Touchscreen Not Working: Lenovo Ideapad flex 4-1470

Question: Touchscreen Not Working: Lenovo Ideapad flex 4-1470

I have a year old Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4-1470 laptop. The computer works perfectly, however the touch screen does not work all the time. Some of the keys on the keyboard won't work, some areas of the screen do not register my finger everytime, etc. I took it to the place of purchase (Office Max) and they ran a diagnostic check that came up perfect... the computer is working like it should. I have a warranty on the computer for 3 years trough SquareTrade. I don't use the touch screen really at all (only use it because it's there), but I'm annoyed that it doesn't work correctly because it's only a year old. Any suggestions on a fix? I can't find a calibration reset for the touch screen or any kind of up system reboot. Any help will be appreciated.

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Hi everyone, The touchscreen of my idepad flex 14 stopped to work suddenly. I have upgraded to Windows 10 recently and  didn't have any problem but now the defect came up. I have checked the device manager and the HID compliant touch screen driver is there (Version from 2006) and seems to be ok. I have tried to upgrade the driver but Windows says that is the latest version. Is there a driver from Lenovo for the touchscreen device? I really would appreciate any help. Thanks,Mike

The touchscreen on my ideapad flex 14 laptop is not working. I've tried uninstalling the driver in device manager and then restarting my computer. I've also checked that all drivers are up to date. I'm on wondows 10 and I think it has worked since the upgrade (though I'm not 100% sure). Any ideas?

Press Windows+X.
- Select Device Manager.
- Find the Touchscreen driver under Mice and Other Pointing Devices>USB Touchscreen Controller(A111).  You're going to uninstall this and check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device".  Don't worry, it won't blow up your computer.

- Re-open the Device Manager, and confirm that the Touchscreen is now listed under Human Interface Devices.

Installed Windows 10 on it, and it didn't fix it, reset to Windows 8, no fix, upgraded to 8.1 and still no fix, all updates and drivers installed, tried the device manager thing, yet still no touchscreen response. It doesn't even show up in device manager. Also, now the display, doesn't cover the whole screen, there are black bars all around the edges.

I have been using my Ideapad as both a laptop and a tablet and the hinge on the left side had started to crack and the screen is now leaning to the left. Is there any way I can fix this? I looked and it says the limited warranty I have doesn't cover this and I seem to not be able to get the Protection Plan either.

Hi, since a few weeks i had an issue with my Flex 140D Notebook - the touchscreen doesn't work. What i've done was to uninstall the 3 USB-Devices below the HID-Section and the Touchscreen itself and rebooted the System. I did also an "Reset", see the link below, for the Mainboard but it doesn't fix the problem. Can someone give me a hint ? I did experience this before but by then I had the lenovo warranty and they help me out. They told me that it was the upgrades that may cause that problem.  Anyhow I don't know what to do to get the touchscreen working.HELP PLEASE this computer is just 1 year and 4 months old   ps. I had already check for updates and it says "driver is up to date"

Answer:Ideapad Flex 15 touchscreen isn't working

hi acmaria,

Welcome to the Forums

Can you open System Properties and check if the OS is not detecting the Touchscreen functionality:
  - Link to picture (Touchscreen not detected)
  - Link to picture (Touchscreen is detected)

If the Touchscreen is not detected, try the following:
1. Hold the Shift Key and restart the machine to boot into the System Recovery Options screen. Once there, try to select any of the options by touching the screen and observe.
2. Shutdown the machine, press the OneKey Recovery button and select System Recovery. On the recovery menu, try to select any of the options by touching the screen and observe..
   - Link to picture

3. If the Touchscreen still doesn't work on one of the options above then it's likely that the digitizer have gone faulty and you need to contact lenovo for service.

Support phone list

If the Touchscreen detected, try uninstalling the HID Compliant Touchscreen first under the Device Manager > Human Interface Devices then reboot. If same problem, you may need to consider doing a System Restore or System Recovery to isolate the issue on the OS level.

Let me know how it goes.

Press F10 to save and exit. Press the NOVO button (Small button near the power button), then select BIOS Setup. 2. Re-initiate touch outside OS.? While computer is rebooting or after turning on the unit, keep on pressing the F2 button. ? Once you're there, on the lower right hand corner of the menu, using your fingers, touch EXIT.? If that works, then touch REBOOT 3. I  have an Ideapad Flex 15.

Since I upgraded yesterday to Windows 10, I have lost the touchscreen ability I had up to that point on Windows 8.1. On search for pen and touch, I was given this message on a system information page: "No pen or touch input is available for this display." I have looked in device manager under Human Interface Devices. Expanding the view to show hidden devices, I see "HID compliant touch screen." When I click to get device status, this is the message:

"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

How do I do that? I note a similar problem in Windows 8.1 on this posting:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-hardware/touchscreen-not-working/c48cda2...

Does anyone have any idea how to reconnect the hardware device -- or at least to solve this problem? Thanks!

I have been trying to register my new Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4-1470 on the Lenovo website for nearly a wekk now.  I am stuck at the part where it asks for you to enter the Product KEY.  Now, I was under the notion that product KEYS were mainly only used for softwares.  I first thought maybe it meant the product number.  I have searched in evry forum, blog, post, search site, Lenovo app, paperwork, you name it, and can not find either of these for this laptop.  I then used the support chat on Lenovo's website and asked a CSR who proceeded to tell me that it is in fact a product "KEY' I need and that it is given to the buyer at time of purchase.  He also told me that when purchasing from the Lenovo website that it is emailed to you.  Unfortuantly, I did not purchase it from there, but at Best Buy instead.  But the CSR in  the Support Chat assured me that this "Product KEY" is required to register the laptop and it is given at time of purchase.  Can anyone help me here - is it printed on the receipt?  Maybe on the one (1) measly little folded paper that came with the laptop in the box (which I have checked about 30 times and there is nothing very useful at all on this scrawny paper) ?  And, is it me, or has Lenovo's product support gone straight down the crapper?  Seriously, no TANGIBLE product information included in the box???  And the Lenovo Apps are a joke, and bad ones at that (crickets chirpping in the back... hi riglesias,

Once the Touchscreen stops responding, can you check the following:
1. Open System Properties and see if the Touch functionality is still there
  - Link to picture (Touchscreen feature is not detected)
  - Link to picture (Touchscreen feature is detected)

If the Touchscreen feature is detected, proceed to Step 2.

2. Press the Windows key? +R, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. On the Device Manager, navigate to the Human Interface Devices section and uninstall anything that says HID-compliant device (this is the driver that controls the touchscreen). When finished, reboot the system and observe.

3. If the Touchscreen is still not working, hold the Shift Key and hit the restart button inside Windows and you should be able to see the image below then try to tap on the screen to test and observe. I

Recently bought this laptop and having issues waking this system up from Sleep. I updated the BIOS to the latest version and the system shows that all the drivers as up to date. System was bought from Microsoft Store ( if that's an important data point as MS does not install all the bloatware that typically comes with it). Here are my observations; scenarios are all in laptop mode, I haven't ventured much in to tablet mode. If I leave the laptop plugged in with no activity, Screen powers off after the specified time. When I try to wake the system, it does not respond. Power light stays solid and is not blinking as I would expect it to be. Only option to bring up the system is a reboot. I have the Balanced Power Mode active. If I put the system to Sleep from the Start Menu ( Power - Sleep), System goes to sleep, Power light blinks indicating sleep mode and I am able to wake the system up with key press.  I am reasonably tech savvy, but has not been able to find a solution . Love the laptop at the pricepoint in every other aspect and would really like to keep this, if I can solve this issue. Any guidance from gurus out here is appreciated !

Does anyone have a Lenovo - Flex 4 1470? (Win10/64bit) I bought mine in July 2016 and yesterday when I signed on I got a pop-up from Lenovo telling me about a "critical" Lenovo update. I am pretty sure if was referring to BIOS update = v.0vcn.22ww / 120 MB.
I clicked for it to install and then another pop-up saying something about it (possibly) changing binaries, etc. I didn't know what that was all about and so I cancelled the downlod.
Today I phoned Lenovo and spoke to a woman who said "they" didn't recommend downloading/installing updates to BIOS unless I was having problem with this laptop.
As I asked, does anyone else have a Lenovo Flex 4.1470? If so, did you get this critical update notice and if you did, did you install it?
I am 81 years old and know nothing about these things and wonder if I should just forget about downloading the BIOS update? Or whether it MUST be downloaded for this Lenovo to operate properly.
Thanks for any help.

Question: Lenovo Flex 4 1470

I've seen a few times where I have not used my Lenovo for a several minutes it will go into "sleep mode" and I have to hit the power button to open it again. But it is asking me to sign in. I have to turn it off by holding the power button and then turn it back on. And then it will start showing my normal desktop. How can I stop that "sign in" from showing? I never created a password and didn't think I need to do that.
Can anyone help?

In Sign In Options it has "Password.... Your account doesn't have a password. You must add a password before you can use the other sign-in options."
Whatever that means???? I never created a password and don't understand why it is asking me to "Sign In" when I turn in on from the Sleep mode.

I am a writer and I use the keyboard almost exclusively so I need the touchpad almost NEVER.  In the absence of a keystroke chord or a set of strokes, I have to open Settings to get to Touchpad and Disable it.  Having Lenovo Settings out of order for so long is a major bummer because my fat hands continously mark large portions of text and when I hit the wrong [right?] key, ZIP the text goes away. If I'm not paying attention, that portion of my deathless prose is lost.   Hey! It happens.  OK? No, seriously, my warranty is about to expire and I would like to know if this thing is going to be fixed, or is there a set of keystrokes to disable the touchpad - like there should be?  Thanks guys.  I'm at laeva65  at  gmail Jack in Phoenix AZ

Hello. I've had my Lenovo Ideapad S415 Touch since March 2014. One week ago, my touch screen stopped working. When I turned it on, the touch screen was working. I put the cover of the laptop down and left it for a few hours. When I came back the touch screen was not working. I have only tried a system restore and that didn't help. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks

Answer:Lenovo Ideapad S415 Touchscreen not working

Hi kawthar,

Welcome to Lenovo forums

As I understand that you are facing issue with touch screen of your Lenovo S415 laptop.

As you have also tried to perform system restore but unfortunately it did not work. I would suggest you to perform few software updates on your laptop.

Try to update the chipset driver. Once the new chipset drivers are installed restart you laptop and check if the touch works, if not.
Try to update the graphic driver and restart the system and check if the issue still persist then.
Update the power management driver and check.

After the above drivers updates if still the issue still persist the do a  BIOS update and check.

Hope this helps! Please do post back if the issue persist.

Best regards,

My ~2 week old Lenovo Flex 5's screen started to flicker a few days ago and the issue has become progressively worse since then to a point where most of the screen is covered by black flickering at times. The computer starts fine, but when the computer is moved and especially when the screen is moved up or down the flickering appears. Sometimes the flickering only starts after the computer has been on for a few hours (restarting the PC fixes the issue for a short while). I have tried updating to the latest Intel graphics drivers in the device manager to no avail. I then tried uninstalling the display drivers from the device manager, that only seemed to work for a short while. Is this a faulty screen that should be RMA'd immediately or is it likely a software-related issue?

Hello,One month ago, i bought a lenovo flex 3 1470 (8GB ram, I5-6200), it came with WIN 10 righ out of the box.Since than, im having some trouble with part of the laptop capabilities. First of all - the WIFI:For some reason, once a while, the wifi connection disappeared and than i cant get no signal from any network around me.After that happens, i look into the device manager and i cant see the WIFI adapter no more.Usually restart the laptop solve the problem, but that not a solution.Second, is the pc performance. For a notebook with 8 gb of ram and a brand new i5 processor (6 generation) it runs so slow!More than 2 minutes startup, having a restart or shut down will take much more than than. It's important to say that there's almost nothing intalled on it.The last problem which i saw twice, it that the laptop just turn on by it self without me pressing anything.I've tried running a diagnostic utility from the lenovo support web, didn't find anything special / not functioning. Please help me, this is my work laptop and so far i'm very disappointed with it.

Recently I have recived my new laptop, the Lenovo Ideapad flex 10 and I have a few issues with it - and I am considering returning it. 1) Every now and then, my touchscreen freezes and I have to restart my laptop with the mouse to solve the problem. 2) When I go onto a specfic app (such as the camera man or a certain game) my screen flickers black so I have to turn it off with the power button to fix it. It is very aggravating. I appreciate any thoughts on this topic, thanks.

Hello, I have had the laptop for nearly a year, still under warranty and, today, some keys stopped working on the keyboard, more concretly: 5 6 F1 F2 ? '  and CTRL (LEFT) keys (written with the touchscreen). The last time it worked I was using it in class taking some notes and those aforementioned keys were working. Once I finished, packed the laptop into the cover, and into the bag. ten minutes later I took it out in the library and they did not work.No water spilling had occurred (it was dry and the bag was dry too). And also there were no hits to the terminal. They just seemed to stop working, the pressure input feels pretty the same, so they are not stuck by any material underneath. I tried reinstalling the drives (through the hardware management), checked all options in keyboard assesment....tried with safe mode, still do not work.  Could it be some defect and should call for a replacement? Thanks beforehand.

Hi everyone. I'm new in this community. I've been using my brand new Lenovo Flex 3 1470 for a couple of months and everything was running smoothly, i was ver happy with it.I decieded to extend the antivirus coverage for a year (i had a warning of license expiracy for a couple of weeks) and after that, and all of a sudden, my TouchPad stopped working.I'm using Windows 10.PS: I live in Argentina, so no matter how hard I try, Online Support and Phone Support won't give me any possible solution other that flying back to US (where i got my computer) and have it replaced there. (that won't happen). I really need some help trying to fix this by myself. I re-installed ELAN drivers dozens of time with no success.Help me, please!ThxFranco

I had this problem when I first bought the computer and downloaded Windows 10.  I had a Lenovo customer support person remote access and couldn't fix it.  The computer fixed it self, I'm assuming through an update and it worked last month, but I went to use it yesterday and it shows a gray background with a slash through the camera icon.  I have checked the privacy settings and the camera is set to on. Any thoughts???

Hi all, I have owned a Lenovo Flex 4 1470 2-1 for about a year now. At the beginning of this year, I noticed that my keyboard and trackpad had been disabled. I quickly realized that they would be promptly reactivated when I switched into a tablet position. Occasionally, upon restart or resetting the computer, the normal keyboard/trackpad function will return. Every time this happens though it rarely lasts longer than a day. Sometimes, it has returned even when I did nothing to fix it. Sometimes, if I held my laptop at a certain angle, or applied pressure to the base of the laptop, the function would return momentarily. Overall, the tablet/laptop hybrid function has been acting erratic and unnatural. I have already tried restarting my computer, reenabling the trackpad in lenovo's settings application, resetting my PC(both without removing personal files and removing personal files) as well as running countless virus and malware scans. I would return it to costco where I purchased it from, but my laptop is very important to me and Costco typically ships it out to the manufacturer for troubleshooting. Returning to Costco is a last resort that will be time consuming and cumbersome to my work and school.  Please help, I have been using an external keyboard and mouse for much too long.  Again, for reference, I own a Lenovo Flex 4 1470 running Windows 10. Thank You!

Have had a Flex 5 1470 for 2 weeks and today for several hours I ran into this issue where whether it was connected to power or working on battery power I could use the laptop only for around 3-4 minutes before it woud unexpectatly shut off (literally an immediate BLACK screen). I could then power it back on and continue to work for another 3-4 minutes before this would happen again. I downloaded a CPU thermometer and heating was not the issue (was operating well below the operating temperature for the i7).  Any ideas of what was going on? What might have caused this issue and more importantly how to resolve this issue? Your feedback is appreciated!

Hello community, Built-it microphone of my Lenovo Flex 4 touchscreen tablet/laptop is not working. It is completely new laptop.  I tried everything - Realtek drivers re-install, checked of all recording devices, etc. None of the programs that should use the microphone are able to work with it.Skype, ooVoo, etc..they all see Microphone Array, but people on the other side can't hear anything. External microphone works just fine. I tried to enable/disable this Microphone array as well - no help. Used F4 button to block/unblock - no help either. What esle I can do? Thanks,Hov

Answer:Built-in microphone in Flex 4-1470 is not working

Hi there, Hhov -
Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

Please try the below steps:

control panel, sound, recording, right click and check 'show disabled devices' then click device and properties and 'enable', apply, ok and exit)

Also,
Check the Mixer/Audio settings whether Mic is turned on.
Depending on the used software it might happen, that it disables the microphone while ending the program (Skype, ICQ etc.)

Update us how it goes.

Hello, I have had my Lenovo Flex 4-1470 laptop for about half a year now, have always taken careful precaution when carrying it, etc. Recently, Upon touching the touchscreen on the right side and bottom of the screen, I am experiencing these "ghost" or "phantom" touches where I touch that part of the screen and it presses on a random part of the screen. The middle and left sides of the screen do not seem to be affected, however, the top of the screen seems to refuse to calibrate to my finger correctly despite calibrating the screen many times. I have updated the touchscreen driver to find that I already have the best and newest version so that cannot be my issue. I have seen that this was a common issue on the Yoga 3-14, and that there was a firmware fix to this... So far the only "fix" I have seen to this issue is disabling the touchscreen altogether, but I bought this laptop specifically for the touchscreen capabilities. I have not physically damaged the laptop, so I am curious on why this is happening.  Is there a firmware fix or something to that extent or will I have to send the laptop to Lenovo and get it repaired? Any Help would be appreciated --Kaitlyn

Answer:Lenovo Flex 4-1470 Auto touch/Ghost touches issue

Hi there, Kaitlyn         -

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

Ghost touches on the screen are most of the time caused by a faulty digitizer (this is the touch screen panel that enables touchscreen functionality) or the Touch panel module (LED panel w/ Touch).

Can you try the following?

Under theDevice Manager> Human Interface Devices, can you do a right click and disable on anything that says HID-compliant device (this is the driver that controls the touchscreen).

When finished, reboot the system and observe if you still get the same issue.

Update us how it goes.

I've noticed for some time that my relatively new ~1 year Lenovo Flex 4 yoga, which has switchable graphics, has been running slower.  For instance, VLC has been unable to run certain movies, and running gameshow to record my powerpoint talks now leads to freezing and inability to save movies.  I finally found some free time to try a very basic 3D game (broforce, the overworld, 2 seconds into the game), and then my computer instantly slowed and shut itself off.  I downloaded the Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and the same issue occured, it barely rendered graphics and then froze.  I have all of the latest drivers and updates installed via a clean install.   Put simply, my computer is now completely unable to perform the most basic tasks that seem to be gpu related without slowing to a crawl and shutting itself off.  This includes very old games, new games, benchmarks, and even python rendering medium to large images.   Please please advise some tests I can do to see if this is a software issue.  I work a very very very hard job and this computer is my lifeline, and I need it not to have this issue.

Answer:Lenovo Flex 4 - 1470 suddenly can't run basic games, graphics benchmark, shuts itself off

I see that the AMD driver is indeed being used for broforce and for the horizon test, and that the GPU usage shoots to 100% and the gpu gets to over 100C instantly (within 5 seconds).   Hardware or software issue, thoughts?

I've had my Lenovo ideapad Flex 15 for just over a year now, so I guess this is the time at which things start going kerplooey. Today my touchscreen started going haywire, clicking rapidly and repeatedly in one random spot in the top left corner of my screen, so fast I couldn't use my touchpad to get the cursor away from the spot. After closing and reopening the computer, the problem stopped momentarily but then came back. I rebooted and when Windows restarted I received a pop up that "Windows Mouse and Keyboard Center has stopped working." The problem returned shortly after, and now my touchscreen has stopped working altogether. Can anyone help me?

Answer:Ideapad Flex 15 touchscreen woes

Update: The problem is now intermittently returning. If I close my laptop and reopen it, it seems to disable the touchscreen for a period of time so that I'm able to actually use my computer for a bit before it starts feverishly attacking that one area of the screen. All instructions I've found online to disable the touchscreen haven't worked... I'd love to have it functioning again though. Help?

Hi, I've just noticed that after upgrading from out-of-the-box Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, several of the 1st row hotkeys stopped working, including Volume up/down, Brightness up/down (this is by far  the most annoying one!!) and airplane mode. Don't know about what's on the F8,F9,F10 keys.Sometimes when I press Vol +/- or Bright +/- it will go one step up or down but will no more (if I keep pressing it does nothing), but have not figured out yet when it will work or not. Have anyone experienced this? How can I fix it? Thanks, Mauricio

The touchscreen of my Flex 14 has suddenly stopped working from yesterday. Everything else is working fine. Can it be a hardware error?

Answer:Flex 14 Touchscreen not working

It sounds like it is a hardware issue. The touchscreen is not enabled through additional software, but rather by Windows itself. I would send it in for warranty.

I don't have the touchscreen drivers anywhere in my device manager and wacom drivers has a code 10 of being unable to start. Windows 10 is up to date and the Wacom drivers is the latest one. Already tried uninstall the wacom drivers and restarting, tried reinstalling the drivers from the website after uninstall it, and looked everywhere for a solution.

Answer:Lenovo Flex 5 - Wacom Device code 10 and missing touchscreen drivers

Found out that in order for the Windows 10 installation to detect the PCIe SSD, you have to go into the BIOS and change the SATA Controller Mode to AHCI.  Now that only leaves the Wacom drivers having a code 10 and the missing touch screen drivers.

I bought the Flex 4 1470 2-in-1 14"  in July 2016 and today when I turned it on I got a pop-up and something to the effect that I had Lenovo critical updates and did I want to install them. I didn't know what they were but thought they were needed for my Flex, I clicked OK. Then I got another pop-up saying something to the effect that the binaries would change for yoga and some other machines, but it didn't mention my Flex and so I answered NO to the download.Does anyone know what this was all about and whether I needed those critical update/downloads?And if I do need them, how do I now get them? This is all very confusing to us senior citiens and these random pop-ups.Please help me if you can.

I've had my ideapad (flex 15 20309) for about 2 years and was working fine. Around 5 months ago I noticed my touchscreen wouldn't work any more. Sometimes after a reboot it would seem to come back to life but now I can't figure out what is going on. I seem to have Microsoft Windows 10 home as the operating system. I can't find any setting or keystroke or anything that can get my touchscreen back to life. Help! My touchpad (mousepad) works fine and I'm using a USB mouse as well because I don't like using the mousepad. The only thing I think has changed in the last 5 or 6 months was probably windows 10 and the regular updates that are done via windows 10.

My Lenovo Ideapad Flex laptop does not switch on when I press the power button.  It was working till this morning, when I switched it off (via an operating system shut down in Windows 8.1). When I tried to turn it on an hour later, I found that pushing the power button has no effect at all.  I tried pushing the novo button.  In this case the laptop does turn on and shows the "lenovo" welcome screen for a few seconds.  However, it promptly switches off again.  The symptoms do not depend on the laptop being connceted to power: they are exactly the same in the two cases. I have a Lenovo warranty, and I tried calling them, but due to a severe weather condition at their service station, they said they are unable to respond promptly.  In the meantime, is there anything I ccan do on my end to fix this?

Answer:Lenovo Ideapad Flex does not switch on

There's a chance the power button itself is broken and is turning the machine off as soon as you turn it on with the other button.

Try mashing it/wiggling it?

Alright so my fan noise problems was a little different from the last post, so when I first got the laptop I had Zero issues with fan noise, now after about one month of usage and a few updates what felt like all of a sudden, the fan would stay on constantly, and my estimated battery life dropped to 3.5 hrs max. It seemed to be after the bios update, I'm currently doing a factory restore, if it fails where do I move from here?

My Lenovo is 4 months old, it has been working brilliantly until late. I shut down my laptop and the following day turned it back on, unfortunately the screen stayed black, yet the lights on the computer were working. After waiting a very long time (approx. 10 hours) I opened the lid and it started up again. I can close lid and the laptop will continue to work when I open it again, however if I shut it down the problem happens again. I have run lenovo diagnostics on the hardware and software and there appears to be no issue with things such as the mother board. Please could someone tell me how to fix this. Many thanks

I have run lenovo diagnostics on the hardware and software and there appears to be no issue with things such as the mother board. Please could someone tell me how to fix this. Many thanksTry running the following under an elevated command prompt (do not include the quotation mark) to check the system file integrity and refresh the system files: "sfc /scannow & dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth". Reboot thereafter. Note: it will take some time to finish the above process.
