Question: eBook website - comments please

Hi allI have still to make final alterations but wonder if I please may have your feedback on this site click here? My wife says it looks amateurish and though the design is not mine and has some positive feedback, your comments on the content and its layout or anything else would be helpful.I really struggled to format the login and register pages without losing PHP functionality and gave up in the end.Feel free to register and login using fictitious details and use the contact us tab if you wish. Many thanksSteve

Preferred Solution: eBook website - comments please

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Answer: eBook website - comments please

Very clean and uncluttered. you have some advetising images at the bottom of the page, can these go under the ones on the right and made smaller. Some kind of logo at the top which will always link to the homepage would enhance the top of each page.Remove the faint table border on the left of page and perhaps apply a border to the images.Avoid BOLD print unless it is important. On FAQ's add a bookmark 'back to top' this avoids scrolling.

hey guys, i used to program back in high school using HTML and VB6, but this was 10 years ago so i'm for the most part, starting from scratch.

i'm really eager to try developing for the iPad and was wondering a high quality ebook for me to read to help me along. when i wanted to improve my writing and came across a book called 'writing well' and it was a great general guide to writing. something like 'writing well' that helps me to think like a programmer or just something specific for the iPad would be great. are there any books out there that could help me think more like a programmer?

how long would it take for me to become a great iPad programmer if i focused on it full time?

i came across this list of books that are specific for the iPad, which ones would you recommend i read?:

--- Advanced iOS 4 Programming: Developing Mobile Applications for Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch (2010) by Maher Ali

--- iPhone and iPad Apps for Absolute Beginners by Apress

--- http://www.appdevsecrets.com

--- Complete Idiots Guide to iPad and iPhone App Development by Penguin

I would like opinions and comments on the design/navigation of the following website:click hereNow, I realise it's a bit adverty at the moment, but I'm cleaning that up and intergrating that more. Please don't comment on the content as it's yet to be revised. I can't post the old website because the name of it violates the forum rules. FE will probably remember which one I'm talking about. But, what I will be interested to hear is what you'd like to see on there? Downloads maybe?Let me know any thoughts at all! Thanks.

The sound jumping out of the first site was a bit of a surprise! but otherwise very proffesional looking. The second also good, but the third one a bit 'wordy' and some may not like the cursor thingy. On the whole well done.(from just a 'bloke in the street' point of view)

Taken the plunge and have tried to create a simple site for my village. It is written in XHTML Strict using HTMLgate Free. I would like to avoid using Javascript. There is still lots of work to do and would greatly appreciate your views, criticisms and advice. The site can be viewed here click hereI would like to have some drop-menus possibly using this tutorial click here; find a way to use thumbnails and let the user click and expand; use mailto-encrypter on the 'Contact Us' page and avoid image hotlinking using click here.I do hope you can help. Many thanks

Answer:New website, comments please

I don't think you need worry too much about hotlinking! :)The header graphic needs to be higher resolution."Please let me know if you would like to submit an image to this gallery." should possibly have the mailto: link on the "please let me know" rather than "submit an image"....

I have just put up my first website and can already see there is room for improvement e.g. pages with a lot of thumbnails take a while to load and I think I should break them down into more manageable sizes.I would appreciate any comments or criticisms anyone might have on the style or layout. The address is click here

Answer:My first website - comments welcomed

Thank you for your comments, fourm member. I agree with everything you say. Using NOF8 photo gallery meant that a lot of the basic design was already done for me but that also means I can't alter some things I don't like. For example, I would have liked to use a simpler border for the thumbnails, but it's then impossible to tile them evenly across the page.I like the facility to scroll through the larger images, but dislike the fact that if the images are centred, the scroll arrows move around depending on whether the image is portrait or landscape.I'm not sure how to resolve the issue of the black area to the right of the table. Personally, I can't stand websites that require me to scroll to the right to see the whole page and if the 'favourites' column is showing and the table were centred, then scrolling would be needed. Now that I have an idea about the basic concepts, I can have a go at designing something to meet our specific needs.I will pass on your compliments to my husband re the photos. I can't take credit for them - I'm just the tripod holder (and sometimes the tripod!). Iceland has some spectacular scenery so it's not too difficult to find subjects to photograph.

Hi, i have just finished coding this website and it is current sitting on a test section on the website while it is well.. tested. I just wondered whether you had any thoughts and contructive critism about the design. I have written quite a few websites before but find that by having someone else looking at the site they will pick up something i will have likely missedthe site is.....click here

Answer:please give your comments on my website!

although it does rather remind me of a popular web forum software - it's the blue colour I think.I'm an advocate of small font sizes for web sites - I hate seeing pages with all 10 or 11 point text, but I wonder if in your case it might be an idea to snitch the font up a point - at least until you have more content? It's not a big thing, but some of the text looks a little lost on an otherwise empty space.Perhaps if you had a few more images it would improve the look, and tend to help hold readers on the pages? These aren't major design flaws - you've done a good job - but maybe there's room for a little tweaking now, especially where images are concerned. A nice picture of the church itself on your homepage wouldn't go amiss, and one of the interior would be good too - especially if your church is an older building with stained glass etc.

Answer:website finally onlien, comments please

If you look at your site "online" in Firefox or Opera then the images don't display. If I download a page and its images then look at on my local machine then they do.I have noticed that all of the pages I have checked have two closing tags for the head section </head> </head> and I feel that this may be the cause.

Answer:Wanted - a few comments to improve website

Re: the org.uk site.Hit counters. Don't get me started - I hate them and it serves no use to tell the world how many [or how few] visitors you have had. Accurate statistics are a feature of most web host accounts so the page hit counter serves no purpose and takes up page real estate that could be better used.Your initial site homepage is a little curious since it leads, in turn, to the site home page. One observation I would make here is that first impressions count and, as such, your homepage should be the first one people see and it should have impact. I don't think you are doing yourself any favours by saying "This is us - click here to visit out home page".Now I'm going to get picky:On your home page [the second one] the link at the top of the main frame content page that read "LemonAid 2004 Photo's" is lost to my eyes because of the colour scheme used on that link. It looks at first glance like emphasised text and not an actual link. This could be down to my colourblindness but there we are.The font on your flash buttons on the "Intro & Booklet" and "Contacts & Links" buttons is nudging at the button borders. This may seem extremely fussy but I always think a minimum space should wrap all text on all button or some end up looking cramped while others with les text or smaller words can look a little bare.Your "Lottery" link loads up one of the longest pages I've seen for quite a while. It has an awful lot of content and the large empty spaces used to break each item up o... Read more

Hi all.

I am using WebEasy Professional 6 to design my website. I have inserted a form on my 'contact us' where clients can submit comments, however these comments display in html format when I view it in my inbox (Microsoft Outlook). Does anyone have any suggestions to correct this? Thanks!

Answer:Form on website displaying comments in html

Greetings, BexBomb.

Sounds like you've got something missing, most likely a bracket. Look for code similar to this:

<form>yada yada</form

Notice the missing > after the second "form".

If you can't find the culprit, post the address and I'll take a look at it, or you can validate the page at w3.org which should show any HTML mistakes on the page.

Hi all,
I'm using Acronis True image v11 home, and it's VERY good at it's disk image backing up; helped me numerous times while setting up a dual boot on my laptop.

When i create the backups, it asks for an optional comment, so you can identify the backups later on. I always made good comments, but now i have numerous backups, i've just realised I don't actually know how to view those comments?!

If anybody knows how to, please give instructions!

Thanks,

Hi, just come across this File Metadata (free) which I think will interest you- seems very competent in tagging files.
At the bottom I've added a note about StyleFolder (free), which adds comments to folders.

If you want to add comments, tags, metadata to files, this is for you.
In some places it refers to XP and Vista, but is maintained and current for '10.

File Metadata - Download File Meta 1.3

What this package does is wire together pieces that were built into Windows in readiness, but never joined up: it connects Explorer's ability to see and edit metadata with NTFS's support for storing property data in an annex to any file, and so allowing metadata to be added to files of any type. And because Windows Search uses the same property system hooks as Explorer, you can also search using this metadata, both in Explorer and from the Start Menu (or Search charm). That all this takes just a 19K DLL (64-bit, release build) and some registry settings tells you how close Microsoft got.

I am trying to find out what device would be good for an ebook reader as I travel a lot and hauling a half dozen books around with me is getting tedious. While looking at ebook readers, the common theme is they are now almost all obsolete. I did find some RCA REB1100/1200 and Franklin EBM900/911 listings on the click here, but none are available (this is an American site, but I couldn't seem to find any listings at all in the UK). My main use for the pda would be for ebooks, though diary and contacts would be a bonus. I also looked at some handhelds, which might be comparable. I know I can download free ebook readers from the net (e.g. adobe, MS Ebook Reader, etc.), but I'm getting a little confused about which ebook readers can be downloaded on which PDA. Never mind memory, CPU, etc.I have been looking at the same site for handhelds and thought perhaps the Sony Clie PEG-TJ27 Color Handheld (I have a Sony digital camera with memory stick/PCMIA card and wonder if these would be compatible) might do. Or the Palm Tungsten E PDA. However, they seem expensive solutions and the screen size may not be as good as a dedicated ebook reader.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank youPete & Maggie

Answer:I want to buy an ebook reader or pda

The Sony Clie range is great, though I haven't used it specifically as an e-book reader. But if you've already started investing in memory sticks you might as well buy other hardware that uses them.

I am looking to make a e-Book for personal use, not commercial use, so I don't want to shell out money for a e-book writer, is there any thing on the net that will allow me to write an e-book for free?

I was thinking of getting an ebook reader to save on weight in uni. I'll have about ?160, though I could easily increase that to say, ?250, if it's worth it.

So, is it practical to use an eBook reader for such a purpose, and if so, is it worth it over physical books?

I have plentiful access to ebook-format versions of most of the books I need, plus a lot more (hurrah for a Safaribooks account).

I would just get a Kindle WiFi but apparently it supports only a small range of ebook formats.

NB: I stuck this in laptops/netbooks section since it's about the closest (mobile devices) I could think of :P

Answer:eBook reader for uni?

IMO, I think a tablet would be more rewarding than just a simple Kindle/Nook. I don't know how expensive the non-branded ones are over there, but you could do a lot more than read certain eBooks.

That's my take.

An XPS document is a Microsoft document format that you can use to archive content in a standardized format or publish content in an easily viewable form. You can also use this format to ensure that no one is able to edit your original work.
Both PDF or XPS are equally easy to read imo.

There is no way that I would go back to paper books unless they were reference books but Google seems to fill that void. The battery lasts for yonks (6 readings of War & Peace I am led to believe)and if you add a memory card/stick, you can store thousands of books. It has a page mark facility and you can magnify the print. The print is incredibly easy to read. As far as I am concerned the paper book is dead.G

Question: Free Ebook (new!)

MS just released a new free Ebook for Windows 8, this one aimed at IT pro's rather than "dummies".

Free ebook: Introducing Windows 8: An Overview for IT Professionals (Final Edition) - Microsoft Press - Site Home - MSDN Blogs

Get it while it's hot.

Answer:Free Ebook (new!)

Mystere,

I picked that up a couple weeks ago from TechNet! I highly recommend that folks get these free resources. In addition to being very good product documentation, these books provide insight into what Microsoft is trying to accomplish with the new release. You'll get an idea what's new and how the product can be used by IT professionals.

Here's a short excerpt from the Introduction:

"This book describes these new and improved features. It focuses on IT pros, however, so we spend fewer pages talking about the new user interface and more talking about management, deployment, and security."

Note the subtle tone here: "it's not all about the new user interface ..." - I think too many of us (including yours truly) have spent too much time fixated on the new interface and less on what's really going on with Windows 8.

I'd like to pubish my eBook. Does anyone have a suggestion on which software I should use? I'd like my book to look on a desktop as a real book where a potential reader can turn on pages as they were reading a paper book. Could I achieve this effect using Adobe InDesign? Any other suggestions? Thanks

Answer:InDesign and creating an eBook

Any web publishing program would do: Net Objects MX from the May Edition of PC Advisor is excellent. Just format each page of the book as a separate page in HTML and provide page number footers with links to the next, previous, and contents pages.

Hi all.

Im running Windows 7 ultimate 64bit on my machine. I have a problem with these two devices. When either are attached to the pc by USB as soon as a program begins to access the devices hard drive (eg in IPOD sync) i get a BSOD.

On recovery I get the following message:

Problem signature:

OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 2057
Additional information about the problem:

Files that help describe the problem:

I have been looking for a solution, but to be frank i'm a bit clueless.

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

Answer:Ipod and Ebook causes a BSOD

Are you sure that you installed the 64 bit version of iTunes on your system? Installing the 32 bit version on a 64 bit system will result in similar symptoms (due to the drivers for accessing the iPod).

The memory dump blames CBUFS.sys - which I can't find much info on. I suspect it's a file system driver for your iPod, but can't be sure. I'm going to try looking into the iTunes installer.

So, I tried installing it on my system. Interestingly, it installs to Program Files (x86) - even though I'm using the 64 bit version. No luck tho, it didn't install that file on my system.

I'd suggest that you search your system (most likely in C:\Windows\System32\drivers) for the cbufs.sys file. Once you locate it, right click on it and select "Properties". Then check the Details tab for information on the manufacturer. Once you figure out what program/device that it belongs to - you can update that program/driver to see if that fixes it. Please post back if you're having difficulties.

Also, please update these older drivers so that they don't cause compatibility issues with the new OS:

Code:
AsIO.sys Mon Dec 17 04:11:49 2007
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
In particular the 2005 version of ASACPI.sys is known to cause BSOD's in some systems - please visit the Asus support website and download the Win7 version of the Asus AISuite utility, or the Asus PCProbe utility.

Here's the analysis of the memory dump:

Dedicated ebook readers are expensive and limited in their use. How effective are Netbooks (Acer Aspire One, Asus Eee or similar) as ebook readers ? will a Windows version run MS reader ? are there any other readers that people have used ? Can MS Reader be turned on its side to produce a bigger page. Main concern is to produce a simple usable device for someone with failing eyesight who would like larger font sizes, and could also use the device for email, looking at photos and some gentle surfing.Any experiences etc would be helpful.

Answer:Netbook as eBook reader ?

Forget the net-book as an ereader, the screen is not configured for this (read the specs on ereaders). You would do your eyes more damage. The dedicated ereader screen uses the popular Vizplex E-ink display, featuring 16 shades of gray for a clear and crisp letters and graphics.

I personally think the Ebook reader in Edge is a good idea. Rendering of text is well done, and there are enough controls to make the experience pleasant One glaring deficiency though is the lack of fullscreen mode. Surely, for a clean and uncluttered experience, this is a must-have option for a reading app!

We have recently installed a nice older program call Turnkey Ebook Store
v1.1.

The installation process went very well, however we tested the purchase of various e-books in our catalog and completed the transaction - we clicked on the download link, which was located in our email and downloaded the product.

We were then redirected to our download page.

When we completed downloading the product which was enclosed in a zip file, there was nothing in the folder.

The name of the file was correct but there was nothing in it.

Can someone give us some insight to what could be happening and how to correct the situation.

Thanks,

Ray

Does anyone know if there's a website somewhere, similar to anythingbutipod.com's comparison database, but for eBook readers? I have a pretty good idea of what features I'm looking for in one, but I'd really prefer not to have to go through and read six different reviews for each reader available out there if I can avoid it. A side by side comparison that lists the features of each one out there would save me a ton of time. Even dedicated site that reviews them one by one would help me. Anyone know of a good place to go for this?

Answer:what's the greatest ebook reader?

The only one I've really used has been Microsoft Reader, which seems to be decent. I don't particulary care for the way it manages it's library, but I don't really use that feature anyway. I also had some wierd problems with it not being able to locate it's library directory if any changes were made to that folder's attributes which would cause the Reader to be unable to start. Had reinstall it several times.

I'd be interested in checking out a few third party applications.

Are there any good ebook metadata editors out there? I've got a metric assload of ebooks, and the metadata is mostly crap, and the filename formatting is all over the place. I'm looking for something that can do for my ebooks what mp3/Tag Studio did for my music, and that can handle multiple formats (epub, mobi, lit, and pdf at least). ie, an all-in-one bulk editor and file renaming tool.I know Calibre can do these things, but it seems to be in several steps in different parts of the program, and I loathe Calibre in any case. Please tell me there's a better option.

Jump to the tl;dr below if you want. Let me preface this by saying I don't think this request is illegal because for this book series there is no audio version. At all. If there was I would buy it, if you think you can find it then please do. But since there isn't I'm doing the next best thing and buying the entire ebook series (that are translated to English) and trying to figure out way to convert it to my personal preference for enjoying books. Listening to them while I work. When I was young I started a book series that I thoroughly enjoyed, but since it's an older series and I guess it was originally translated from German I guess it was hard to get a hold of. I only found up to around book 15 in the libraries, in some cases I even had to go down to the vault where they rotate out old books. So I only made it to 15 out of 53 books. That's right, 53 (well they aren't very thick). Here is the series, I highly recommend it if you haven't read it:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dray_Prescott

I found out recently that I can get up to book 44 in English, but only in ebook format:

http://www.fictionwise.com/ebooks/t/series/?seriesid=678

As much as I love reading, I prefer to listen to my books since I tend to speed read and listening allows me to enjoy it more. SO...

Does anyone have any recommended eBook software for tablet PCs? I have an ASUS Eee Slate EP121 (great tablet IMO).

I've tried calibre, which is excellent for managing and converting various eBook file formats, but the viewing options are quite basic. I've also tried MartView, which has a fantastic flip-page viewing mode and supports touch, but it slows down quite often.

I'd like to find one that supports touch, supports PDF, and (optionally) has flip-page viewing options. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Answer:Recommended eBook Software for Tablet PCs?

Not sure what you're looking for: Barnes & Noble's NOOK app (and I mean the actual Windows application) or Amazon's Kindle app for Windows (same principle) both can read not only their own branded products but also any ePub materials iirc.

Adobe Digital Editions is their own product, a Windows-based eBook reader you might like as well. For PDFs, that might be your best bet.

Windows 10 is designed to please both touch and mouse users. It?s also designed to be intuitive for users of both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, incorporating the ?best of both worlds? to enhance your experience and help you be more productive. The Start menu is back, putting all your apps, settings, and files just a few keystrokes, clicks, or taps away. Cortana helps make things easier for you and keeps you up to date. Microsoft Edge, the new browser in Windows 10, is designed to deliver a better web experience. It?s also easier to find and switch between open apps, keep them organized, resize and reposition them, keep track of notifications, and access frequently used system settings.

Ereader apps. RE: latest Barnes and Noble numbers aren't good, especially there flagging Nook ebook platform. I'm invested in the nook platform a bit more than most (get the occasional comic book from there, a handful of books), and it's pleasant. But failing.
And I have no desire to feed the Amazon platform.
Years ago MS invested (and has since divested) in the Nook platform. I was hopeful that Microsoft would eventually just purchase that whole division outright. That's no longer a thing I'm betting.
What are the chances of some Microsoft branded/developed ebook platform? Microsoft has music, movies, and video games... they're missing out on rounding out the media pickings without a book front these days (imo, I guess). And again, not that it's a driving reason per se, but I'm not an Amazon person.
Any musings? Thoughts? Hopes that Microsoft might pick something up that'll "patch" this? Or are ebooks more niche than I think (or, too niche for MS to be concerned about)?
Looking forward to responses,

I checked out the new ebook feature in Microsoft Edge that came with the Creator's Update---even purchased one of the $1.99 titles from the Windows store to do so. It looks good albeit Spartan; e.g., there's no highlighting, annotation or sharing features. Read Aloud, along with the ability to highlight and copy passages (as with most Windows applications, but not exactly working with the Kindle desktop app) and paste into other apps, is nice.
But my main objection to it is that it is not cross-platform; it only works on Windows 10 PC and Mobile (with the Creator's Update installed). If this came 2-3 years ago when I was fully committed to Windows and Windows phone and there never was a Nook app for the latter, I might have considered it especially since the Kindle Windows mobile app is buggy and the Kindle Desktop app isn't the greatest for touch (no page turning animations, for example). Yet Edge is not available for Android or iOS, and I do not want to lock myself into Windows 10 Mobile given the uncertainty about its future. (I spend 80% of the time reading books on large-screen phone and 20% on Surface.)
Does anyone else feel the same way? Or are you seriously considering using Edge's e-book feature?

Answer:Are you planning on using the new ebook feature in Edge?

I don't see myself using the eBook feature in Edge. When I am on the PC, reading a book is not something I do. It seems to be that I am tied to this chair and it gets old fast. I tried using my phone to read on the Metro and it is just too small for these old eyes. I use my Nook all the time and that is the best platform for me.

Hi,
I downloaded an ebook from a website which turned out to be fake. I downloaded it as a compressed folder, and then extracted the files, which generated a PDF file, an EPUB file, and a .txt. I tried to open the files but was unable to, and then realised that I must have downloaded a fake.
I ran full scans with avast, malwarebytes, adwcleaner, and hitman pro which didn't detect any infections, but I'm worried that something may be lurking in the background as the website I downloaded the ebook from is apparently only two weeks old.
I'm using Windows 7 Home Edition.
If anybody could help me with this I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you.

I get a lovely BSOD every time I play Napoleon: Total War at a random interval; it also happens when I'm running Mobipocket. I can't read the darn errors or write them down fast enough before my system reboots, and the pause button doesn't... pause, on my system, for some reason. No idea if this is normal nowadays, not used that key for years...

Anyway.

This has been occurring since I installed Windows 7. Prior to that, my system ran perfectly well (under XP). This is a clean installation.

Initially I had 15 minute boot time followed by random freezes with constant HDD access; swapping the hard drives around so that the biggest (newest, so was slave before) is now primary and installing to a partition on that drive fixed that. I've checked both drives (drive health using the Western Digital apps, full scans with chkdsk, etc); both are fine.

Swapping em around fixed that, and the system runs great - except when it just randomly falls over (very occasionally). It's not occasional if I'm using two applications in particular, though: Napoleon Total War and Mobipocket. When using these, a crash is pretty much inevitable.

I don't know if other games would run fine - I don't have any installed.

I've run memtest: 12 passes, no errors. Also cleaned the system - as in physically - IE contacts on the RAM chips, compressed air for fans, blah blah blah.

Included five minidumps. Help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Answer:BSOD during game and ebook reading

All five minidumps are error 0xA and these are caused by either hardware or drivers.

In every one of your dumps is the same Windows OS driver cited as the cause of your issue: amdk8.sys

There is nothing in the BSOD that would lead me to believe there is a hardware issue. While researching online it appears that this might be a part of Cool and Quiet pertaining to your cpu. Does the BIOS have Cool and Quiet enabled? If so - disable it and see if that helps.

Cool and Quiet is enabled by default on many AMD boards. So if you are comfortable doing so disable it in the BIOS. Many builders do

Cool and Quiet controls the power to the CPU cores so they run cooler and you hopefully do not need the fans spinning at 100% all of the time quieting down the system:

so , the question is ,

how do i make it into an ebook.

note: i dont want to type all its content into a word doc, and then use a pdf converter.
i dont want to scan all the pages of the textbook.

what is the way to store this book as an ebook .

Answer:convert my text book into the pdf ebook

If you don't want to convert it to electronic form yourself by typing or scanning, your only option would be to obtain it already published as an e-book.

I use the excellent ebook manager 'Calibre' which also has a reader in it that can display all sorts of ebook formats. Calibre is completely free (with no catches :)) You can download it from the authors website click here

Just like the title says.. I really do not want to install and authenticate the 18.6mb microsoft one.. especially since it's on a work computer and I don't want my "msn passport" sign-on to be tied to the computer

Answer:Is there a free, lightweight .lit (ebook) reader?

You don't need to activate MS Reader unless you want to use premium (DRM) content

Don't know of any alternate readers

I've recently purchased a 10" tablet running Windows 10. 2 questions please. If I want to read an ebook does Win 10 have a setting to make the book full screen? I mean the entire screen as it appears on my Android tablet. Also when I use my Android tablet to read a novel it will update the copy that is also on my Android cell from so I won't loose my place. Can Win 10 update my cell cell phone as my Android tablet does?
Thanks in advance... Bob

I've been using PDF Reader and Epub Reader for my reading needs, but have failed to find an app that can read both formats, does anyone know of one to recommend?

Answer:Ebook reader with .epub and .pdf support?

I'd recommend Nokia Reading if you can get it. Pretty old and hasn't been updated in a while, but it is still the most fluid and consistent I've found. I know it doesn't support 720p screens, as in 1320, but on the 920 it worked fine. You might need to switch store region to UK if it isn't available in yours.
