Preferred Solution: pop up saying flipopia.exe

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Answer: pop up saying flipopia.exe

Flipopia was a virus that you had on your system - your security has probably removed it but there is still a link in your start-up trying to find the file. You don't want flipopia back, you just need to stop it being looked for.Download & install CCleaner, then under the tools section, click on 'startup' and look down the list for the line that mentions flipopia then select and delete it. Then use CCleaner's file cleaner and registry cleaner sections to finish the job. "I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the most of us..." Pink Floyd
