What Do I Need For Wi-Fi?

Question: What Do I Need For Wi-Fi?

Hi: I will be moving into a new apartment complex next week and they have "Wi-Fi" access...My computer is not currently set up for this...What gadget do I need to add to my desktop computer in order to access into the Wi-Fi network? With my laptop, I have a wireless card, but there is no card slot on the desktop for the card...Thanks a lot,Steve in Kansas

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

For your desktop, you can purchase either a USB wireless adapter or a PCI wireless cardThe PCI one will be inside your computer and the USB one will stick out of a USB portPCI is generally cheaper and neater but harder to fitHope this helps
