Hello,

This is my first time to post a thread in this community (just bought my brand new x230 model yesterday )

Everything seems working fine, however, every time I open up the LSC(Lenovo Solution Center), it displays as below:

Please ignore the language (OS is Korean version).

Anyhow, the graphic seems black GUI instead of the orginal version.
It seems like something is conflicted each other...Or is it just my computer problem?

To figure out, what I tried was to delete the program and re-install it, however, it happens again (first 2 or 3 times work fine..)

Can I solve this grapih issue? D:

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

I recently ran Lenovo's solution center - Hardware check up and received to warnings for Video Card Stress test and local connection test.
 
For video test: Result code is: WVC00V000-WJOZSI
 
For Network test: Result code is:  WWF00F00-WJOZSI
 
So, what is wrong with my computer? Mine is Thinkpad X230 Tablet. 3434 CTO

I have an X230, running Windows 10 Professional (x64) Version 1607 (build 14393.576).  My version of the Lenovo Solution Center is 3.4.002. When I try to run a hardware scan, I get a throbber ("Loading"), but the scan never loads.  It doesn't matter whether I select "Run Quick Tests" or "Select Tests"; same result. I successfully ran a scan a month ago, using an earlier version of Solution Center (3.3.003), but that version won't work now, either (same result, perpetual throbber). Solutions?

Good morning, I have a Lenovo G50-45 with some issue. Lenovo solution center find an error on HDD. The code is WHD01V01G-UK7WME. Told me to contact the support center and give me a link to support. Just set up my new M83 ThinkCentre. The Lenovo Solution Center is flagging the Storage device as needing attention. The Lenovo Recovery partition (Q - set up in factory, I presume) was set up with 11.9GB and is 87% full. I presume I should ignore the alert because I'm not going to use it unless i had to recover the system back to the factory installation. I don't want to set the reminder to "never" because then i won't be alerted when the main partition in my C-drive approaches capacity.  Should I increase the size of the Q partition? If yes, how would I do that without affecting the content? Or should I just ignore the alerts and live with the annoyance. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

My Lenovo Solution Center on my IdeaPad y480 is giving me a message that a hardware scan has detected a failure. It says that the PCI_EXPRESS_SYSTEM is the culprit and it gives me the result code WPE001001-HI8X8I. Can anyone tell me what this means and/or how I can fix it? Thanks for any help!

The Lenovo Solution Center showed error message about Battery on System tab,and suggested to install the Lenovo settings dependency package.But there is no Lenovo settings dependency package in the download page for T61p but yes for other models.In the attached Readme.txt, T61p is not supported model.What should I do?What do you think? Thank you for your attention.

Hi, Yesterday, using Lenovo Solution Center 2.4.003, I upgraded the firmware (since it was marked critical) of my USB-3 dock in my office. Now I cannot connect anymore with the network.Now and then I see few blinks and monitoring with wireshark shows that the dock transmit data, but does not receive anything.The adapter is configured with fixed IP addres, so we do not use DHCP. I see ARP(Who has ...?) request going out, and nothing returns. What is going here? BTW, when using a USB-Ethernet adapter on the same cable everything works. So it is NOT a cabling/network problem. Also, before upgarding everything was working. Do you have a suggestion? For instance how to revert back to the old firmware?BTW, how do I see what version firmware is in the docking station? Thanks,Jos

Can somebody help? I would like to know if this software can work on a G560 running Windows 10? I have upgraded to Windows 10 Professional. Lenovo Companion comes with Windows 10, while Lenovo Solution Centre is something I can download.

The Lenovo Solutions Center (LSC) has been tested for Windows 10 but currently, there are certain limitations of the app. like the Windows Update feature of LSC stating that Windos is not up to date (see this thread).
 
Lenovo Solution Center for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 (64-bit)Version 2.8.004
 
You can opt to install LSC and use its other features (e.g., Hardware Check-up, Device Manager Issues, etc.) or you can just skip LSC for now and install it later once the new version comes out.

When Hardware's scanning are finished, report to me this code WPE001001-WL7Y2H in  PCI Expres status. How does it mean this code? When I do a hardware scan in the Lenovo Solution Center I get this problem>"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to  be restarted, we're just collecting some error info, and then will restart for you".Below the message includes: Kernel_Security_Check_Failure. It shows that the Motherboard Chipset is invalid. And it shows that the Motherboard PCI/PCI-E test is invalid. Besides this problem there were other problems effecting my laptop performance. I called Tech Support but all they tell me that its software issues. They told me that I could purchase software to purchase. Or do a factory reset. I did the reset and it seemed to have worked for a short while. Now all those problems are back haunting my laptop. The Motherboard tests they tell me are false readings. If its software problem why are they offering me software to download. I just don't know what to think.

Not officially.  When you go to download it, it will probably say that your system isn't supported.  If it actually does install, certain parts of it probably won't work.

Hi, I have a Yoga 700, I am trying to download the 3.2.004.  When I download from the center itself, I get a #HASH error. When I download the windows 10 x64 version direct, the install says "the operating system is not adequate for running lenovo solution center". Any thoughts on why this won't install? Thank you in advance?

This problem is caused by an error on the web site. The 64bit version link actually points to the 32 bit version, which, as you've discovered, won't run on a 64bit machine.
 
Lenovo is aware of it, and the links should be fixed in a day or two. In the meantime, a link to the correct 64 bit version is here:

Hi, receiving an invite to update, I did and this is my first approach.Having the time to test the program in detail, these are the results on my PC (Z50-70 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U Processor @ 2.00GHz 8GB diskdrive 1000GB)..- A "quick test" (which quick is not) goes on about 11 hours!- The longer time is for the testing of video card Intel (R) HD Graphics Family (1/2 hour for the memory test and at least 10 hours for the mathematics operations and pipeline texture), while the rest of tests takes only 10 minutes about. Conclusions:in my opinion a quick test should be reasonably "rapid" anyway, whereas the PC is not usable for all the duration of the test! Questions (given that even the help provided https://download.lenovo.com/lenovo/lsc/v3/help/src/html/index.html shows screens different from the real and offers very little):- What is the difference between "Run quick tests" ("Esegui test rapidi" in the IT version) and how provided by clicking on "Run comprehensive tests" and then "Run quick tests" (IT vers.: "Seleziona test" then "Esegui test rapidi")?- What is the difference between "quick tests" and "extensive testing" (IT vers.: "test rapidi" and "test completi")?  the resulting logs are identical!- It says "Hardware scan" but the drivers are also tested?- Between the "memory" tests we can see (on IT version)  "Quelli che camminano a sinistra di prova" and "Quelli che camminano di prova giu... i have w540 , running on win 10 pro(x64) and lenovo solution center version 3.0.002 is installed on it. after , lsc is upgraded to version 3.2.004 and thereuopn running the hardware sacn , when the scan comes to scanning nvidia k2100m , the lsc stops responding and the display driver stops functioning too. however, version 3.0.002 was working without any flaw. assistance in this regard shall be appreciated. Atul

Before I formatted my thinkpad I had this thinkvantage utility installed on the taskbar that was useful and would notify me of lenovo or windows updates, however on new reinstall it's been replaced by this annoying solution center/simple tap, that gives redundant pop up messages. Did one replace the other?

I have a Lenovo Y50 and i have the Lenovo Solution center installed on it version. 3.3.004 . But evertime i open it it say it has an uppdate and when i download it and its about to install it it says somthing about harsh verifiation. Anyhow seems like i cant uppdate it. I use to have a nice battery bar on the bottom right corner now its ony windows orginal icon. Wounder were my nice one went. It seem like it keep tracking on my battery usage bettwer caus somtimes it let the power bar go lower so it wasent constantly on 100%. Now i get the message that my battery ha been over 70% a long time and its not good for it.  Anyhow whats upp with that Lenovo Solution center and if you can help me with that battery issu i would be even moore happier. / Cheers

I have a relatively new (3 months) ThinkPad P50. There have been several problems and support's solution is always "we'll send you a box". I now have 2 boxes and another on the way. The problems have all been the kinds of things that should be solved via phone, with or without an on-line support connection, but they want me to send the computer in. The problem is relatively minor. The Solution Center appears to be a poorly engineered piece of software, but I can see that it would be useful -- if it would run. It does not. Following an update this week, I tried it again. Normal run: Hardware scan fails with "One or more operations are taking longer than expected. What would you like to do? Retry|Abort" Abort ends the process. Retry resumes the process and the error message eventually returns.So I located the exe (C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Lenovo Solution Center\LSC.exe) and tried running as Administrator: Hardware scan fails with "One or more operations are taking longer than expected. What would you like to do? Retry|Abort" Abort ends the process. My desktop is a Lenovo IdeaCenter  K330. Windows 7 Home Premium OS. The Lenovo solution center software keeps giving me a non-crucial alert that my wireless card is turned off. I am hard wired into my router so I don't need the wireless capabilities all of the time. Can I disable or over ride this non-critical alert.Anyone knows the secret?Many thanks,Jay

I?m sorry to hear that the Wi-Fi turned OFF message is popping up in your K330 Desktop, when the message pops up click on it and then this alert includes a path to fix. You can simply remedy the situation or select the "Remind me never" also can be re-activated whenever you want. So please select ?Never? option to turn OFF the alert.

I purchased a CG20 as a closeout. It looks as if the box was an open box, but it wasn't ever registered and things looked normal when I turned it on. Registration and everything went fine except for one small detail. I have noticed that in the Lenovo Solution Center my product is listed as INV201 and serial number as INVALID.  Should I be worried that I have a product that is not eligible for any warranty service? When I look at the support site it says there is a warranty available on it. But still it bothers me.

Welcome to the Community Forums. 
 
For a new sytem best that you try to update the video card driver for Intel HD Graphics 520 . 
 

Go to Control panel and click Programs & features.

Click here for Windows 10.
Uninstall Intel HD graphics driver. 
Download latest graphics driver first before restarting the computer directly from Intel site here .
Restart the pc before installing ( remember where you download it ) , Install and restart twice. 
Try to scan it again and custom scan with the updated Lenovo Solution Center  

Update us how things go.

Whe I open the Lenovo Solution Center I see that I have two alerts,(numbers 1 and 2 in an orange circle). One alert in backup my computer section and other in the Warranty section.  In the Backup section states I need to back up my Notebook G510, but I have already done to so an external hard drive. In the warranty section, it states "Unable to get response from warranty server" and "Unable to connect and check the warranty at this time".The latter occurrs every day, even though I am connected to the internet and surfing normally. Any one knows what the problem could be?

If you are doing backups on your own, you can simply tell the Lenovo Solution Center to either "never" remind you about backups or check the box for "Use Another Tool" which will also stop the backup alerts.  Personally I do occasional images of the drive so I've elected to use the "never" option.
 
Lenovo is aware of the problem with trying to connect to the Warranty Server with the Lenovo Solution Center and are working on a fix.  Likewise, this option can be set to "never" remind until the problem is resolved. You can still manually check your warranty status at the link below.......

Hello all, I just bought the Lenovo Yoga 14 and I keep getting an alert from the lenovo solution center. The alert is about hard disk free space, saying that the hard drive has less than 9.5% of its capacity. Why would that be an alert? Plus I just bought it so the hard drive should be empty anywyays. After checking out the problem, it appears to be that the ssd is the one leading to the alert(I thought that the caching ssd was used mostly for launching apps and programs anyways). Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks,Guillermo

Likewise, use your serial number here to check if email support option is available for your region and model.
 
Seems that the those detected errors are with the Intel Centrino WLAN card.
You can try to run individual diagnostics to verify if there is an issue and likewise updating the drivers for the wireless card can also help if needed.

I've had PCs Lenovo G510 for 1-2 years, and is quite happy. But the other day I was inside the Lenovo Solution Center where there were questions about the update. And I therefore undertook an update. It turned out that front has changed. Before there was a side-Backup (Note: I had not backed up, but intend to do so). But this was now removed. It lay under CPU. Make sure you downloaded the right one for your computer as that does make a difference.  Check for drivers, utilites and more by using the Support tab and searching for your notebook.

I have my lenovo x230 laptop set to sleep when I close the lid. When I close the lid the "sleep" icon on the back of the screen lights up. But the batter will not last through the night on sleep mode. Within five hours or so, the battery is completely drained and I have to plug in and boot up the system. I've never seen such poor batter performance during sleep mode on any other laptop I've ever owned.  Another thread in this forum blames the USB port that allows you to charge mobile phones/etc. during low-power states and recommends disabling the "always power on" option fo this USB port in the Bios settings. I've done so, be it doesn't seem to have helped. At least my laptop still will not make it through the night in sleep mode.  At this point, it seems my ownly option is to use sleep mode only when the laptop is plugged in and hibernation mode when on batter power, which is disappointing. I've never had to worry about this in the past with other laptops.  Perhaps/probably related is the fact that the lenovo ThinkVantage Power Manager (v. 7.16) hangs at the splash screen when I try to open it, so I've been trying to manage the power through the windows control panel power settings.

I?m really sorry to hear that you are receiving an alert stating that SMI helper driver is not installed in your Lenovo
ThinkPad T430s.
 
I would suggest you to visit here to have a better picture regarding the issue. SMI helper driver error is basically due to a corrupt file in fingerprint reader software. Please try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it.
 
I would also recommend you to try running Thinkvantage system update as well.

It may not find any package for your system, however: after it bombs out, and you close the app, it will get rid of the warning "!" on the interface.

Hello everyone, today there was an update for Lenovo Solution Center V.3.3.002 and I performed the update and when it was done I got an error message that reads ''LSC is unable to run because a required file is missing. Your installation may have been corrupted. Please reinstall the application and try again'' I uninstalled it and downloaded the update again and it still showed the same error. ver 1.1.007 Was giving me "1 message" (battery fair) when I was using battery energy star that kept it at 100% Recent advice says use "best battery health" which alows battery to drift down to 45%. as soon as it hit 45%, I get the 5888 messages when mouseover the LSC BIG icon. battery still says fair. Is there any sense to all this?

hI,I crashed the original HDD from my lenovo t430u a few days ago so i was obligated to buy another one. The situation is that i didn't create a recovery media, therefore i installed windows 7 again and all the drivers from lenovo, but i feel it very slow starting, and before changing HDD my ultrabook was faster starting windows. I think i have to do something else to enable the enhanced experience 3 but i really dont know. I have installed windows in the new HDD and i also have the original 24GB SSD. Can anybody explain me what i have to do to optimize my windows as the enhanced experience? My other question is that i couldn't install the lenovo solution center because of this warning: The Control Table coud not loaded in to the SQL Query SELECT 'Control' Type X Y ...... I also need help with that!Thank you!

Hello,   I received a message from my Lenovo Solution Center saying that my "last Windows Update occured more than 30 days ago". When I click 'Launch' to fix it, the Windows Update window opens, but there are no 'Important Updates' available. There are about 8 'Optional Updates' available, but I'm not sure as to what I should do? It says this is 'Non-Critical', but I'd prefer to keep everything operating 100% on my computer.   Any ideas how to resolve this issue? Thanks,Laila

  If the system shows that it does not have a Windows Update Available then this means that the system is up to date.
The Solution Center is trying to base the Notification through the date when you last do a Windows update.
 
You can try Uninstalling the Solution Center and Installing a New Copy
  or
You can select to Terminate the Notification through the Solution Center Settings

I installed the Solution Center and it's telling me I have 2 drivers that are out of date. It points me to the device manager. When I select update driver on these I get "you have the latest version" so not sure what's going on between Solution Center and device manager.

Is the latest available Solution Center Software compatible with--or intended to be used on--the Q190 "entertainment" PC?  My version says I need a driver update, bu they are all current.The only download source I can find within Lenovo does not list the Q series computers as compatible--yet an earlier verson of SC came preloaded on the machine.Thanks for any available insight.

Below is the link to download the compatible version of LSC, while installing the driver right click on the downloaded file and select ?Run as administrator? option to get it installed without any error:

Do you have an mSATA or other SSD in your T520 along with the HDD?  Did you get the error during a full machine scan?  If so, try running the scan on the HDD alone w/out running a full scan.

I try to download through system update or directlty, the LSCSETUP_X64_25002 and it fails every time stating that: This version of the Lenovo SOlution Center program can only be installed on select Lenovo Computers. If I try the 32 bit version, it goes to install Adobe Air, which then fails because its a 64 bit OS.  Manually updating Air from Adobe doesn't help either. Can I get some assistance?

Welcome to the forum!  Based on the compatibilty matrix for LSC as shown on our support site, it should work on the helix.
 
Is your Helix running the factory preload?   Are you running Windows 8.1 ?
 
If so, please try this 64 bit version 2.5.002 version which just published to the web on 8/26/14
 
Please reboot and try the install and let us know the error messages if it still won't install.   Any additional information about your system, confirming preload and system BIOS version will help us.

If I try to install the x64 bit version it tells me it can only install on select lenovo products. The 32 bit ersion says it fails installing adobe Air, which is already installed.  Uninstalling it does nothing, it actually installs but still says "failed" I have completely uninstalled in troubleshooting and it will not reinstall  I am using the links from here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS034630

Basically the error you have received is a false positive test result that was produced by the Lenovo Solution Center.  You can reduce the chances of this error occurring by using the latest version of the Lenovo Solution Center as well as the latest graphics driver that is available.

I have a Lenovo G50-30 and have noticed a few times that when I run the hardware scan, the only item that doesn't pass is the local area connection, which gives a warning result. The overall scan passes, but I would like to know what this means and if it can be fixed? Any help would be gratefully received.

Welcome to the Community Forums. 
 
After running the Wireless LAN hardware scan test, some warnings may appear in the results for the ?local connection test? and the ?internet connection test? in Lenovo Solution Center (LSC).
 
These warnings appear due to the state of the network your PC is connected to and not the state of the wireless LAN hardware in the PC.  For example, the user may not be connected to a wireless LAN network or the wireless LAN network may not have access to the internet.
These warning messages do not indicate a hardware issue.  No hardware should be replaced as a result of these warnings.

To decode for Result code WMB01R010-RL7YJE , since this is an internal code best that you call in lenovo tech support for the recommendation and interpretation.
 
Would you experience any problems like freeze up or BSOD?
Are you using virtualization?
 
Can you try to check if virtualization is enable in the BIOS , 
To access the BIOS , turn off and use the One key botton or Novo key (item2 page 82) to power on . 
Novo menu would offer BIOS set up , check on the Configuration/ Advance tab  to disable. 
Similar discussion here .
 
Re run individual diagnostics online and if needed , to update LSC .  
 
Running alternate diagnostics like belarc and speccy can also help if there is a synonymous error then have it reported immediately for recommended fix.

It keeps giving me a database error: can't load SQL-query. ??? Am dumbfounded how to solve that. Tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions.... Please advice! Ps. Brand new G500. Just completed update to Windows 8.1 and been updating all the drivers. All goes smoothly but the Solution Center will not install.  Solved it! Solution: Let the installer unpack and then click no when asked if you want to install the program. Go to the folder where the unpacked installer is and hey presto: it installs with nou problem!

I have a thinkpad 500.  I recently upgraded to 8 gbytes Ram, 256 SSD Drive, Windows 7 64 bit.  I have performed system update at lenovo site.  The lenovo solutions center either does not start or starts, but displays in multiple, overlapping images.  It worked fine under the 32 bit version of Windows 7 I was using.  I did install the 64 bit version.  Any suggestions about how to fix.  Computer is out of the box with respect to components except for the RAM and the new harddrive.

Hi - my laptop is about 6 months old but has been slow to boot since I purchased it. Lenovo suggested that I download the solution center to do a hardware scan but the program will not install. The link that support have provided takes to downloads for 7 & 8.1 NOT Windows 10. I have a W520 that I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Lenovo Solution center was giving error messages about missing components, so downloaded Solution Center 3.2 installer. When I try to run the installer, it says "The operating system is not adequate for running Lenovo Solution Center." I uninstalled version 2.8 to see if that was the problem, but got the same error message. I just reinstalled version 2.8 without any problems.

That sounds like an error message from running the 32-bit version on a 64-bit version of Windows, or vice-versa.
Could it be the wrong version was downloaded for your version of Windows?

I downloaded LSC Version 2.7.003 to my IdeaCentre H520. When selected to run, it brings up the small starter page with the program name and version, and then hangs. Apparently LSC is no longer supported on H520. Is there a replacement, a way to get back to a working version, or are H520 systems now systema non grata? Recommendations??

Can someone tell me if there is a memory problem with my G780 laptop?  There is 8 gb RAM installed.  On the baseline snapshot, the total size and size are both 8.54 gb but on the current snapshot,the total size and size are only 1.25 gb.  Is this normal?  How can I get this back to 8.54 gb?  Thanks in advance.

I bought my lenovo flex 3 1580 recently and while i was updating i encountered an error with lenovo solution center. It says that the update is ony for specific lenovo computers, not mine. The "PCI/PCI-e Test" part of the scheduled automated test reports an error every time Lenovo Solution Center runs, since I purched the machine six months ago.  Otherwise, I see no specific error information through this tool.  How do I investigate this problem?  Unsure if this is related but the video driver seems to crash from time to time.  The machine is otherwise reliable.

Suddenly my one year W530 Solution Center came up with critical error code: WVC007001-WJMB9E - and "no solution" just contact Lenovo Support.Can anybody out "there" help me to understand what this is and can I resolve it????THANKS

Hi, Everytime I try to download LSC on my yoga 500-14 (intel core i5 + 1to hdd + win 10 64 bits) I got a error message on the download page. http://support.lenovo.com/be/fr/downloads/ds104501 when I click on the link (https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/lscsetup_x64_31004.exe )I got this: "An error occurred while processing your request.Reference #132.5fb71002.1453906253.8087fa" My last try in décembre had the same message. Where can I download it ? Thanks

Hi A_Fon, Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums. I tried on the link that you gave me (http://support.lenovo.com/be/fr/downloads/ds104501), I'm not getting errors here. But on the link (https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/lscsetup_x64_31004.exe), I was getting error has occured while processing request. Instead, please download the LSC here.  Let me know if this works. Goodluck!

The Lenovo Solution Center app on my IdeaCenter is telling me to check for Lenovo software updates. When I click the link provided it takes me to a Lenovo website with 6 pages of software and driver updates. How can I tell which updates my system needs? Isn't there a Lenovo utility that checks the drivers and software versions on my computer and tells me which ones have a more current update available?

Hi, I have a T420 running Windows 10 with LSC 3.2.002 injstalled. The Solution center does not show the system tab and hence I cannot do anything with it. Any suggestions?

The Lenovo Solution Center diagnostic software is reporting PCI Express hardware error WPE001001-WL7X2I. The Thinkpad X1 yoga seems to be working otherwise. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does it require repair or replacement? Thanks for any advice.

If the error comes up when doing hardware test then you should not worry it happens for me to on a x1 Carbon 3rd gen idk why but for odd reason it just gives Failed on PCI-e part what so ever if you run the test 2nd time or 3rd it should give a green pass icon.

  Is there anywhere I can get an in depth explanation of my computers, well, everything?!  The owners manual download is a joke!  I have so many questions about my new computer itself, whats in it, and etc. control panels etc. Let alone the os. Win. 8, now up-graded to 8.1. Not all of us are tech savvy. It is all so convoluted as if it's main function is to confuse. I've used my Dell Latitude D800 with xp pro  for 10 years because any and all information was easily accessed. This Lenovo is such a disappointment.

You can search on Amazon and Ebay for your full model number and pick up a lot of info, search Lenovo site there should be a specs sheet for your unit.  There used to be a page on Lenovo where you could type in the serial number and get an exact specs sheet of your machine.  Google your model number also.

I suspect my W540 hard disk is slowly failing, and I ran the Lenovo Solution Center disk diagnostics to see what they say.  The two SMART tests report a completion status of "Warning", indicating that they found some kind of problem - but I can't figure out how to see what problem they found.  How do I see what the warnings are about?

result code WCP03E000-UL7WPKIRQ testFailed Have not really noticed anything wrong but got this message today. I had sent a ticket to support for them to call me but phone didnt ring but went to VM.  I will try it again but thought to put the message here to see if someone knows what this is about. I have Yoga 3 Pro-1370 Laptop Lenovo

The result code WCP03E000-UL7WPK  seems to identify  CPU test  showing 000 code either invalid or not available for testing may just need update for CPU chipset driver and preferably a new version of Lenovo Solution Center version. 
 
Would you experience issue with bsod or freezing , best that you run separate individual test from online to verify if there is a real concern with the CPU .  Alternatively , you can also use another hardware diagnotic tool to confirm.
 
Check for  the latest driver version from the support site and like wise run diagnostics individually. Check your drivers at the support site or directly from manufacturer of the CPU . 
 
For the actual code decryption and recommendation , best that you call in tech support and use the same case number for immediate reference . You can also use the chat support if more convenient for you.
