOS issue? The notebook worked perfectly in the past?
So in my opinion you should contact the authorized service point in your country and should replace the keyboard.
In my personal opinion its internal keyboard problem

I have bought a new laptop Toshiba Satellite L500-1EV. Now I am with Windows 7 32 bit OS, and I noticed that some of the shortcuts - espacially the "fn-F8" - for switching on and off the wireless adapter and "fn-F9" for toggling between mouse and touchpad input don't work. After I press FN-F8 the wireless adapter is still working and the indicator still lights. After pressing FN-F9 the system keeps on receiving input from both mouse and touchpad.

Am I missing some driver?
Thank you !

Answer:Satellite L500-1EV- Some FN keys don't work on Windows 7

Have you installed Windows 7 yourself or was it preinstalled on your notebook?

As far as I know for the FN keys you need Toshiba Value Added Package and Flash Cards Support Utility. In your case I would try to reinstall both of them, VAP firstly and then Flash Cards Support Utility.

Check the Toshiba website where you can find both tools! :)

Would a sata2 ssd drive work with my Toshiba Satellite L500 - 11d

Thanks in advance!

Answer:Would SATA2 SSD drive work with Satellite L500-11d

I don?t see any serious reasons why this should not work.
The HDD controller is SATA capable and the SATA2 is down compatible which means that you can use SATA 2 HDD or SSD drives as well.

Please post some information after the SSD upgrade. It would be interesting to know how the notebook would run using SSD drive
